Rooms are too small. Air conditioning can t lower 19. There is no lobby to hang out. Rooms look unfinished, it s like being in jail.

SPG chain. Amazing location. Just beside Duomo (Milan Cathedral). Very bold design.

Cool location! This is where the bear stands, when most of the bars in Milano Centro are already crowded.

Ideally located next to the cathedral ... Hotel design, modern, sleek, .. I recommend

I had an aperitif at the Straf Bar. Excellent cocktails, good buffet and level DJ sets. At the foot of the Duomo, next to la Rinascente could not be more Milanese.

Great location, but the service... and a lot of scale on both sides of walls under the shower. Poor internet speed and quality.

Stayed twice here! Staff was great and Paolo always made sure we where taken cared of. In the middle of everything. Will always stay here when in Milan!

Strategic location. Good room, with good size bathroom. It is not excellent because there is very limited support functions (small gym, no swimming pool, tiny breakfast space).

Local in a beautiful location, but exaggerated prices for hastily made cocktails and a difficult to reach aperitif due to the small size of the restaurant.

Small hotel bar next to the Duomo. Cocktails, music and outdoor seating. Aperitif reduced to a minimum, glass of wine 10 .

Very interesting design, but mostly made good by the staff who are simply excellent. The room was comfortable, but a few functional quirks do suggest form over function is the main design driver. Large comfortable bed. The breakfast is simple but good quality, with a good variety of choice (cereals, croissants, bread, bacon, eggs, Italian hams, cheese, fruit - there really is something for everyone. Recommended.

Pedestrian area, if you arrive by car tell the reception; discount area C and avoid the fine.
Small design, with very special uniforms that do not undermine at all the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff.
Perhaps too central to be good if you come to Milan to work but perfect for those who make tourism. Next to it is a lounge bar, just if you get bored.

Extremely pleased with the hotel stsff as well as their service. However, the hotel rooms as well as other amenities do not live up to the artistics
standards which it aims to achieve. It tries very hard but if you have a Hyundai car, no matter how hard you try to dress it up, it will never be a lamborghini or ferrari. Cleanliness of the hotel is a big suspect as linens smell and are not changed as a default if you stay even for 4 or 5 days. If you need a change, you will need to call up housekeeping - there is no placecards to make the request easier. Bathroom amenities eg bath wash, hair conditioner as well as body lotion are provided in 1.5 or 2 liter refillable bottles - can be unhygenic as the contents can be unhygenically contaminated.

Breakfast - nothing much to write about as there is nothing much.

But I stress again, the staff are very helpful snd polite - other 5 star hotels should learn from them. And being located within a few steps from Duomo (Milan Cathedral) and the metro station is a big plus.

Stayed here with my wife for two days, amazing hotel. Great location, literally next to the Duomo/square. Concierge is very helpful from giving recommendations to see the city off the beaten path to even upgrading our room and adding free breakfast when she found out we were on a baby moon.

Modern hotel in the heart of Duomo. Large rooms, great bar, and convenient location.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and well layout. Quirky rooms but good fit out, not enough power points, especially near bed head for charging phone overnight. Noise from bar below can be a little loud.

Downtown Mila. The best location was 50 steps from the Duomo. Right 4 star hotel with minimalist and modern decoration. Do not stretch the thread of the shower to warn reception reception

Very nice hotel. Just 1 minute from Duomo, breakfast is good, without noise from the street, nice staff.

Design hotel, very cool, but when design prevails over practicality and ergonomics the result may be affected. On aesthetics I do not enter into the merits, it is a matter of taste, but when you take a little to understand how to do trivial things, like putting in a mobile phone recharge, or where to hang towels in the bathroom, it is a clear sign that the design prevails over the ease of use and perhaps even common sense.
For the rest it is a great hotel, with a service absolutely at the height and with all that you expect from a structure of this level.

P.S. the first time I even struggled to figure out how to get out, because I assumed that the lobby doors would open automatically and instead have to be pushed, but smooth and without handles, as they were designed, it's hard to guess.

Modern, comfortable, large rooms, 50 m from Piazza Duomo. The staff are very helpful, courteous ... The philosophy of the hotel is sensitive to environmental sustainability trends starting with small gestures (savings, responsibility,). I highly recommend

Excellent modern hotel and bar. The bar was hopping on a Thursday night with a DJ blasting music out onto the street and the patio area.

Great location, high price, cold decor. Unfortunately, the hotel bar is very noisy!

Had booked with my SPG points otherwise it would be too expensive for me. Parking situation confusing, not apparent
