I would like to express my opinion on the Ibis Stare Miasto Hotel
The hotel has a lot of advantages:
- easy access from the center,
- clean, well-kept,
- aesthetic rooms,
- convenient places to sit (on the ground floor, in the bar, on the mezzanine)
- professional and friendly service
Especially me and my colleagues remember Mr. Marcin (such a young, smiling man in a beard). Compared to other receptionists, Mr. Marcin is distinguished by his competence, efficient service and knowledge of the hotel program, reliability in made and numerous reservations, correctness in issuing invoices, and most importantly, in my opinion, in service professions - courtesy, kindness, smile and skill making contact with another person - the client. This means that we do not feel like anonymous customers (she remembers our regular customers) and that is why when we go on business trips to Warsaw, we are happy to book rooms in this hotel.
Unfortunately, during longer stays in the hotel, monotonous and poorly varied breakfasts for a fairly high price are a drawback (hence I recommend speeding up activities related to changing the breakfast menu).
Overall rating of the hotel-very good. I recommend.

The service is excellent, the staff are very friendly. Food lovely. Considering the price I paid I wasn't expecting the rooms to be as good as they are.

Another opinion after ... 2 years from the previous one. I already thought something was starting to happen. More rooms after renovation, more dedicated service, etc. Unfortunately ... despite the fact that I am a regular customer (at least once a week) I was hoping for some privileges. For example, according to the suggestions of the reception staff, he reserves the room well in advance and indicates the request for a room after renovation in his comments. During the check-in, however, the lady says that they are no longer available ... In addition, I booked a room with a double bed and I got one with two narrow ones . I hope that in the near future all rooms will be renovated and there will be no problem with their availability. And finally, a constant thread ... Breakfast. Despite the fact that a large selection is unfortunately of poor quality (and 2 years ago someone wrote back to me that the hotel is currently working on improvement).

Paid parking for guests PLN 60 per night is a mistake!

A typical mass event, the air from the air conditioning / ventilation is bad, so it breathes poorly = (and very average breakfast - scrambled eggs with powder and stuff.

Pretty modern and new hotel. It is somewhat removed from the historic center but you can walk perfectly. Rooms of good size and with amenities. The bathroom quite large and clean. Price more than reasonable.

The price is not adequate to the quality. A typical chain hotel. Expensive parking.

Cold food. After reporting to the staff, they warmed up by burning and I am sorry.

An excellent hotel for a weekend in Warsaw with a perfect location

Receptionists are rude, air conditioning does not work and restaurant with bad and expensive options. The location is good, close to the old town and so worth it.

Unfortunately, after my recent experience of working with this hotel, I think that half of the reception staff should go to courses that improve customer service and learn Polish. Reception activities have led to repeated errors and resulted in direct financial losses which caused their unprofitable behavior. I advise you to skip this hotel in a faraway hatch. enada

Extra: warm, friendly and extra breakfast. The staff listens to the difficulties and responds effectively. The only downside is a basic decoration of the rooms but everything is improvable ... good luck :-)

Overall it is good..to reception - no reservations at check-in. The bar also has no complaints. Breakfast - you can eat and eat, although not crazy. However, as for the room itself, I was surprised only by the lack of a kettle and tea or a nespresso machine where, being in Pozna , I always had a kettle in a room with a tea cup And sometimes the kettle and the aforementioned maker. Of course, I don't cross out the hotel ... the hotel is made up of people, the hotel really consists of us hotel guests and working people who try and do really hard work; I mean, ladies cleaners from the bar reception and the manager and manager. It is them who have the responsibility for which they are really billed.

Quite expensive. Breakfast not included in the service. Parking is additionally payable. The service is impeccable.

Hotel well communicated. Rooms clean but not the first freshness. There was a specific smell upon entering the room. Probably cleaning products. It bothered little. Tasty breakfast with a large variety of products. There are better places in this standard, however, for a business trip a place to recommend.

A big plus for the location, cleanliness and breakfast. It's nice that parking is monitored. Price OK.

The room simply does not have a garbage can, we were blocked by the entrance card 5 hours before the departure and had to spend about half an hour recovering it, the walls are thin and just heard the neighbors talking. I highly recommend it.

Conveniently located within walking distance of old town Warsaw, Poland. It offers a reasonable bar and a good breakfast buffet. I loved grandma s apple juice. The rooms are simple but efficient. I did have a little trouble with temperature control, but I opened the window and it was great.

Wherever I am, I always use the Ibis hotel as it is possible. A very good hotel at an affordable price in a good location. A small minus for breakfast, but this is not a big problem for 5 witnesses.

Very comfortable bed. Near everything. Parking is comfortable and inexpensive.
The bar and breakfast if they are expensive. It pays to go downtown for breakfast.

We stayed at this property during the Covid period.
The hotel has a good location, as it is a 10 minute walk from the old historic center (Stare Miasto).
The stops for surface public transport and the metro are also very close.
Clean and comfortable hotel, even if the rooms were poorly lit and the bathroom, although clean, was not very comfortable.

Definitely recommended to visit the old historic center.

If you are familiar with IBIS style, this is 100% IBIS. Friendly, simple, young, comfortable and at good price.

Very well located. Very nice home. Room a bit small.

I think the room is very clean. The shower in the bathroom is very large.
Breakfast unfortunately costs extra ... but if you pay for it you get a very large buffet.

Twice we had the pleasure of staying at the IBIS Warsaw Old Town SB hotel during the training with accommodation. Thank you very much for the very good conditions of stay, for the professional implementation of our reservation and for the suggestions for a parking space for a disabled person.
We appreciate the friendliness of hotel staff, readiness to help and very good meals. We are happy to think that we will have the opportunity to come back here.

Breakfast is good as usual. Mattress, spotting just like in all ibises. Service nice and helpful. I came there for the Warsaw Marathon and as a place to sleep was perfect.

Great location from the hotel 2 min walk to the old town.

It's hard to believe that it's the same network as Ibis in Poznan or Krakow.

I do not recommend. Telephone contact with the hotel - task not feasible. Parking - if you locate it, it costs PLN 60. per day. The room was clean, as in other hotels with so many stars - water, cups, etc. There was an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom and in the hotel lobby. Towels and toilet brush were missing. Breakfast tasty and hence one star from me.
