Pretty much as expected. Nothing to talk home about. Decent staff, well groomed & polite. Rooms are well appointed but average. No view from most of the rooms, making it a tad boring.

Service is excellent,staff cooperative,food quality good,approach little busy .

It's an awesome hotel located in mid of city which is easily accessible from Bus Stand and Jalandhar City Railway Station.

Located just off the BMC chowk, Radisson Jalandhar is about as centrally located as it can get. We visited the Kebab Factory for Dinner. As always the selection of kebabs was delectable and service was excellent.

Overall a nice experience. Service should be bit quicker.

It's just like any unrated hotel and by no means does justice to the Raddison brand. I attended a function in the lawn where the decor was very low class and the chairs and table covers were deplorable. The food was also very average. No need to go here and pay only for a brand name and get nothing of good value

A good location to dump into if you are looking for well cooked food. Well flavoured meals, neither oily nor spicy. The vegetarian dishes are worth a try.

I visited for an official event. Also it was kind of a rewarding event. So it was actually very good. The service is good and the preparation is excellent. I dont know about other stuff like rooms, etc. Will share it some other time when I visit there...

The room smelled very bad. The bath towels smelled even worse. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel property is very old, I think best in class is country inn and with in 3 months Park plaza is also opening at Police line near Big bazar so all latest facilities will be available there ...

The Raddison is a little overrated. Plenty of options (of other hotels) exist at fraction of the price. The restarants are empty, because of the expensive cost, and it spoils the mood and atmosphere of the hotel.

Good but needs to be upgraded to a 5 star feel ...it starts from valley services professional attitude till the restaurant services

Decent hotel. Property was below expectation. But the staff was very supportive and helpful.

Overall it was good but I felt like Lights of the rooms were very dim.
