Disappointed with the food quality in the restaurant. Room was clean but AC did not work properly. Also, we asked the front desk to call a taxi for us as we needed a ride to the airport. When we arrive at the airport the driver informed us the fee was 120 Euro (for a 30 min ride). I contested this fee as the taxi ride to the hotel from the Milan train station was 35 Euro. Why 4x the cost for the same distance/time? Deeply upset the hotel staff did not take into consideration the costs and share this with us prior to departure. I would have easily made my own arrnagements. The taxi driver called the hotel while I contested the fee and I asked the lady a simple question "would you pay 120 euro to have your family taken to the airport"? Her silence was all the answer I needed. BW just lost a customer!

Lovely comfortable hotel. Very clean and well presented. Also a very good restaurant about 9 mins walk away

I can fully recommend this hotel. Very good and rich breakfast. Nice pool with optimally hot water. Rooms are in standard equipment and would be little bit better clean. Friendly staff.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff and extremely willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is good. Ask your coffee to the personnel if you like it good and strong, the Italian way. Nice swimming pool. Comfortable and quiet rooms with good bed and pillows. Minibar and free coffee or tea available in the room. Happy to stay again!

We stayed two night here on business. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The workout room, breakfast and the restaurant were amazing. If we come back to area I would stay there again.

Good hotel with decent rooms. Great breakfast with good restaurants within walking distance. My only negatives are that my shower drain didn't drain very quickly and my room didn't cool very fast.
