Hotel Levante Club Review

A little old fashioned room decor. Spa costs 10 but does NOT have a sauna
One receptionist Natalia was sweet, the other somewhat older was not very sweet. The room was large, but the shower did not work even though it was a "superior" room, but I got myself a nice tub!
Does not seem that this hotel is 4 but rather ONLY 3!
Is not that cheap to stay here, 462 kr. For only one person for one night was the same from Sunday to Monday, as from Saturday to Sunday! Where it should have been cheaper!
The rooms do not even offer water or electric kettle. In fact, you should RENTAL it if you want coffee / tea room. I've never heard before and it is not exactly what I expect when I stay at a so-called 4 hotel ...
There are BETTER hotels for this price!

Good hotel with good facilities, spa good value for money and acceptable food but focused more on the English. Only a defect that I did not like anything, in the regime of all-inclusive alcoholic drinks come (obviously, the first brands do not) but nevertheless if you ask for a bottle of water you have to pay 2 ,,, ??? it has no logic

Very warm room! I asked for a double bed and they put two small and uncomfortable beds. Scarce food

A friend went to get their car from the underground car park & found the roof leaking from the swimming pool above. VERY DANGEROUS as this was leaking onto piles of granular and liquid Chlorine and could cause an explosion and release of the Chemical warfare Chlorine gas! They have tidied, but have no understanding of the dreadful potential to kill or maim

Excellent staff. The hotel also has a really good gym. Food okay. Biggest downside was the standard of the drinks in the all inclusive package so much so that we had to pay 16 euros per day to go onto the all inclusive premium package.

For the treatment of the staff, especially the cafeteria and the restaurant.

MY husband and I had our honeymoon here.we loved everything about this hotel. The staff representing overy job were polite. Friendly. And just so nice loved "james" the hotel entertainer. the food was the best we've seen in hotels to. Great stay.and no kids!! Lol x

First time in Benidorm and spent time reviewing hotels before choosing the Levante club. Although we had a good time and would consider staying here again, I do feel that it only merits a three star rating. The Hotel looks and feels 'tired' and in need of a makeover. There is no comfortable seating in the public areas and the bar and outside seating was more like being in a cafe, OK in the day time but not for a quiet evening relaxing drink. Sun loungers around the very nice pool area are past their best and many are broken. It was also a strange ruling that you couldn't take a drink up to your room, where it would have been nice to sit on the balcony for a nightcap. All this said, we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The food was good, with a reasonable choice, although I am sure that some would not have been aware that there were different food selections at each end of the restaurant. The evening entertainment was mixed, some nights better than others, but there were some good bars across from the Hotel as other alternatives, and we were able to watch our respective football matches.!!!! All things considered it was a good week in a good, quieter area of Benidorm, with a regular bus service available right outside the door and we would consider staying there again

I have enjoyed this visit to this hotel and this is why I have returned here for the third time and have recommended this hotel to others. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the entertainment staff are very friendly too.

Very nice staff in a mediocre hotel for 4 stars where they do not put decaffeinated coffee in the dining room, since foreigners demand tea and it seems that Spaniards are second class tourists in our own country.

We are not staying there we are visiting friends, very clean, waiters are friendly, we like our visits to hotel and will be back there on our next holiday

Cracking food, beers ok but you can upgrade for a small fee to international beers, but do this on arrival as it still costs you the same a few days later( lesson learned) It's a 10 minute steady walk to beach from hotel. Few decent bars across the road.

Fantastic hotel. I read lots of reviews before I arrived and was quite worried. It was brilliant the food was great and so were the drinks. Rooms were large clean and comfortable. The evening entertainment was not to our liking as we don't play bingo. This was run by man and a young girl, but apparently they both left and were replaced by James the new entertainment rep was great and tried his best to get people up. Some of my group joined in, I chose not to. We were a small group of late 40s early 50s females. Great holiday thank you x

I went for a Christmas dinner with the co-workers and the dinner was very bad ... A menu of 42 in which the main dish was Iberian pork tenderloin, which left a lot to be desired, very dry and hard. The entrees were plentiful but average, the only thing that was saved was the dessert.

It was very good since having to sleep on the balcony for lack of air conditioning, not having hot water for bathing, bathroom with shacks and full of humidity, bathroom door did not close due to everything being rotten, elevadore without light, trash the round the building, receptionist who wants guests to speak English and the hotel management was sitting in the office without doing anything but no time to talk to guests about the complaints which was several and so is rated a 4 star hotel but so that the people who work to have a few days of leisure spoil their holidays but it seems to them that only English is important).

Scarce buffet, you pay an extra for the drink that tells you that everything is included and then they want to charge you for a simple port of the Indians, false advertising

It's a good hotel, lovely pool and the rooms are great. I struggle with my food being a vegetarian, there was plenty on offer, I'm just a worry guts when I'm abroad. Breakfast was fab, everyday. Hands down my favourite meal. The staff were lovely. There was a great bartender called Douglas (I think), we had lots of giggles. Whilst staying there, there was an incident with high winds and a parrasole, the staff were great, one man acted to stop it happening again. The person involved was okay and was back the next day. I can't fault the staff, or the drink measures!
Close to the beach so my partner and I walked down to the beach, it was lovely. Close to a little corner shop to get bottled water and snacks. It was a great hotel!

The architecture, the decoration, the different well-communicated environments, make it a very pleasant place

Good hotel, my wife is in the travel business & booked this for me as a break & a view to recommending the hotel. It's a short walk to the centre & beach but just far enough away if you want to relax away from the noise & crowds. Staff were lovely & very helpful, from the manager I met to the cleaners, a credit to the hotel. Lovely pool & surrounding area which are kept nice & clean. Good choice of food which is - imo- lower 4* but more than adequate & cooked/presented well. Good choice of drinks - Premium drinks not included in all inclusive deal. As for the rooms, bathrooms in need of updating as a little worn & tired but clean & tidy as are the rooms in general. Fridges & TV installed. Plenty of towels Balconies have great views over Benidorm & to the sea. Good value for money & I'll will stay again on my next trip.

