Unfortunately, after my recent experience of working with this hotel, I think that half of the reception staff should go to courses that improve customer service and learn Polish. Reception activities have led to repeated errors and resulted in direct financial losses which caused their unprofitable behavior. I advise you to skip this hotel in a faraway hatch. enada
