Super nice suites with direct sea view. Nice beach bar (with a small restaurant, better quality than in the large! TIP). Unfortunately partly in May incomprehensible opening times of the different bars. Would come again

The members of stuff at the beach were not really polite and a lot of dirty glasses and bottles were lying next to the trash. But the stuff at the bar was really nice and the wireless was working good. Also a lot of program for the children (with german songs...).

Wonderful hotel for families with children, excellent cuisine and location. Numerous children and beach fun, 2 outdoor pools + 1 large heated indoor pool. Local Wi-Fi network is lacking on local networks (no coverage) and WiFI is free for 1 hour per day only at the lobby bar next to the reception. I recommend!

The hotel has its own beautiful beach with beach bar and has a pleasant atmosphere, with stone cottages, you feel like you are in the village. The rooms are large and comfortable with their own balconies.

Nice place for families with small kids. Good food. Terrible mobile phone coverage. Wireless is poor and costs extra. The "all inclusive" offer does not include water in the room which is kind of awkward. However they will fill your bottles at the bar with soda - yep... This is cheap.. some other traces of cheap can be found in other service.

Residenz visited in August. He was shown to us by an employee in all corners. Then the structure is quite old because the central base was an old convent. A block is restructured annually. The dining / dining room is not at all welcoming. Very inexpensive menu. The pools are beautiful and very neat. The rooms .... dark. The green is very nice.

The rooms are very clean and nice, the complex is well maintained and spacious. Unfortunately, the food is oriented to CIS states, Greek food is far too little on the plan. WIFI usage very limited, 1h free per day, some large outages in the LTE network over days. I expect in a Greek hotel appropriate catering and entertainment, rather an "international" evening by a second Greek replace. But I think it's great that it responds to criticism. Thumbs up for that!

The hotel is pretty nice. The food is varied, but the taste quality rather middle class. The beach is nice but very busy. Many guests were socially technical catastrophic (social behavior, nocturnal tranquility, etc.) that the hotel can do nothing, but for us one of the reasons to say we will not come back. You are very isolated here. For people who just want to lie by the pool and beach, without wanting to see something of the country, the hotel is okay. For us it was over 2 weeks too boring, but are also used to other holidays and we still have to get used to holidays with children (limited mobility). You can order taxis ... But be careful here. Best already from the hotel negotiate a fixed price. If you "negotiate" yourself, make sure you say no if you want to turn on the meter. Otherwise it will be more expensive. The Greek standard, but you should generally plan with the expectations, so as not to be disappointed.
The friendliness under 3 is well ... There are z. B no changing possibility! You always have to go back to the room or at the beach / bar / pool change the diaper. Very annoying. Alas, you can get there almost anywhere, without having to climb stairs, but these "detours" are a bit hidden. Our conclusion (and that of our friends who have traveled): good approaches and ideas, but there is a lack of implementation something.

Idyllic location: huge potential unfortunately not used
We chose this hotel because on the one hand we enjoyed relaxing on the beach and relaxing evenings and on the other hand we wanted to explore the Greek cuisine and the landscape. The hotel is located far from the rest of tourist trouble in a nature reserve, has a beautiful beach and the buildings, as well as the grounds look very nice. Unfortunately, the overall impression with the accommodation and the food stands and falls. And in the two points the 4 stars are by no means justified!

room
We have a family room with sea view on the ground floor had. That sounds great but:
- There were no insect screens in the windows
- Windows and doors were not tiltable, so we could not ventilate at night for safety reasons to improve the air quality
- Mold in the bathroom! The tub was completely outlined in black. The wall to the corridor drenched (and painted over) We got used to the musty odor after a few days, but the whole thing was certainly not very healthy.
- With "family room" we had actually imagined a 2-room room with (partially) separated children's bedroom. Instead, an extra bed has just been added to a slightly larger double room. We should have researched that before and could save money.

We have - to reduce the humidity - the daytime running the air conditioning when we were not in the room. Upon request to change the room, we received the information that all other family rooms occupied and a move into a double room or a suite would be excluded. Our room was definitely ready for renovation.

gastronomy
We like tasty, healthy and varied food.

The buffet was so monotonous (especially the breakfast) and unilateral that after a week we did not know what to eat. Fruit juices were made exclusively by concentrate and terribly sugared at the buffet and all the bars offered. Still water came exclusively from the pipe and that is chlorinated. In the mini market you can buy drinking water, which we did then. Tees were given as fruit or herbal teas, which were actually black and green teas - so not suitable for children and were also prepared with boiled chlorine water. The waiters looked one day completely puzzled when I took 10 oranges to squeeze them into a glass by hand. By the way, from some oranges nothing could be found out with great effort - so old / dry were the fruits. The same was true for the other fruit, with the exception of the melons. They were great!
We would have simply liked more local: different pickled olives, different olive oils, avocados, locally grown pomegranates, organic tomatoes, different types of honey, pine nuts !, real local feta. The region of Halkidiki is finally known for its pine honey, olives (oil) and cheese.
Our tip: never book all-inclusive! Car hire and eat out. Each tavern gives you healthier, fresher and tastier food than this refectory. This is probably due to the fact that as much food as possible should be made available for as little money as possible.