I was hoping to book with this hotel for next year but very unsure us i have seen a few reviews stating that wen u check out u lose the allincusive on your last day which i see us very unfair thanx

70 stolen from our safe on first night of our holiday, manager showed us proof the safe was opened whilst we were out, then wasn't interested, avoided us for the rest of the holiday, didn't even receive an apology

This hotel was a last minute booking,, and it was fabulous, the staff so helpful and friendly,, it was immaculately clean, right location for the main strip, and shops,, beach only a short ten minute walk, will come back

Stayed here from the 2nd to 9th Jan. Had a fantastic time. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team are great especially Andrea. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The room had everything that was needed and cleaned daily and towels replaced. Very impressed. Would visit again and recommend to others. Fantastic week in Benidorm. Also visited the spa and gym whilst here and they were kept up to a high standard aswell.

It is a fantastic hotel staff are the best you cannot stay in a better hotel

Hotel with very spacious rooms, shower and bath in the same bathroom all have a balcony overlooking the city, the restaurant is large and comfortable, the food is quite bland without taste and very repetitive. It also has three bars and all inclusive drinks are white label and leave much to be desired.
On the other hand the best thing that the hotel has are its employees are very kind and are aware of the client, both the reception the waiters and the cleaning of the rooms.
It has an outdoor pool, a gym and a spa, it also has parking at 11 euros a day.
At night they have entertainment with live music very varied, the only downside is that it is aimed at foreigners and barely speak Spanish.

We have been invited to a wedding, excellent service, great food, spectacular appetizers, small details of quality that are appreciated, any desire can not do enough to please you.

Just returned from a week's holiday celebrating my niece's 30th birthday. We found the hotel to be spotlessly clean in all areas. The food was very good, we did not find it repletive and always had enough choice and the food was hot. The staff were lovely, they could not do enough for you and were always very courteous. smiling and helpful. We used the Spa, highly recommend not only doing the Spa circuit but also the massages. If I could find a fault it would be that there are no individual umbrellas available around the pool. Maybe they come out when it is busier? But we cannot wait to go back. Think even our other halves would enjoy it here.

Beautiful hotel,lovely food. Great tasting local alcohol. Plenty of sunbeds. Friendly staff. Great location, 5 minute walk into main part of Benidorm. I will return.......

Hello, we were here for 5 days and the truth is that we expected more, the food quite good, the facilities also good.
The only thing we put down, is the treatment of some people who worked and made us several ugly that other people who WERE NOT SPANISH spoiled them.
The shows, as far as possible, were entertaining but it would have been better if we had found out something, apart from the fact that they spoke quite little Spanish (if not four counted words) they made comments that left us in a low place.
Of course they are not all there were also very, very nice people, that's our take from our brief experience.

Clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However overall rooms appeared dated. The pool itself was cleaned daily but was constantly littered with sand. There was always sun longers available but there was a severe lack of shaded areas around the pool area- only 11 parasol for the entire area. 4 star rating in my opinion is a little ambitious.

Magnificent hotel with full services to spend a good holiday or it can also be for a good coffee and listen to a live and direct pianist who entertained the morning ... spontaneously but with an exquisite taste for customers of good taste

Stayed at this hotel about 6 times. Always get a warm wellcome. Every thing is nice. Concert room could do with a refurb but shows are pretty good on the whole. I woukd rate it as a good 3 star not 4 star. But i m ok with that and always look forward to going again. Nice bar's accross the road to so you can stay out late and just cross the road at the end of your evening.

Another good benidorm hotel, close to the beach and strip via a short walk, close to the huge wed and Sunday market, and benidorm palace is just up the road, great bars directly opposite such as the rock in roll house

Terrible spent 4000 pounds for a week for the air conditioning not working shower not working dirty and nothing worls terrible

No complaints at all about this hotel. Even got a free round of drinks at the bar as a welcome to the hotel. Nice surprise as it was my round (I fessed up) breakfast was great. Perhaps only complaint would be that the spa was 10 euros not free, but well, not that bothered.

It is an establishment that adapts to my expectation of rest.

Excellent all inclusive hotel, very well managed with some great staff, food wise you can always find something to eat, the local drinks are not to be sniffed at, all in all another great holiday at the Levante Club and Spa.

A hotel in Benidorm unique and great, everything very careful where the only mission is the pleasure and satisfaction of the client highly recommended a few meters from the beach and ambience of drinks.

Very comfortable, very friendly staff, the only downside is that the food is very focused on foreign tourists, although very rich all ... But that of custard and rice with hot milk ... How not. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable, the room service very friendly and efficient. In the room I missed some more plug (there were only two, one in the bathroom and one in the room) so charging the phone of two people is comolicado. The spa is perfect, incredibly maintained and clean, and the receptionist very helpful and friendly. We wanted to enjoy some of the services offered in the spa, (massage or beauty) but there is only one girl working. Taking into account that there are 4 treatment rooms, it would not be bad to have an extra worker so that everyone has the opportunity to try it. Except for these small details I recommend it a lot. We will repeat next year!

It is a good hotel. We had an incident with the air conditioning and they solved it right away. The buffet food is fine and there are no crowds. At breakfast from 10 am they take time to replenish. Lunch and dinner are pretty good. The evening entertainment is in English at 95%. It is normal because the hotel is full of English. Alba at reception a professional solving problems.
