Hotel Ritter Milano Review

Clean and cozy, large bed. Breakfasts quite generous, a good choice. However, bad juices tend to be nectar with lots of sugar than juice. You can not fault the rest. Hotel without frills, sauna, spa or gym. The location is also a plus. Street Garibaldi in the Brera district, quiet with lots of premises nearby.

I go to this hotel for a few years. Renovated rooms and comfortable. The only drawback breakfast room often overcrowded

Excellent hotel in the center of Milan, near the Moscova. Very friendly staff and very clean and welcoming rooms. Excellent and plentiful breakfast.

Overall a good hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good. However, the customer service experience today at the reception desk (19 May) was really bad, plain rude to say the least. The man who was there in the morning needs to be assessed by management. His approach to customers needs to be seriously corrected.

Only two reviews, very early the check-aut and very early closes breakfast, being a Sunday ..

The hotel is in a good location 15 minutes walk from the city center. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great.

Fantastic service, structure and service beyond an excellent restaurant

The hotel location was wonderful and breakfast was good but the bed comforter was so thin and the AC was hard to control so we froze both nights while we were there. The pillows were like flat pancakes...very uncomfortable. The hair dryer was the worst I've ever used...I had to let my hair air dry instead which was inconvenient since I did not pack my own hair dryer. I think that there are probably many better hotel options in Milan.

Great hotel with good clean rooms and large buffet selection for breakfast.

Good location. Very close to metro. Rooms are decent, not big but pretty clean. Shower is very small, be careful when washing cause you will hit the door. The toilet is very small and uncomfortable for larger people. The beds are average. They have multiple pillows to choose from. The reception staff should be a lot friendlier. Nobody told us we had to leave our key before we went out, but the third day an older guy at the reception was pretty harsh about it. We were surprised. His explanation was that anyone could enter our rooms if we lost the key. While in practice, anyone can just come into the hotel and ask for any (!) room key and get it without identification. Not sure but sounds pretty insecure to me. First time I have seen this practice. Anyways, other staff is friendly though. Breakfast was a bit simple. Just some frozen croissants, toasts, eggs, bacon, and potted jams and Nutella chocolate. Little selection of fruits and just two kinds of cereals. Hot water for tea took ages to fill because of the extremely slow machine. The elevator is kinda small. You can take the stairs though we didn't dare at first because they are marked as emergency stairs (in Italian only). All in all good for its location but don't expect too much.

The wifi works fatal. Water is almost impossible to regulate or very cold or burning. Little variety of food at breakfast. The walls look like paper, you can hear the footsteps of the hall. The bed is very comfortable and has many mirrors everywhere the decoration is not bad

The cleaning lady allowed herself to throw away personal belongings and no help from the hotel to try to find my belongings

Very good relation cost quality. Well located. Upon arrival they give us the keys and when going up the room was undone. Luckily they quickly gave us a new one. The room was bright and clean. The bathroom made new, very complete. Excellent breakfast

Great value for the price. The room and bathroom were clean and not too cramped. The beds were very firm and you could almost feel the springs but we slept fine after a busy day. The shower stall was narrow, but it worked fine. The room was quiet and there was a vending machine with drinks in the hall. Breakfast was free and good. They will hold you bags for you after you check out.

The reason for taking off a star was an incident with the room key. They require you to leave the room key when you leave the building, which is fine. However, when we came back, they told us that the other guy in our family had just picked up the key. This was rather frightening since there was no other guy in our family. Just as we were getting increasingly frustrated and upset, a guy came down the elevator asking why there were already bags on his room. Turns out we had similar last names. We got lucky and it seemed like our possessions were untouched. That could've turned out differently.

Very good situation, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast varied. A good place to enjoy your stay in Milan

Room on street a little noisy. Unpleasant breakfast room and low quality products. Be careful the hotel's parking is not really in the hotel and is in a restricted traffic area!

The center is close. The rooms are modern but very dark. The bathroom on the ceiling is slowly mold, because the exhaust fan does not work. Also, there are no Schuko sockets, so a travel adapter is necessary. What is very negative, are the soundproof rooms. The breakfast room is crowded, little choice and the coffee does not taste.

Perfect hotel with perfect price! Very close to metro from the airport. Super easy to get to. Close to yummy spots. On a nice quiet street, could sleep with the windows open. Nice large bathroom. Great bed! Complimentary breakfast was great too! Would highly recommend!

Great location within the brera area. The room was of good size and quiet clean. One minute from moscova metro station. The bed was a bit small this the four stars. Nonetheless a good hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located. All sights and railway station are within walking distance. Good breakfasts, comfortable beds, 24 hour reception, cleanliness. What else does a modest traveler need?

My favorite, wonderful location, tranquility because it is in a limited traffic area, very central, clean with very friendly staff. Every occasion is good to go back to. (I've already booked a stay in the new year)

Ashamed! I wish to cancel my reservation for the beginning of April because my flights are canceled and the borders closed but the hotel refuses to grant me a free cancellation! I have to pay 187 to cancel! Is this a joke? Ashamed! Ashamed! Ashamed! In addition to that, no response to my emails or my calls!
