Beautiful historical property being run by the infamous Nandas. Better known for mowing down people in their cars, arms deals and hustling. Hotel staff reflects this background quite well. Over priced and low quality food. Arrogant and rude staff. Value system of the owners is well represented by the employees. However, I think they really don't care about quality of food or services. This place seems to be more of a money laundering operation. But the location is great. Right in the heart of Lutyens Delhi.

It was an okay hotel. The location is of central Delhi. This is a heritage property near to Janpath Road. The hotel gives a very vintage vibe. The food is great though variety is limited. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The property is not very humongous but its serves the purpose of a short and sweet stay. The banquet halls are too small so is the hotel. All in all an okayish experience. Not so bad and not so good either!

I went to attend a closed discussion meetup at Claridges and everything was perfect as it should be. The Vicory Hall looked ideal for such professional meetings and the food they served was tasty. Staff behavior was good as one would expect. The hotel property is old but well maintained which according to me is the main attraction.

I don't know why, but I just did not enjoy this hotel. Perhaps this was because it was my first few nights in Delhi but just felt that I was being ripped off, which leads to relaxing times! The staff never seemed to fully understand me, which was incredibly frustrating. Location great though.

Very luxurious hotel in an excellent location in Delhi, it is ideal for those arriving for the first time in the chaotic capital. Very spacious and well cleaned rooms, very kind and very helpful staff, when they learned that we were in India for our honeymoon they made us find a chocolate cake in the room. Excellent intercontinental breakfast.

The whole property feels out of India. With whites dominating the theme, it give the place a Greek kind look. The restaurants are famous all across the city. My personal favourite being Sevilla

5 * hotel which unfortunately does not offer what you would expect for the (very high) price: clean and good facilities, but:
- very noisy ! Wide corridors where you can hear the conversations of each passing person (many). The doors are poorly insulated so you will even hear your neighbors
- the room overlooked an underground corridor ... so no daylight
- pretty good restaurant but not exceptional either and yet the prices are exorbitant
- finally, on your arrival, expect that you will be asked for an authorization on your credit card which is much higher than the total for your stay
Positive points: cleanliness, comfortable bedding and free access to the spa room with hammam and sauna

Well it's a fancy place, with an interesting menu but the Spanish omelette was just not like the Spanish omelette in Spain and when one comes to restaurants of a high standard, one expectation global culinary standards to be followed. I wouldn't deep dive into pastas as that too is very indianized in any place in Delhi barring one or two places. But over all it's a great place, good dining, and lovely ambience at Sevilla. Coffee shop is a small one with very limited selection. Dhaba and Chinese rooms are good.
