The hotel was close to Centraal station about 5 min walk. The room was clean, was aesthetically pleasing and the heat worked well.

The receptionists were friendly and extremely helpful. They guided us to places wanted to see, gave us a map and we were able to purchase a day transportation pass through them.

Some nice extras were the free breakfast(was very tasty) and they let us keep our bags there the rest of the day, even though we checked out already. It was a top notch experience for Europe. We have stayed at quite a few hotels traveling through Europe and this has been the best one yet overall.
