Extremely pleased with the hotel stsff as well as their service. However, the hotel rooms as well as other amenities do not live up to the artistics
standards which it aims to achieve. It tries very hard but if you have a Hyundai car, no matter how hard you try to dress it up, it will never be a lamborghini or ferrari. Cleanliness of the hotel is a big suspect as linens smell and are not changed as a default if you stay even for 4 or 5 days. If you need a change, you will need to call up housekeeping - there is no placecards to make the request easier. Bathroom amenities eg bath wash, hair conditioner as well as body lotion are provided in 1.5 or 2 liter refillable bottles - can be unhygenic as the contents can be unhygenically contaminated.

Breakfast - nothing much to write about as there is nothing much.

But I stress again, the staff are very helpful snd polite - other 5 star hotels should learn from them. And being located within a few steps from Duomo (Milan Cathedral) and the metro station is a big plus.
