Hotel Locanda Bonardi Review

Unique position, overlooking the whole Val Trompia and the surrounding peaks. Directly on the slopes of the Maniva Ski area and adjacent to fantastic hiking trails. Exceptional staff, we did not miss anything. The mountain cuisine is also excellent. Soundproof rooms, very comfortable bed. An excellence at high altitude 2 hours from Milan.

Very helpful managers. Excellent solution at a reasonable value for money. Good food, we didn't think we had a vegetable buffet. Not far from the ski slopes, the discount for the ski pass is excellent.

This hotel is really the top no flaw in the rooms in the services in the room and as for the management, positive note the swimming pool and the sunbeds with umbrellas available, a vote certainly excellent at the breakfast buffet, rich and well stocked, prices in the standard for the place !!

I was with the students on a skiing holiday, clean hotel, good food, the owner Mr. Massimo Lucchini is very helpful. The hotel provides space very appreciated by the children in their free time can make different board games for adults and there is also a nice wellness center where you can relax for a moment. Another positive aspect is that you often encounter big mountain experts among skiers, mountain guides, explorers and mountaineers with which between a coffee and a drink you can swap two very interesting words. These people also have brought their contribution to our students who were fascinated by their adventures.

I was pleasantly surprised a month ago when compliance with the Anti covid rules was total, fever measurement at the entrance, masks for all employees, spacing for the tables inside, but yesterday ... we were served by some employees with masks lowered but the worst was the amount of people crowded into tables of 30 or more (but was not the gathering prohibited?) without any control. A disappointment for a lovely place. I understand the need to work and I am sorry for the negative review but if we have to go back to closure due to these attitudes I do not consider it acceptable.

The hotel is in a beautiful location at the foot of the Maniva. From the hotel can be reached with your skis on the ski area. In summer there are beautiful walks of various lengths and difficulties valid for both beginners and experts alike. In winter with snowshoes you can reach interesting sights and even the facility of Desdena. Front Desdena a rifugii Orezzi accessible bar where you can enjoy a great euphonium. The hotel is clean and tidy with ample reserved parking. Possibility of renting snowshoes or skis.

Sandwich with Salamis and cheese, well what can I say I just watering it ........ staff top friendliness and helpfulness

The room is comfortable despite being on the floor in the attic. The restaurant offers good dishes almost all of the classics of this mountain area, therefore a cuisine rich in flavors and energy. Good choice of wines. The breakfast offered in the B&B price is below expectations for what dinner had reserved for us and the general impression of the hotel but also making a comparison with other structures of the same level. In addition to the limited choice, there was also the problem that often you cannot find what you want to eat because the containers are not replenished in a timely manner ... the hotel was full in partial justification .. but sooo partial ..

We stopped here for one night crossing these enchanting territories by motorbike.
It is located on the Maniva Pass with a wonderful view.
The rooms are equipped, comfortable and spacious.
The dinner was good even if a little below expectations ... the breakfast instead was very good with fragrant croissants and a lot of choice.

A Four Star on top of the mountains of the Trompia Valley. Restaurant that deserves all the stars, as well as the spa that puts you back on track after a mountain day

Fantastic place!
Isolated and with a super panorama around, although just one km from the Maniva Ski starting slopes.
The Hotel looks quite renovated and very well maintained.
Rooms are spacious enough and with all kind of comforts.
Good breakfast and very good restaurant also to have lunch and dinner (I've tried the dinner only).
The bar is super nice and you can have a quick lunch or any kind of drink (also very good the hot chocolate).
Quite large parking outside.
There is also a SPA, but I've not tried it.
Reasonable prices for a very good price / value ratio.
Definitely recommended for a vacation on the snow and beautiful slopes of Maniva Ski!

Food quality good average price. The service was rather lacking. The service of the main course took place over half an hour difference between the first 2 diners and the other 6. Furthermore, it took 40 minutes to wait between the order of the seconds and the service when the room was going to empty. At the checkout we were pleasantly awarded a discount of 16 euros without being asked. Probably they had noticed the disservice.

Myself and my wife stayed here during new year's for 5 nights. We absolutely loved it!
At first we were slightly skeptical as we were booked in on a deal which included full board which meant if the food was bad, we would have wasted a lot of money! There was however, nothing to worry about. The menu changed every night (3 course) and everything was absolutely delicious.Breakfast was simple but more than adequate.
Rooms were on the older side but very clean and comfortable. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Lunch vegan Passover (at our request) really very good. Dolce unsurpassed. thanks a lot

The place is extraordinary! The hotel has friendly staff helpful and informative. The rooms are tastefully decorated and always clean and well equipped! The menu caters to every need and taste !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! in any season!

Lovely place shame that I was sitting at a table outside for over 10 minutes while the waitress chatted with neighbors without taking my order. I had to get up and go to the counter.
