The best part of our stay was Ankit Dhiman - who is the supervisor at Radisson Jalandhar. Very polite and great hospitality. Other than that room 310 AC was very slow and low so we had to ask for a standing fan. Other than that great hotel. It was my wedding so the staff gave us a complimentarycale.

Lovely hotel... They ensure standards that is required of them... Clean rooms good food, ample parking except in case of some events being held at the hotel, the rates ofcoz match the price tag.. Recommend for family stay

We came to Kabab Factory as a group of 20 persons. All officers and wife's, Right from laying of crockery/cutlery and serving water, the service was at its lousy low till the main course. The breads were served, turned cold but the dishes didn't turn up until the waiters were asked repeatedly. It was when it was firmly demanded by one of our group members that the Comments Register be brought that the "quick service, with smile" attitude showed back on the faces of Kabab Factory service staff. Then, the bread basket was replaced and timed with the service of main dishes. The desserts were served nicely, but only when the evening had turned distasteful because of the bitter Sunday evening at Kabab Factory, The Radisson, Jalandhar on May 08, 2016.

Nice cuisine, nice ambiance. Interiors slightly cramped. Biggest sign of relief, especially from Indian point of view, is availability of health faucets in washrooms!

The overall behaviour of the staff was very impolite , even the restaurant the breakfast area staff was not easy nor friendly.

Hotel as per location is good but looking at the other Hospitality issues they need to work on there staff.

I liked staying in hotel with my friends. But I didn't like the breakfast meat food. Sussage and other food not up to british standerd.
I think the owner of this resturat is english oldage couple.
I used to spend 10.000 Rs. A night stay in hotel. The bar service good.

We costed there for dinner and it was serving food even at12:00 Am the quality of good was amazing and even drinks was also good In kabab factory chicken was soft and deliceus .

I had a good time at the hotel, both the restaurant managers were helpful and friendly. A special thanks to executive chef Rahul Rawat for excellent food. Overall the experience was amazing and I would love to stay again, highly recommended to all.
