Hotel Perdana Kota Bharu Review

All the staff are very friendly. The room are comfortable complete with all the things that we need. Love it !

Lovely breakfast spread! Definitely the plus point for their kitchen team.

Bell boys were super helpful and fast. Felt so welcoming upon arrival. Fast check in. Very satisfied with all the staffs.

Clean room. Bathroom super small and the there was no drainage to allow tub water straight to the drain so the water was all over the floor. That's my only complaint.

The best hotel in town, was told by many grab drivers.
Not up to a 3 stars standard but I believe it is the best in town.
Great gym facilities, great staffs, I fell safe to stay here but make sure get the executive wing and high floor, great breakfast walking distance to many places, 15min away from the airport, 15 min away from the train station.

Room clean n tidy. Buffet breakfast very good but no Sop and social distancing. For front desk, please more smile to your guest.

Love the breakfast so much. Got all the signature food of Kelantan. Definitely will stay here again.

Be very careful with what you book.
1) stay away from the heritage wing rooms. Don't pay more for the Premier Deluxe room. It's more space for... Nothing. Don't be fooled by the claim that it's bigger.. It's just space with no substance.

2) Book the regular Executive Room. They are in the main block with more floors and the rooms are in a better state than the Premier Deluxe room (which costs more). The phone doesn't even work, it's musty and more run down in the more expensive room!

The main issue with this hotel:

All rooms have Queen beds. This means a 155cm x 200cm bed. In normal bedrooms, that means 2m long X 1.5m width. This hotel has decided to give you to optical illusion that you are sleeping on a big bed. Hence if you're 1.8m tall like my hubs (or even just 5'7") you hang out of the bed if you sleep the way the bed is made!!

Good food (Chinese Restaurant) and good meeting room facility (tenun). Reliable PIC was sent to deal with us.

Was a pleasant stay, room is spacious & the view was spectacular. To add on that the location is at the heart of Kota Bharu which is a win because the food trail is just around this area but the hotel's culinary also was not half bad either. Next time I come down here will be a must to comeback to this hotel.
