Very friendly and informative reception staff and servers. Very beautiful location with a private beach, small pool and quiet atmosphere. A security guard was present at night and welcomed us on late evenings. The room was spacious and kept clean. We stayed in a standard plus with a beautiful view. Kept the windows open at night and the fan on so the room was cool enough to sleep in with strong winds. The water pressure in the shower is low. Good sized breakfasts with fresh ingredients.

Fantastic beach front hotel with everything you need. Ocean views all over. Soft sand walk ways and palapa terrace where you can enjoy great food from the restaurant with your feet in the sand. Very relaxing.
Access to the beach if you purchase a drink or food. Both are great! However a bit pricey when compared to the city itself, roughly 2x the price. The beach is very nice & there is service on the beach. Had a wonderful time the Italian bartender is incredibly friendly makes a tasty margarita!!
Wonderful posada. Nice rooms with hammocks a few meters away from the beach. Great staff that is laid back. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but otherwise highly recommend the posada. Lovely place.
Clean, darling little room. Great customer service. You have your own little beach to stay on. The breakfast is very sufficient in the morning. Wiill definitely stay here again!
DON'T STAY HERE. Our trip was ruined. We stayed on the bottom floor and there was this huge party group that stayed above us and kept the whole resort up even the resorts next to this one. They were so loud pounding the floor above us and dumping beer and trash down on our balcony once they found out we complained. This resort will not deal with this kind of problem if this happens to you. The security guard up front is worthless, and to make it worse the guy didn't know English so he had no idea what we were trying to tell him, he just sat there. If I was staying in a hotel in the US they would have hauled them out of the resort with police if they had too. The security guard made no attempt to do anything. This went on until 7am. The resort didn't give us any compensation or anything. The place is pathetic, if you wanted to you could probably set up a huge party throughout the whole property grounds and they will let you do it, you run the place at night. they aren't equipped to handle these kind of issues and they just won't. This happened about 3 years ago and have been meaning to write a review since.

This hotel is in a great location and could have been a lovely stay - however we run into several problems, which made us check out one night early after all.
1. We used the hanger to try some of our cloths, unfortunately these were so dirty that our cloths got moldy spots from it (see pictures).
2. The breakfast is relatively small. We received 1 slides of bread each & a very small portion of eggs. We have been asking for a second slide of bread, which has been denied to us. We offered to pay for a second slide of bread, but were still not able to get one. Obviously this really incontinent.
3. After the first cleaning we recognized that we only received one towel back - no problem happens to the best. However we had to ask 3 times to only receive a second one. The day before we had 4 towels - 2 small 2 big ones. On the second day we stopped asking, as the staff seemed really annoyed by requests like this.
4. Cleaning was very poor. In this hotel are several animals e.g. raccoons & cockroaches, which is absolutely fine as we are in a beach location. However, when we killed the cockroaches we left them for the cleaning service - but they were not removed. Only when we put it right in the MIDDLE very visible they have been removed after 3 days.
5. During our last night we ran into a problem with our bathroom sink, which was clearly under pressure, leading to the water starting to run uncontrollably & extreme noise harassment. We addressed this issue in the afternoon & have been told they could only fixing tomorrow. After trying to find some sleep, the friendly security guard turned of the water, so that it at least was possible to sleep.
Overall we had a very poor experience with lots of issues and unfriendly staff. Situations like this can always happen, but it is a matter of how you address these issues. After all we felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave one night early. We did not receive an apology or any kind of refund. Value for price is not given in this hotel. You can find a lot nicer places to stay for the same amount of money. We do not recommend this place at all!

Nice little hotel on the north part of Tulum. Staff was especially accommodating and very welcoming. Gabriel at the reception desk was very attentive to our request and went above and beyond our expectations. Great view from our room over looking the ocean and very comfortable bed and space in the room. Due to a power outage hot water didn t work for last day there. Food, wow comes to mind, great variety of options and we enjoyed plenty from the menu, some of our favorites were the grilled mushrooms with Cheese along with the fish tacos. Great place overall would stay there again.
