Marvellous views of the Garda lake and great food. The rooms might feel a little old but perfect service and tidyness makes up for that. Good breakfast.

The hotel complex is very nice and you have a great view of Lake Garda. Above all, the pool area with a view is terrific. The majority of the staff (especially in the restaurant) are professional, friendly and attentive. The dinner menu was excellent. Parking space available for the car. In 5 minutes by car you are in Bandolino, in 1.5 hours in Venice. Both are very recommendable.

Despite all of this, we will not recommend this hotel, because the way the manager dealt with our criticism of our room was a real shock for us, which we have never experienced: the room did not correspond to the pictures (sleeping area was renovated; bathroom unfortunately not - see attached pictures reality vs. online picture). In the event of a complaint, we were told that everything corresponded to the pictures. The situation played out with the result that we were advised to leave. I expect the highest level of professionalism from a manager and not a solution that puts us out of the door.

After two intensive discussions, we were apologized for the behavior and invited to a dinner. A bad aftertaste still remains.

(For the sake of completeness: we were initially told that we could not change rooms because everything was fully occupied. Then it was said that one floor was blocked due to the Corona, but we can move into a room there. We refused this for various reasons from - much smaller, poorer visibility, etc.).

Conclusion:
Great location, great facility, great view. Friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant area.
Price-performance ratio ( 270 per night) is not right. A junior suite is a normal double room. Refusing guests the door is a no go.

Located very nice up the hills. Best view. The service personell is very nice. Rooms are very clean and tidy. The bed is good and comfortable.

What you're paying for here is the view from the terrace and infinity pool, which is epic. The regular rooms are old, basic and a bit disappointing. The hotel is geared towards older guests, families and package holidays. They were not at all flexible on check out times, the restaurant closes early, etc... But the view is spectacular.
