This is not a 3 star hotel. 2 stars is more correct. Very small and inconvenient rooms, no room for luggage storage, no cabinets, only one rod with 3 hangers and a couple of hooks on the wall. Very spartan- here you get nothing extra! Sewage gates in the hallways that spread over much of the hotel. We were dying of a bad smell in one of the conference halls during a meeting. The beds are thankfully good and it's clean, so something positive is it! Expensive to buy coffee or beer / wine at the bar. Recommended to drop the hotel breakfast - quick stuff .... there is a super cafe nearby that offers delicious things for a cheap money, cafe Nero!

Hotel chain "Ibis" are distinguished by their affordable prices and rather small rooms. This hotel is no exception. Rooms are small but comfortable. The hotel is located near the Old Town. I liked the breakfasts. The entrance to the underground parking is very steep. Be very careful.

Great location, very friendly service, breakfast great, everyone will find something for themselves and will not go hungry. Hotel clean and care about the customer

Near the old town and shopping center. An ideal place for foreign guests.

Good location, nice atmosphere, there are some shortcomings, the rooms have a bit of a bad smell and could be refreshed a bit.

Lovely hotel near the old town, 400 meters walk.
Rooms are clean, beds fine. Bathroom adequate.
We stayed there for 6 nights with breakfast.

That breakfast was fine, something for everyone. Three coffee makers that brew different and mixable coffee with fresh beans.

The staff speak good English, always helpful and friendly.
In the central hall you can go to the dining area or to a bar with a good seating area to spend a few hours while enjoying a snack and a drink.

The hotel has two exits. If you want to go somewhere by taxi, go through the back exit where taxis are usually ready.
There is an ATM right in front of the main entrance if you need cash but paying with credit or your normal debit card is no problem anywhere.
So great hotel, good location. Definitely come back here again.

Good location, near the metro station Dworzec Gda ski, rooms in good condition

Great hotel, great staff. Comfortable, functional, clean. Good restaurant and service in it. We stayed at the hotel with several families (14 people) for 2 days to celebrate the Jubilee and get acquainted with Warsaw. But, due to the announced quarantine in Europe, they are forced to urgently leave Poland. Our flight back to Kiev was canceled by the airline. I express my deepest gratitude from myself and from my friends, for helping me get the most important information for us from the dispatchers of the Busfor truck company to the employees of your hotel Anna Melnichuk, Vova and Dominica.

Ordinary business hotel, excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the historic center

the "manager" of the reception had a slip, which I would not write about in public - but the rest of the team stood up to the challenge.

A very nice place close to the old town and metro station. The team was very eager to help. Rooms in good condition for this standard. If there is a minus, the price is 60 PLN. And I have the impression that in the breakfast room there is not enough space for everyone and for the buffet. Hence, despite the good work of the team, food shortages. This is probably for improvement at the expense of other rooms I look at.

Fatal hotel service, despite many calls and emails, no hotel response. Twice charged for the stay, no response to clarify the matter. FV not passed despite the reception assurances. During the next booking, transfer to another hotel, without any previous information, without explanation, without a word, sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I had to use the hotel because of the location in relation to the university, otherwise I would never use more of this hotel. I advise against all.

The service is very good, the hygiene too. There was no refrigerator / minibar or iron in the room

Modern and functional hotel with easy access to the city centre. The hotel is also a stones throw away from Warsaw 'Gdanska' Station, which offers a rail link to Modlin Airport for 19PL each way. The rooms are clean, fairly modern and have good heating/air con systems. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with regards to leaving baggage at the hotel on our day of departure. Breakfast is a fairly comprehensive buffet, albeit a little expensive by Polish standards. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town sector of the city and is around 5 minutes away from the POLIN history of Jews in Poland Museum, so is fairly central to the main attractions (the city zoo is also about 15 mind walk away). There is also a supermarket a few hundred metres down the road heading into the city.

Good hotel and close to the most important museums of Warsaw (Nicolaus Copernicus and Fryderyk Chopin).

Good value for money. To my standards it is not central but a 20-minute walk takes you to Barbacan and with trams and buses going everywhere. Good breakfast which is worth the asking price. In the complex hotel equipped with various comforts except kindness

Ibis hotels are good but the rooms and bathroom amenities of this hotel are inadequate so perhaps the prices are reasonable.

I enjoyed my stay here. We had a Team Workshop the service was nice, the room as well. The location is close to the old town as well. So all in all, I can recommended it.

It gives one star for the hotel staff to be interested in my opinion. I am met by the gentleman from the reception who served us on Sunday, September 23, 18 at about 14 o'clock. I am a disabled woman, I booked my room with my husband in my name. Everything would be ok if the man from the reception, confirming the reservations, did not talk ONLY and only with him. Although my husband did not know about anything because I was doing it, the man from the reception talked and only looked at him. Even when I was answering you, he was looking at her husband. The situation looked comical on one side but on the other I felt really humiliated. I understand that someone may have prejudices for people with disabilities, but such people should not be employed especially in a hotel where there are many foreigners. If you, for example, came to other nations, they would have considerable problems due to discrimination.

We are very pleased with the hotel. Clean and tidy. The bathroom is also perfectly adapted. Breakfast with a lot of choice and very tasty. It is a pity that the service has already spoiled our mood.

It is Warsaw. To be in Poland is special. The room is small, but everyone is friendly. Perfect weather.

Nothing special but everything worked, including the air conditioning, which was important since the temperatures were over 90 (35). Good location--walking distance to Old City and on bus lines for travel into and beyond the city center. Breakfast was better than average.

A very nice hotel in an interesting location. Due to the proximity of my company's office nearby, I often spend the night in this hotel as part of a business trip. The rooms are rather normal size, you can see that they have been renovated a few years ago, but they are clean, tidy and aired (similar to the bathroom) - I rate 4/5. Breakfasts - delicious, despite the small area of the restaurant, everyone will find something for themselves (I recommend pancakes with chocolate :)) - rating 5/5. Nice, smiling and helpful staff - rating 5/5. Location - as I mentioned, I choose the hotel due to the proximity of the office, but a walk to the Old Town is a very good idea, taking into account the proximity of the hotel. Rating - 5/5. Overall, I highly recommend it !!!

Hotel to refresh, decently but not clean, in the recesses of dirt, for example on bulbs. Unacceptable breakfast, cardboard instead of sausages, scrambled eggs with flour. Price decent, similarly location, very nice service. Parking price - robbery in broad daylight - 60 PLN per day is an exaggeration. You can stay for one night.

The only plus of the hotel is pretty good food. Generally, I advise against. The picture of a double room with PERSONAL BEDS speaks for itself.
