Bought Vancouver and British Columbia by Alexander...

Bought Vancouver and British Columbia by Alexander S. Holmes. When reviewing the book I came to pg.9 that is suppose to show Vancouver's BC growth from 1867. The map is of Vancouver Washington - not Vancouver BC. Very poor editing. Poor research. Not sure how many other errors there are. I won't finish the book and do not recommend it for anyone who wants to know this part of the world.

I needed to kill sometime in the area and decided to check out this bookstore. They have an awesome section towards the back called "NY & Turn Left Coast". All the books here are about NY, The Bay Area and it's history, opinions, areas to hik, etc. Loving it as it gives me some inspiration as to where to take nice photos plus I learn interesting facts and history from any the books there.

A friend told me about this book store and I loved it. As great as it was, I couldn't fully enjoy the experience. The store smelled like old kitty litter. It was kind of distracting. I feared if I stayed too long, I would end up smelling like the store. They have a great variety of books and decent prices. But that smelllllllll!