The nature is gorgeous. The sea is wonderful. The sun loungers on the beach are old. Nearby there is a sewer drain, unpleasant odors.
The rooms are not very new. They clean up badly.
But the worst thing is the restaurant. So in Greece I was not fed yet. The food is either tasteless or so spicy that it is impossible to eat. On the third day we went with sick stomachs. Besides, it is very dirty, it is not pleasant to be in the restaurant. Flies in flocks of dry fruits. Worms in vegetables. I put the restaurant --- 1. It's awful !!!!!!
Wi-Fi is free for only one hour a day. The rest is two euros per day. Works only at the reception and is very bad.

The hotel is located right next to a sandy beach. Spacious rooms with bathrooms. There is a daily cleaning service. Delicious and varied food. The hotel has 2 all inclusive restaurants and probably 4 bars where you can relax until late in the evening. 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool. There is a souvenir shop in the area (prices similar to those in the city) and a car, water equipment and bicycle rental. The only downside is that the nearest town is about 5km. So it is an ideal hotel for blissful laziness, rather the distances do not encourage walking

Lt. Catalog a 5 star hotel. I would rather rate with 3 stars plus. A star for the cleanliness. One for the friendliness. Another for the really great beach. And the food is unfortunately nothing special. No brands softdrings. And very important .. drinking water is provided with chlorine. You get in the hotel plant still water only with chlorine. Addendum: unfortunately this week the water tasted of chlorine every day. From the German entertainers I have learned that here is basically chlorinated.

Doesn't feel like 5 star hotel. I was told that there was WiFi in the room and I made it very clear that I need it as all I was looking for is few days by the beach where I could work. I was given a password for WiFi access that worked only 10% of the time I spent in the hotel. Room was acceptable but nothing special.
The food in the restaurant was in vast amounts but this was at the expense of quality. Some (eg oven fish one day) tasted awful and certainly didn't remind anything of the wonderful Greek cousine.
I really liked the staff in the coffee and cleaning ladies that were very kind and helpful.
Beach was lovely.
If it was a 3/4 star hotel (with the appropriate price it would have been 5 star rating). But if you claim to be a 5 star hotel then the expectations are much higher and and unfortunately they failed to meet them.

Watch out! Better not book! Once and never again! We changed 3 rooms until we got a normal room. Hotel just deserves 3 stars. Staff is very rude and unfriendly. There is mold around the swimming pool. Fridge in the room too, see photos. Still water at the bar and in the restaurant stinks of chlorine. Although we booked all inclusive, you had to provide yourself with water. Due to Corona, the restaurant was only open 3 times a day, as with full board. No animation! No fitness, no sauna and wellness. Simply boring! Only thing that was worth renting a car and driving to Hanioti. Better to book a hotel in Hanioti. We'll never go to Sani again !!!!!!!!!!!!

I just came from Spain and took my parents for 1 w...

I just came from Spain and took my parents for 1 week vacation to the sea side in Greece. We had really mixed feelings, I'll try to split them in positive and negative:

Positive:
1. The hotel is really isolated, with its own beach, surrounded with pine forrest - great for people who like to disconnect and enjoy the nature.
2. The beach is less than 100 m from the hotel rooms, and it is free of charge for the hotel guests.
3. The sea water is clean and calm. Perfect for families with small kids.
4. The beds were good.

(warning: we are not picky, but when you pay for something that claims to be a 4 or 5 stars, then your expectations raise)

Negatives:
1. The personnel is not as polite as it should be. Especially the reception, they were not kind at all, I would say the lack of empathy made them look even rude.
2. The internet is free only 1 hour per day (but it turned out that their mechanism for regulating it didn't work well, so we didn't have internet most of the days, well we had, but had to pay to use it - which is free in every other hotel in the 21st century)
3. We paid for a 4 star hotel, but for the taxes at the hotel's reception we were charged for a 5 star hotel (just a couple of euros more, but that raised our expectations)
4. We had breakfast and dinner only, but they were close to terrible. The food was only edible, no more comments. We expected more. Also, there was almost nothing from traditional greek cuisine.
5. Plenty of food, and varieties, but nothing really tasty.
6. The juices were pure colored sugar.
7. The beach was not really clean, especially because of all the left overs from the all-inclusive guests (spilled coffee, juices, cocktails and whatnot made the beach full with wasps and insects)
8. No place to wash your feet before going to your room. The only shower was inside the beach, so on your way to the room your feet get all sandy again.
9. We were on the ground floor with a sea view and the room were fine, but they had an awful smell of moisture, like the old wardrobe of my grandma.
10. Not really negative thing, but just to share: the room safe could not fit even a small 13" laptop, and the door doesn't look safe since it is most of glass, but the whole place looked safe and tranquil.
11. The room had only one charging outlet, so we had to fight for it :D

