Very nice place, only tried b & b service. Excellent daily reception, shame about the night one where the night "porter / watchman" ruins the quality. A haughty, goofy, annoying person, he offends customers and complains about the requests made. Arrogant he complains if one asks for something like a glass not knowing the things in the room, and he even complains if one asks for a bottle of water pretending that one uses the things present in the mini bar that do not correspond to the customer's requests.
Cleaning that varies in quality and level depending on the day ... (a good day and a fair day but appreciable cmq)
I hope to change the rating, next time I pass by hoping that they have improved these small flaws! So that the 3 stars can become 5, as it could deserve

Breakfast was served in the room, not by the pool due to covid but if this had been the case, things had to be at least packed, not brought open or already poured into glasses. We asked for an orange juice and the ace juice was brought to us, in saying it at the reception, the gentleman told us that the juice is the ace juice !! Meanwhile, however, this morning they brought us the juice, made with oranges, if he thought he had been nice, he failed. Like the nice response he gave after asking for cold milk and it arrived lukewarm! Then commenting next time I put it in the frizzer! The rooms were as disgusting! Hair and hair on the bed and towel! Dust to divinity and honestly from the site and the photos it is much nicer. Live we had an incredible disappointment not to mention the connecting rooms! We were two couples and the rooms were divided by a sliding door that you could hear anything !! Other than privacy ..... The two very friendly reception girls, unlike the gentleman on duty last night !! We will never go back !!

Chaotic arrival as the hotel was overbooked. Some family members had to change hotels, so it was no longer a family vacation as originally planned. Financially you didn t meet anyone, and you ve never done anything.
Rooms are very modern at first glance, but on closer inspection you can see various defects. Our sound system did not have a power cable, the TV cable was not masked during the last coat and is dirty. Towels were partly not changed, just re-folded and hung up, my son's Nintendo must have been stolen by the staff, the pool can only be used to a limited extent, as the wedding celebrations are more important in the hotel, the window could not be opened, the air conditioning broke and nobody took care of it, the shower door does not close, staff is overwhelmed and sometimes unfriendly, beach is 1 km away and not 400 m, as sometimes described, safe did not work, etc ...
To be commended is the fantastic food from the chef during the wedding. And optically the facility is very nice.

Hotel is very nice, but not all rooms have the same level. Some are fabulous, some mediocre. Upon arrival we had to wait almost two hours past the check-in before entering, but the staff is really friendly, and the pool is fantastic, as well as all the outside.

A hotel with a modern atmosphere, I was there for a wedding. a cuisine of excellence, creative and of great taste. Fast and attentive waiters to the needs of guests. We enjoyed the place. The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast is also very good and quiet.
We loved the pool and gardens. We noticed that the bedding was quite firm with spring mattresses and it was cold in the room despite the air conditioning at 25 degrees.
But the very knowledgeable staff moved us to a larger room immediately after we got to the room, and after a call to front desk.
Allow 1h30 to reach Amalfi and 35 minutes to Salerno, or it is possible to take the boat to Capri or Ischia. (moreover the reception can help you organize yourself by calling the company).
In the end, I recommend this hotel for excellent value for money!

Only after booking and therefore after paying did I receive an email informing me of the obligatory breakfast room service, motivating this choice for compliance with the Covid legislation
In reality, the reasons are determined by the containment of the past by offering a decidedly poor breakfast and in the environment, due to its size and furnishings, not suitable and by the use of the restaurant areas to host ceremonies daily. This circumstance limits the use of the swimming pool only in the morning as in the afternoon it supports the ceremonies.
The hotel customer is a secondary complement to the hospitality service !!!
Not to mention the cleaning of the rooms ... when we arrived in the room we requested the immediate removal of the red furniture cushions placed on the beds as they were stained ... and I won't tell you what !!
And finally ... the bikes at the service of customers ... indecent !!
It was really an unpleasant surprise and very expensive too !!

Excellent reception room with pool and all the comforts of a high-end restaurant. Bring obviously mainly fish based for a sea area even if you don't see it. Because it is in the inhabited center. The hotel turns out to be very modern from the outside: in the back it has a large parking lot with a beautiful garden with a lawn and a platform that surrounds a central fountain, taking us to the external room of the hotel; in front of the entrance we have another parking lot. A bronze colonnade placed in front of the entrance distinguishes the royal from the other rooms. The outdoor room has a large gazebo and overlooks the pool and has a bar and an ice cream corner. The interior room is very modern, all in white lit by cold lights and led along the walls. I was at a wedding and both food and staff were excellent. The kitchen is kilometer 0 and with only seasonal products. There is a wide selection of wines.
