Super location of the hotel close to the Old Town. Entering the room I know I'm at the Ibis :-) I would recommend the Ibis chain.

Location revelation, breakfast and its price is quite poor. Rooms like this IBIS tiny;)

Nice hotel on the outskirts of the Old Town which is a good 15-20 minute walk to the Old market Square. The room is fine although not biggest I have stayed in across Europe. There are places to eat near the hotel along with convenience stores and coffee shops, along with a Craft Beer bar about 5 minutes walk. Would recommend a visit if on a weekend break.

In general, everything okay. Certainly, the rooms need to be refreshed, telephone booking at a very high level. Breakfast revelation

Help me nice and helpful. Good location and cleanliness at the right level. The only minus is the Russian taboos with their own alcohol prowling in the lobby.

Very well placed for access to the old town. Very good quality bedding. A bit noisy if your room faces the crossroads.

Hotel is clean and comfortable and very close to the city centre, Museum of Polish Jews and shopping mall Arkadia. Breakfast is satisfactory, always fresh, European cusine and you can have both salty and sweet breakfast.

Not so happy - rooms look pretty old and noisy. AC is either to low or to cold/noisy. Reception is understaff. No facilities except conference rooms in this hotel. The only good is the location.

Hotel worth recommending, and very importantly very friendly service

The rooms are small, there is no gym and due to a remodelling it was very noisy most part of the day.

Very nice family room. A large extra bed could fit two children. Very clean. Very nice service. Tasty breakfast, quite a lot of choice. Even though breakfast was served by the hotel staff, everything went well. Only negative is the entrance from the underground garage to the hotel lots of stairs and doors with suitcases hard. We will definitely use it again.

A nice quiet hotel. I recommend sleeping with breakfast.

Central comfortable clean small bottle of water available. Staff very helpful. Gluten-free bread available. Complimentary apple when leaving breakfast. Recommended.

Nice city hotel, I stay there for work. Its within short walking distance to the old town center. The rooms are always clean and don't smell of smoke. The free WiFi is quick and the food is OK.

I had an unexcpected bad customer experience unfortunately in this hotel in the opposite of my very good experiences with other ibis hotels, in this Hotel I didn't find any condition of satisfaction for these reasons :

* The room is without any electric kettle while photos of reservation page shows that the room contain it ! but what was strange is that the agents of reception refused to give us one and reacted with an arrogant way (I'm not sure that the electric kettle is a very big deal for such range of hotel)

* No cleaning for room even that we asked many times the agents of reception during 3 days !! and even that they said " yes sure"

* No changing towels at all even we asked for it as well !

* The brakefast is under excpectations and not self service as in all hotels (even of 2 stars hotels).
the service of many 2 stars hotel is much better I prefer more Ibis budget than this one.

A message to the manager of this hotel : the quality of service in IBIS warszawa Stare Miasto isn't in the level of Ibis hotel series you have to upgrade the client experience (for exemple I don't see any problem to give an electric kettle to the customer it is not even a big deal even !! and if the client asked for cleaning the room after 2 the agents should take this order seriously ! )

You need to upgrade your service. for me it was under the level of Ibis hotel "client experience".

I recommand to any redear of my review abother hotel of such price it will surely be better in all cases.

Good location. Clerks are a bit rudes (polish pattern). In Warsaw, I strongly recommend a 3g internet to use waze/google maps.

Three star hotel located in the new city, well conditioned, with simple rooms. Abundant and varied breakfast.

Rooms dated but common areas have been modernised and it is perfectly ok to stay in for business or short term trips

An ibis just. You can not expect much. But it has a very good central location and has been reasonably clean.

Good hotel, nice staff, daily maid service. There is a recreation area, a bar 24/7. Near the hotel there is a bicycle parking with bike rental, convenient transportation interchange. Walking distance to minimarkets. Near the zoo and downtown.

For now, three, but I will be happy and I will be pleased to give you more

Very nice hotel, but the price is inadequate to equip the rooms.

Have been here for a couple days. No gym or pool but the accommodation is suitable. The shower basin fills up and you need to move the drain cover so it doesn't over flow, and the bathroom lights take a while to warm up and actually turn on.
Have been trying to use the phone to make local calls or a friend's cell and the rooms have the phones blocked (don't understand the language so the recording that occasionally came up didn't help except to tell me I did something wrong). Not sure why they provide them. I approached the front desk and was told that I needed to put a deposit to unblock, so we did that. No change. The next day I again went to the front desk and the girl there said "I am not a technician". No change. It's rather frustrating. Clear direction or functioning devices would make things easier. If you have a european phone, no problem.
EDIT - the staff were nice though the issue was never actually resolved.

As Ibis - rooms are claustrophobically small and definitely too expensive.

Very ok. If you have no problem with small but functional rooms I highly recommend. Breakfast is nice and you can easily eat.

Very large hotel, clean and tidy and with a very youthful feel. Modern and welcoming rooms, friendly and competent staff, convenient location to visit Stare Miasto which can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or by bus. The only flaw is the breakfast that is offered at 9 euros, a bit high for the price.

Clean, reasonably priced hotel, close to Warsaw old town.

Although at first it may seem like just another ibis, with standard rooms I would NOT recommend it, I think there may be better options for the same price.

To begin with, the air conditioning in the room did not work well and when we commented at the reception that if they could go and have a look they did not seem very much for the work. Then our room smelled like a drain and after waiting almost an hour, here they gave us a solution and changed rooms (a plus). And in the new room the water leaked from the shower, although here we decided not to complain, because with the change of room etc ... we prefer to throw the towels on the floor to cover the water and that's it.

Regarding the location, it is 20 minutes from the old city center, which is not a problem to walk, although the bad thing is that in the hotel's own neighborhood there are only two or three cafes, so if one day there you want to walk to the center you have nothing to do near the hotel.

On the plus side - the location of the hotel, helpful and smiling crew and a comfortable bed.
On the downside - poorly contacting the castle (you had to spend a few moments to get the card) and the unpleasant smell in the room (317).
