Hotel in a very central location, close to everything. You can visit the city on foot. Abundant and varied breakfast. Comfortable rooms Hall with fireplace, idea to rest after an exhausting day. We have felt very comfortable in the hotel. Without any doubt, I recommend it, and if I went back to Amsterdam I would repeat it.
Stopped for the New Year holidays. A hotel with a good location: city center, tram, railway station, cruise locations, etc. Everything is near.
The front desk is working perfectly.
The reception area has a relaxation area - a fireplace with comfortable armchairs and a sofa. Breakfast is here. Breakfast is a song! Everything is very tasty and varied. You will find slices, eggs, scrambled eggs with bacon and vegetables, cereals, different types of bread (ufff, delicious), pastries, pancakes with berries and delicious coffee! Breakfast should be hearty!)
The room was on the 4th floor. The floor beams slightly reduced the already small room, but there was enough space. The bed is very comfortable, moderately soft with good elastic pillows and a warm blanket. Built-in locker, table, two armchairs, shelves, bar-fridge, flat-screen TV with numerous channels (you won't find Russian ones, take a rest!). Bathroom with all conveniences, hairdryer working, there were no problems with hot water. The heated towel rail did a great job!
By the way, the room is very warm - the battery was even turned off. The window is high, you can't really look at the street, but I had to keep the curtains closed - the street is narrow, opposite the house with curious guests)).

A quaint eclectic and unique experience. Exactly what I was looking for in a hotel after a long flight. Centrally located with beautifully renovated rooms and a Nespresso machine. So quiet, you'll totally sleep through the free breakfast. The interior lobby is well decorated and inviting. Perfect to write and muse a novel or browse the net with a coffee. The star of the show is the service with a front desk staff being so welcoming and knowledgeble.

This boutique hotel is located around 10min walk ro the station. Very good location had one room and 4 sharing was reasonable sized room. Very chic looking and modern. Breakfast was good too. The hotel was close to Centraal station about 5 min walk. The room was clean, was aesthetically pleasing and the heat worked well.
The receptionists were friendly and extremely helpful. They guided us to places wanted to see, gave us a map and we were able to purchase a day transportation pass through them.
Some nice extras were the free breakfast(was very tasty) and they let us keep our bags there the rest of the day, even though we checked out already. It was a top notch experience for Europe. We have stayed at quite a few hotels traveling through Europe and this has been the best one yet overall.
The location is so great because near to central station Amsterdam.
But I have the bad experience to stay here:
1. There was a cockroach running around on the floor in my room.
2. During the evening once I check in, I could not connect the internet. I ask for help from staff but he could not help me because he just replacing someone. But in the morning the guy staff (i forgot to ask his name) is very helpful and he could connect my cellphone to wifi. The experience could not connect to internet (wifi) is kind of stress/frustration for me as I went to Holland for a business. Thank you

As a very good hotel, centrally located and the large room and the big bed, the breakfast is also good, we took the room facing the street and it does not bother either the people or the tram. The only bad thing is that we arrived at midnight and in the reception there was a man with oriental features who tried to scam us saying that we paid him 88 of fees, we told him that we would talk to the manager and we did not see him again

Hotel where you feel good especially in the living room near the fireplace. Bcp woodwork, very warm. The staff is very friendly. And the location is fabulous, everything to wear "feet" . The morning breakfast is extra. I will return with great pleasure, I recommend it.

The staff is amazing, and when you deal with great people, everything else is great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, not to mention the bathtubs, and the best location from where you can reach all parts of the city either by foot or public transport or bike.

Cozy small hotel with friendly service from the staff
We went there just to drink a glass of wine in the bar. We were attracted by the calm of the place, the welcoming chairs and the open fire (false because prohibited throughout the city). Too bad the choice of wine is limited (1 large or 1 small bottle of red or white wine). On the other hand, the prices are very reasonable (20 for a large bottle and 6 for a half). The service is very friendly. Only drawback: the toilets are outside and not heated!

Very comfortable hotel, great staff and a super convenient location. The lobby cafe-bar area with its open fire is lovely to sit and relax in. Overall it's a very good value hotel for the level of experience you get.
It was a deluxe room, but the sound and vibration of the tram are noisy until around 23:00.
The footsteps of the upper room and the noise of the dryer in the next room felt loud.

The hotel is very centrally located near the train station and the tram line. The rooms are well equipped and cozy. You have a mobile air conditioner and a coffee machine. Breakfast was included. Due to the Corona regulations, it was served at the table instead of a buffet. Everything we needed was there. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have not regretted our three-night stay and are happy to come back for a short trip.
