It's ok. Very pretentious. Gate men bow and salaam do artificially that it becomes so obvious they are just doing it for the tips. They check you into your room parrotting "have a good day, sir" etc. Breakfast is not always complimentary.
The decor, cleanliness and facilities are good but the atmosphere lacking in personal touch and warmth.

Relatively expensive, rather impersonal place and without charm. The restaurants in the hotel are overpriced. That said, the hotel is quiet, well located (close to the metro), clean and has all the facilities. A relatively safe choice.

Not a fan of the place. However the location is beautiful.

Ambience of the hotel is really soothing.Had meals in DHABA restaurant which was actually more of a DHABA and very noisy.Food was good and sweet dish was awesome.

Old world charm. The bar is really nice and good vodka collection. During winters the tables set in lawn are really nice to spend some time and enjoy the weather. Few of the rooms are dated.

The Claridges is at Janpath, New Delhi. The services are excellent. The rooms are extraordinary and it's a great place for professional business meetings.

Very well located. Good in all respect. I use the place to meet up. Do my town side meetings. Good food / coffee and a bakery. The open-air sitting in lawns is a favourite in winters and evenings.

The claridges is one of the best hotels I have visited so far...Neat and clean.Hospitality is fantastic...I got a chance to visit the service area and seeing them work.. Great...They really work very hard to give us the best possible experience... I have visited the hotel for professional reasons...It's a great experience.

Outside Hui inside yuck concier was very nice but somehow it was rare to muffigda in the hotel a room with a window place and much controlled by the climate but it will smell quite smelly and room photos description are bait as not all rooms are the same I had a suite

The location of the hotel is good. Rooms are very nice. The only problem is service. Service is very slow and not a lot of options in breakfast menu.

Nice place for staying.. close by to many monuments and near the heart of Delhi.... Good food. Excellent staff, lacks a few things and the roof leaks a few times but is still good

Very nice hotel and great service. They don't let you carry your bag yourself and call you outside when your ride is ready so you don't have to stand outside.

A beautiful heritage building and wonderful ambience.

Went to attend an award function organised by Federation of Indian Publisher. The place is very peaceful and pleasant. Food was really good. Every place was clean and shining. Easy to reach via Metro Or on road. Nearest Metro station is Lok kalyan Marg Metro Station.

The hotel's reception and room service was very nice.The event I attended took place on the roof,the view from their from very nice and me as well my colleagues would consider it one of the best even they have attended all year.
