Old renovated Cai hut used as a hotel. Beautiful rooms with all the comforts and the right size. Welness area small but comfortable. Good restaurant service, especially the breakfast is rich and abundant. Great location and courteous staff
Overview: Overall I would say our holiday was quite good. It very much depends on the type of holiday you're looking for and the people you're going with. This is a fairly good resort for families but not so much for young groups of people who want things to do in the evenings as well.
Location: The views are amazing, but there is nothing to do in this location. No bars or restaurants apart from the hotel.
Slopes: The slopes were quite minimal and we found ourselves on the same tracks several times throughout the week. The ski-hire place was good. They were helpful and polite. I recommend booking ski hire through the hotel as its cheaper than third party organisations. We were unfortunate with the weather and a lot of the slopes were closed when we got there due to lack of snow. You will also want to book a ski lesson (if you want them) prior to getting there as my friend left it until the day we got there and ended up with an instructor who didn't speak any English. The food in the cafeteria on the mountain was good and cheap.
Hotel: The hotel was nice, rooms were clean and tidy. Pretty basic but did the job. Our shower head didn't stay up so it was quite annoying having to hold it whilst we showered by there you go. We had a pretty good view as well. Spa is quite nice, they have a gym and a children's area as well so facilities in this hotel are quite good.
Food: Pretty bad. If you're a picky eater you wont want to eat here.
Staff: The staff were always nice and helpful. I hurt my thumb and was holding ice against it during dinner and one of the waiters wrapped some ice up in a bag for me! Receptionist was always friendly and helpful.
The charming place, the very kind staff, the beautiful and very nice hotel. In the Brescia area it is the most beautiful place I have ever seen!

A 3-star hotel that is in all respects a 4-star hotel. Excellent cuisine at modest prices. The context is that of Monte Maniva, a beautiful place from where various summer excursions depart and where the Maniva Sky ski area is located.
Absolutely not to be missed ...
Place very comfortable, suitable for snacks or meals and articulated for large groups. Staff were friendly and always available. Mountain panorama visible from every place in the hotel. Wellness Center full of services. If you take the opportunity in the area for a snack or snack, or a couple of relaxing hours because it deserves!
Excellent mountain chalet, right in the middle of the slopes! The location is very nice, clean, complete, Welles center, with gym ... children's playroom. The kitchen is taken care of, the staff is competent, and the prices are in line with the structure and the services

Such a great place with brilliant staff. A cosy modern hotel with good size rooms, big comfy bed and amazing views. We stayed 5 nights for a ski/snowboard trip and we couldn t have asked for a better base. Good food with a good selection of gluten-free for my partner and we got to use the relaxing spa. We had trouble with our hire car twice and Maximus helped us out and the second time Sanja did a lot of phoning around and managed to sort out our taxi to the airport. Little gem of a place.

Dinner to be considered good overall. We ate cold cuts and cheeses, tagliolini with ragout of venison and the proposed four seconds (venison stew with polenta storo, cut flavorings, melted cheese with polenta and mushrooms and polenta with raw Bagos and bacon)
Portions really too large and the deer too spicy enough to completely cover the flavor of the meat. The quality / price ratio is not adequate: the bill was a bit salty compared to the quality of the products.
The waiter's education and preparation were appreciated.

Wonderful landscape, very nice hotel with clean furnishings, excellent cuisine, friendly and welcoming staff. I felt pampered.
Friendly staff and beautiful views! We stopped here on a bike ride for lunch. Simple food but good taste!
Strolling the structure inspired me, we stopped in the evening to dine. Treated very well, dinner and really delicious dishes, typical dishes with abundant portions. Waiters and staff very kind !!

Stopped Monday due to bad weather and rain for lunch, 3 stars deserve for the very well-maintained and clean also externally, including large parking perfectly paved.
The staff, however kind, was a beginner and could not make interesting dishes that he knew little, in this the menu helped very little with an actually very limited choice, with the reconfirmation that in a dozen customers on two / three tables we ended up ordering the same dishes, given the gastronomic receptivity of the area is a sin.
The only proposal left, I assume, from the dessert weekend has not convinced anyone, so the problem has not been posed.
A perfectly clean toilet closes a positive judgment.

Staff very friendly in the hotel as well as outside it! Great trails, a few people, all open ... so you can see the skier on the track !!! Super !!
Rooms are ok, spring mattresses a bit uncomfortable. Food was great, service great, but only Italian. Great location.
Excellent food, courtesy, not very low prices but it is still a high altitude restaurant, so I would say reasonable. Also excellent for an aperitif, there are outdoor deckchairs in full sun, excellent idea. Bravi!
Nice view from the hotel. Located in the mountains, where there are hiking trails to do in spring / summer. In winter it is possible to stay there for skiing as there is a slope and a lift nearby.
Extremely helpful staff, and the opportunity to relax in the wellness area. There is also a children's area.
Highly recommended.