Buffet is a matter of taste, but there is something for everyone. The staff is very courteous, the hotel is in a good location, the rooms are in need of renovation and are currently not of a four-star standard. The animation program offers something for all age groups and is well distributed throughout the day.

Nice area with everything you need (great beach, nice pools, great bars). Very nice was the nature around the area (better even than the 5 star hotel nearby). The staff was very friendly to us and we felt very comfortable. The rooms are mostly renovated. Would be careful when booking to take a refurbished room. The food we found almost always good only on the two rainy days the main restaurant was very crowded. The children's club was very much liked by our children (especially the carers) and once a week the children were even allowed to participate in a play evenings.

The hotel is in a pleasant place in the middle of the forest, the beach is nice and fairly sandy. Good food, although after a week you can feel its monotony, there is no freshly squeezed juices, all the drinks are very watered and sweetened. Service in the hotel is nice and helpful especially ladies in the restaurant. The downside of the hotel is the lack of attractions off the peak of the season, the hotel is certainly perfect for families and the elderly, young people will come here. I do not recommend rooms on the ground floor with dampness and stench. After changing the room it was already ok. You must definitely make friends with cockroaches are in the rooms and on the ground floor and upstairs. This is not a 5 star hotel at most 3 star. As for Greece as far as about

Rooms very nice - stylish and clean. Varied food, buffet with lots of dishes. Beautifully landscaped garden, alleys, etc. Free sunbeds by the pools, it is not customary to throw towels and take up sunbeds for the day while staying at the sea. The only downside is the quite ordinary beach - for Chalkidiki, which is famous for its beautiful and picturesque beaches. The beach is simply without charm, ordinary, i.e. if someone is looking for beautiful beaches with turquoise water, they will be very disappointed. Just go to the neighboring Sithonia, where there are a lot of wonderful scenic beaches like from the catalog, or even look for a few kilometers, provided that we have a car available.

Very nice place for a complete relaxation. Far from the massive routes, as if drifting from the sky and in some ways teleported from the past, the complex provides a mixed feeling that you are both a desert island, a paradise and a fairy tale!
It is a pity that the Greeks have succumbed to the temptation to sharply raise holiday prices due to their over-interest in their destination.

A big plus deserves a work around the hotel, very nice, green. Excellent beach, with a gentle descent to the sea. Family rooms large and very comfortable. Food okay, although for 5 * craze there were a lot of dishes not too well tasted, no wow. The pools are quite old and would need some updating. We were there last year in October and there were really few people so take it easy, I can't imagine the peak season, because the number of rooms compared to the size of the beach or dining room is large. Hotel 5 * in my opinion it is not, but still comparatively price to quality is ok.

A very nice place. Your own beach is a big plus. The kitchen is interesting, everyone will find something for themselves. Hotel very atmospheric and carefully maintained. The real standard is 4 * but for their conditions it is actually 4.5. Ideal place for people who do not need luxury and mega luxury just want to relax and recharge the "batteries"

Oh oh 4 exaggerated stars. Absolutely positive opi...

Oh oh 4 exaggerated stars. Absolutely positive opinions are probably from those who only sunbathe. Maximum 3 stars. The location is protected by a good beach for Greece.

Overall, I'm positive, but a lot to refine.

The rest is okay with the naked eye, but the devil is in the details.
Rooms quite old, dilapidated, commune bathroom, feel like a gazebo. At least mine right at the reception. Purely ok because that's the basis. Poor service and monotonous breakfasts, the same every day. Better lunches. Swimming pool closed at 6 p.m. then only cool sea ... drink bar only by the beach in the evening crowded. Daaa far from the room. Often empty bowls in the dining room, women take them first, then they come after a few minutes with refills ... TV channels terrible, only a few, no Polish, one English bbc .. pale animations in a smelly basement either for Germans or Ruthenians, even though there are many Poles. Rooms smell bad, damp, no contact in the toilet ...
Attention!!!! All inclusive at this property very poor. FB would sooner fit. Snacks or snacks only from 5 pm to 6 pm and hideous sausages and eggs. Nothing more. As all that's bad. I cut into good opinions But they are unreliable. The tripavisor reviews are probably ok, the level below expectations.

