Good in general is not bad a hotel that does not let you load any drink to the room or pay by card in any hotel bar for me alone that's why it does not deserve or 2 stars besides that in the restaurant both at dinner As a meal when it is time to close, they tell you to take whatever you want from the buffet and quickie, which is immediately removed by embarrassment. The cleanliness also shines by its absence. I will not come back

Great hotel and staff. changes to the way drinks are served during dinner caused consternation with a large number of guests. But we found it fine. location is quite away from the main centre however this was perfect as it meant you didn't get disturbed at night and their is an excellent tribute bar called tropical right across the road.

Good place to stay or for any type of celebration. I recommend it

We had a room on the 18th floor and on the corner so we had superb views but it took some getting used to (my husbands not so good with heights) The room was large and sparse (but that's Spain) and the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately we arrived at the same time as a bus trip, so the wait at reception was lengthy but not the staff's fault - elderly people don't do things in a hurry! We didn't eat in the hotel, no need when you have all that Benidorm has to offer. We chose here because of its proximity to the Benidorm Palace - not too far to walk - that was definitely worth a visit - wonderful evening's entertainment and the food good too.

Fantastic adult only hotel. Wonderful staff, great food, large rooms, 10 minute walk to beach, close to bus stop and taxi rank.

Had a fabulous week's holiday at levante club. It's all inclusive and the food selection was great every day. Good wine and beer on offer. Would have liked a few more cocktails on offer but drinks were generally good. It's in a great location not too far from central benidorm and there are some great bars on the doorstep.

Rooms look a bit tired aircon rubbish.food fine staff work very hard some great bar's nearby. gym very good. entertainment good but hotel guests miserable lot so a poor atmosphere.overall good 2 weeks would I visit again properly not.....

We loved this hotel; Despite the fact that we were one of the few Spanish people there, we felt at home.
The views of the hotel are spectacular.
We really liked the comfort of the rooms and especially the beds, we had two double beds pushed together, so we made a super bed for two.

The terrace of the room is quite large, with two sun loungers and a small table to leave drinks. In addition to a small clothesline for our swimsuits.

We stayed one night and the staff let us take a dip in the pool the next day. The breakfast buffet to my liking, too early; but it is to understand, for tourism.

The area where it is located is perfect, because it is not in the very center of Benidorm and you can also walk to the beach.

100% recommended, I will return !!

Spotless , big bedrooms, large bathroom, lovely pool and sunbathing area , waiter service , only gripe was the dining room where the food was spread out all over the place , cold plates and cold food by the time you had walked from one side to the other to your table

Reception staff truely outstanding, polite, helpful and very good at their jobs. They are the first staff you meet on arrival and start your holiday off on a very good start.

Stayed here with my wife for 4 nights as a little get away just me and her. Brilliant!!! Clean, modern with everything you could need. Room was a decent size and only a 15 min walk to the beach. Will deffo stay again

Good service in general, very comfortable rooms and acceptable food

We have been coming to the Levante club for over 10 years. Up until this visit I would have rated it 5 stars every time, until now (July 2019) The food is horrendous (all previous visits 5 stars ) The sevice at the reception by some (not all) was poor to say the least, and the attitude of some of the staff in the pool area, was condescending to say the least (there seems to have been a big staff change from previous years) I've never had a complaint about this hotel, which is why we came back year after year, but we wont be coming here again if this holiday is anything to go by, which is a shame as the wife and I have always enjoyed staying here!!

Nice hotel. Quiet location but easy walk to market and shopping. Spa costs extra though and cant accommodate anyone with big feet as they don't have spa shoes to fit

Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Good choice of food each meal. Rooms bright and cozy great views of the pool. Will come again.

Very friendly staff. Generous sized rooms. Evening meal good - buffet style with a good choice and free drinks even though not on all inclusive.

I made the wedding banquet there, we got everything and it was great, we got the car, a triumphal entry with red carpet and rose petals on the floor to the terrace, which was decorated with an amazing perfection, fireworks while we made the first beindis, a meal that ... perfect is to say little (one thing that caught our attention was that the glasses never got to empty of drink ... there was always a waiter there so that nothing was missing) the treatment The comareros was perfect and worthy of a wedding, the suit was the finishing touch for a great wedding. (The espa is very good too)

Very nice Hotel. Our first time here. Large bedrooms, Good in-house entertainment.

NO children, NO noise, can enjoy peaceful meal times. Food good selection, out of 10 7. Short distance from main centre, but that's a bonus, Only 8 minutes onto front.

Hotel clean, staff excellent,food good with excellent choice.
I would not describe this hotel as the 4 star rating is has, more like a 3.
From brochure description and write up was expecting something a little more up-market,, for the price we paid. No air-conditioning as hotel system still on winter mode, 25c !!!
To sum up, nice 3 star hotel.with very helpful pleasant staff, can't complain about the food either.

Everything is good, staff friendly and helpful, room spotless, food excellent, staff attentive. Unless anything change I can't fault it

Stayed in lavante first time won't be staying again I'm afraid . Personally won't be returning . The only hotel that iv been in that you have to pay for bottle water . Foot repete I'm afraid lots of complaints while talking to other holiday couples wouldn't rate it a 4 star .

Good location, friendly staff but the food could be improved. Hitman (agent 47) on the bar is a good lad and reception are sweet too.

Had a leg massage which was great. Lovely massuer and quality treatment.

Rooms are comfortable,food very good,staff very friendly.

We are a group of eight ladies, having been to the hotel last year, we decided to return. We were not disappointed. All the staff were exceptionally nice, especially the bar staff .
The choice of food at all mealtimes was first class and varied. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed daily too.

Bk from this hotel on Tues, bad stuff first lol.. Paid to upgrade our drinks but when it was brought to us it was the cheap spirits so made a point of going to the bar.. Clear the sand in the pool please.. Good stuff now, maid we had was great so credit to the maid who cleans room 1605. Food was nice n the staff all kind and friendly. Very plain decor but overall nice x

Very spacious rooms very clean but very focused on both food and English schedules

All inclusive food isn't the greatest and a few of the male staff are like dogs on heat so keep a close eye on your daughters but rooms are great and nice pools.

We stayed at this hotel from 1st December this year. We expected a decent hotel seeing it was classed as a four star hotel. In Bar area all settee cushions were split, we found there was nowhere comfy to relax. The fittings in the bedroom clearly needed replacing.

The food was very disappointing, dried up sandwiches at lunchtimes and not a lot of choice. The sauces on the meat, fish was very salty. All inclusive drinks were limited.

In its favour the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The baggage drop off at the end of the holiday was a great idea.

Will not be returning.

My experience in the spa has not been very good, very deteriorated and with many black spots of mold, and there are not many areas in which to be, and those that are as I said previously with black spots and lack a sauna, if they arrange the black spots and add a sauna the experience would improve

I attended a bridal and communion event.
Excellent attention from everyone in general.
The organization of the event with spectacular Trini.
We were several exhibitors to which more beautiful.
The snacks that served delicious.
I hope to repeat next year

Nice hotel very friendly staff. Nice variety of food, Proper English bacon nice and thick. Would definitely come back.
