The food was very bad and the way to the business centre was very small and congested. But, The service was excellent.

as per standards of reddision, marrigae hall was on the sub standards side.

Cute professional hotel., a pleasure to stay there and do so many events.. The staff is well trained and courteous, but the food quality needs a push as per 5 Star status..

The stay at the Radisson was a pleasant one with overall good helpful staff. Exceptionally good food at the Kabab factory. Buffet Breakfast was good in general. The Rooms are very well kept and have a very nice interiors. The Bathrooms are neat and clean with all facilities that a hotel of this standard should have. In total a nice place to stay. Keep up the good work.

Ok place with extra cheese and over priced products

Myself and my wife are regular customers of Radisson, visiting their restaurant i.e. Tiffany and Kabab Factory almost every week and have found that the staff is courteous and proactive and to accommodate our request go to extra miles. In tiffany, they have such an elaborate buffet that no other restaurant in Jalandhar can match them. In Kabab Factory, they have live kitchen and we can see that all items are cooked in front of the customers and their menu is well elaborate and mouth watering. I will strongly recommend that if you are in Jalandhar,this is the best eating place.

Selected items are good always. Chicken picatta is heaven
