Great place, it's clean and with very soft beds. Check in and check out is easy which is always a good thing.

A good hotel for one night without too much celebration of the stay. There is no madness, because the decor and equipment of this sanctuary is extremely simple and smacks of the '90s of the last century. No fridge, even the smallest one. Ventilation could not be started. The curtain was creased. I ran out of electrical outlet near the bed on the right side of the room. The door to the shower cubicle, in the bathroom, did not close completely. But it's clean. There is also an underground garage. Due to the lack of sufficient space, getting around the garage is quite complicated. Me, to fit in a narrow bend, then in the three-meter wide ramp uphill, I had to drive backwards. Unfortunately, parking costs an additional 60 zlotys, but it was worth using, because it is at least under the supervision of cameras and the car was warm. Parking lots under a cloud at the hotel cost the same. At the reception we found a young smiling lady. She calmly explained everything. The location is great. The old town is within a few steps, the Warszawa Centralna train station is six stops by tram. We wanted to have breakfast in the hotel, it was too expensive for us, because it cost PLN 40 per person. But next door on Andersa Street is Gdansk milk bar. Breakfast at PLN 10 per person was tasty and we ate it, minus it: raw coffee. For this morning walk did us good.

Clean is clean, not far from the center ... breakfast should be included

We and our daughter stayed at the Ibis for a total of 4 nights.

First the positive:
The rooms themselves are quite ok - according to an ibis hotel.
The lobby is nice too.
The location is good, as you have a tram stop almost in front of the door. This means you can get to town quickly.

Now for the negative:
- What irritated me very much was that many of the staff only speak very poor English - both at the reception and at the bar. For a city like Warsaw and for an ibis, actually unacceptable. Such an international chain should actually know how important English-speaking staff is.
- Twice we had the situation that someone opened our room door and then immediately disappeared again. Since this someone hadn't knocked before, we suspect that other guests accidentally got our room. Not a nice feeling as you can imagine.
- The service is more than poor - we had to ask twice about our baby bed, the second time the reception even wanted to put us off that house keeping was no longer there at the time. When I explained to the gentleman that our daughter now needs a baby bed (she is 10 weeks old) he was able to "find" one. The baby bed itself is not in good shape, but with an extra sheet you can see over it.
- During our stay we could no longer use our room cards a total of 4 times. Then you had to go to reception every time to re-activate the card. If you were lucky, there weren't any arriving guests at the time, otherwise you could wait 15 minutes.

All in all, not a satisfactory stay. We were traveling with a couple of friends who also had similar problems.

On my next visit to Warsaw, I will certainly choose another hotel.

I am quite happy with my stay, I got a room in a place where a renovation was going on next door and for 2 days they drilled and hammered from 7 am to 6 pm, I don't know about others but I don't like being woken up by pounding a hammer over my head ...
Unfortunately, breakfast is also average at a price of almost PLN 50 per person, I expected something better ...

We stayed in a superior double room with a balcony on the top floor. Buffet breakfast with a very large selection of dishes. The location of the hotel is 10 min walk from the Old Town. I honestly recommend.

Warsawa is so nice city with lots of historical buildings and sights. It is really worth to be seen!

The staff in the hotel was super friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was excellent. For breakfast there was a large and varied buffet. The hotel bar is open 24 hours. Directly at the hotel there is connection to the public transport (bus and street tap). In the old town but you can also easily walk.

I don't know what these 3 stars are for, because the standard is very motel. Micro rooms definitely not for claustrophobes.

The whole day of construction in the hotel until 18.00 clock. The drill roars throughout the house.

The hotel is clean, cleaned every day. The room was small. Windows cannot be opened. Slippers do not give. There is soap and shampoo, one weighs in the shower cabin and one near the washbasin. They also gave me one bottle of water in a glass. Overall, not bad.

Great people, great atmosphere :) Although I live in Warsaw, I felt like I was in another city. I heartily recommend

Cute hotel, very large so it hosts a variety of people coming from many parts of the world, the food is delicious and the restaurant is cheap.

A typical chain, close to the center, underground parking, no fireworks.

There is nothing to complain about but nothing special. Clean and tidy exactly what you expect from a hotel of this level no less and no more. Breakfast is not exciting nor worth its price 36 zloty 8 euros. It is better to find something in the Old City that is quite close. Total cost is very expensive for an outstanding change.

Mattress in the room perfect, air conditioning hmm, as weak for me. High quality breakfast, delicious breakfasts. Lunch - I recommend a steak, the Chef knows what he is doing. The garage is very narrow but if someone is driving a car well it will give advice :) Service at a very high level. I am very well looked after and recommended.

Standard of the room as in the Ibis Budget, but here the positives end. Terrible breakfast: scrambled eggs, slush, sausages so-so, dirty plates and trays.

The hotel service also leaves something to be desired. They approach the guests as if they were stalkers, instead of helping, they say that it is Warsaw or that they are just making things up.

In conclusion, how can you avoid this hotel.

The quality of food and room equipment is very high for this price level. The only downside is the service that runs out of the restaurant if it is less than 10 minutes before breakfast, and someone may want to come earlier.

Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff and easily accessible from Warsaw Centrum. Would happily return. Good value for money.