I suggest leaving towels on the beach after 7 am to make sure there are sunbeds. I just got Wi-Fi for free, but cell phone is weak.

Some hoteliers' habits are terrible. The shops are German, a bit Russian. Zero Polish. Messages, phrases, inscriptions in the facility mainly German .. Russian. oh people! Or I'm in greece and international english dominates because it feels like a german local motel. To change!!!!! An appeal to travel organizers to force these changes, of course.

The restaurant, in turn, is not much seafood, crowded as in underdeveloped countries. For the number of people, this is not enough room for choice. The lady who was baking the donuts went away in 10 minutes. Then she went fucking after
and returning the hell forced by people, another taking out too early in half raw.

There is a Beach Ball and they weren't supposed to borrow one ball ....

However, there are also positives. The greatest thing is the proximity to the sea.
If what I wrote you do not bother or change, the holiday will be successful.

+ Environment and location, cool to sleep without a / c, terrible beach
+ Staff very polite and helpful except for a loyal lifeguard who has been lurking in the bar constantly.
- Room: Without wifi, without channels in the tv except some local and indoor, the playlist with the fuselages continued, smelled moist and was bad. There was neither a slipper nor a bathrobe as did all five. In addition to the size of the room, enough spacious balcony and had many sockets.
-Futto: very moderate and small variety of species. We had the all inclusive package and we were drinking unlimited juice and drink quality handler. You had to pay for the well-known brands, they did not give you either a bottle of water free, I'm not talking about the ice you saw with the bells.
** General impression: very bad, his money is not worth it for what he offers, the food and the drinks although unlimitedly unacceptable, the old facilities, it needs renovation because it smells damp all over with moldy marks. It was only COSMOTE's flag, they told us they would make the signal with the wifi but apparently the same lie they say to everyone. The Internet is only served in the pool and in the reception in the year 2018. Television for whom he did not want to see or for plague. The only price was the coffee and the grill in the restaurant that was cooking the meals at the moment, for all the other food will say they are below the army. I know the stars are given according to the benefits, but they are hurting for the other five more this hotel. It's a shame to ask for that much money for this carpet.

The hotel is not bad, but in my opinion it lacks f...

The hotel is not bad, but in my opinion it lacks five stars a bit;).
First: the beach

Sandy beach with beautiful blue water and a view of the cliffs. However, due to these advantages, 3/4 of the hotel spends their time there. I recommend going to the beaches on the left side of the hotel, definitely better and quieter. There is also something for divers, just swim a little away from the beach and we have a lot of fish (watch out for sea urchins, there are plenty of them). On the right side there is a turtle cove, I think the view is worth your attention. There is a bit of slow service in the bar so there can be problems standing in line at times, however this is not a significant problem.

Second: Restaurant

The food was tasty, quite a lot of choice, but if you are going away for more than 9 days, you may notice that it becomes monotonous and repetitive. The biggest problem is the service. In general, everyone was rather polite, but of course, the Germans and Russians had "priority" in them. But it is already a classic abroad. However, far too few of them were working. There was one Pole working at the reception who told me that when there were about 100 people in April, the same number was working, even when it was 1200. You could say that the manager allowed himself to save money on service.

Third: Accommodation

If you get a room at the reception, there are 2 steps everywhere, I do not know what the situation looks like in the buildings behind the reception, but I think that a bit needs to be approached. The rooms are big. air-conditioned, they have their own style, however, sometimes there were situations like the lamp did not work, which I waited for a week for despite the fact that I was at the reception three times with this matter.

Fourth: Service and Animation

As for the service, I have almost no complaints. Nice, however, is a bit slow, but the Greeks perceive time differently. When it comes to animations, aerobics are organized every day by the sea, as well as a few other attractions. Unfortunately, the amphitheater is a downside, although there is a bar there, and the performances are interesting, it is about 500 meters from the hotel, and there is a dedicated bus there, and the performances are on Mondays and Fridays.

Fifth: Neighborhood

There is actually nothing to write about here. Nothing interesting, the hotel is in the middle of a forest, you can drive 5 km to a small town, but you won't find anything interesting there.

I think if someone is going to sunbathe there, the hotel is definitely for him. The rest, however, call for a slight improvement.

A beautiful hotel with very special architecture, which travels you through time, in a green environment and on the sea. The rooms are comfortable and clean, ours with a view to the main pool and the breakfast very rich. The hotel beach is sandy, with umbrellas and sunbeds and the sea is excellent. But most important of all was his amazing staff: the reception, the beach bar, the breakfast room and the beach, as well as the lady who was cleaning. All of them with a smile, kind and helpful. We hope to see you again soon !!
