Service and the breakfast buffet is really good in this hotel! One bad downside is that even though our room is "non-smoking" we would often come to it and smell cigarettes coming out of the vents due to other people smoking in their rooms. Every morning when we would leave for breakfast the door to the neighbouring room would be open with house keeping inside and you could smell that it reeked of cigarettes. This hotel needs to find a way of detecting people smoking in their rooms and stopping them. Although the service is very good we would not return until this hotel goes completely smoke free

In a busy area. Funny smell in hotel. Swimming pool so pointless. Group of men hanging out by pool and lawn used as car park. Cars pass with inches of pool. Used by too many business men. Not really for families

Overall amazing experience , excellent friendly staff , good buffet spread , food changes were made as per our preferences , neat and clean rooms and vry curtious welcome desk staff .

Lovely property. Ankit in their coffee shop is one of the best servers I have come across. Genuine and hospitable. Lovely smile and comes across as a gentleman!

Restaurant services were very poor. Waiters are not so civilized, they ignored to customers requests.

Nice d hotel. One of the famous hotels in the city.

Very nice hotel at a suitable location. Food especially non veg is good. Ambience in very cozy. They have a separate hall for having private functions like marriage or reception etc. This has a separate entry. Parking is an issue but there is valet parking. Liquor is served in the restaurant.

Very good ambience. But the serving of food was very slow. Comfortable seats. Well mannered waiters. Tasty good. Except speed of serving of food everything was flawless.

Nice hotel. Nice ambience. Lobby area is attractive but not as elegant as other Radisson hotels in metros or tier - 1 cities. Rooms are also good. Multiple options for meeting rooms. Restaurant is also fairly nice. Buffet has wide spread. Overall good hotel in Jalandhar and considered an upscale place in the city.

Great looking Hotel with interiors of a Royal palace....great food

Come and feel the parking congestion at parking area of this hotel. Service by attendants are not upto mark. Only plus point is that this hotel is located at the heart of city. Jalandhar is famous for encroachment by each and every segment of the public.
