Hotel is getting on in years. Staff is nice and helpful.
The location is not necessarily pleasant but bearable (harbor).
The worst for us, however, was the greeting in the elevator (Kakalake / see picture).
In any case, my wife got a rash (herpes) straight away.

Thank goodness we were only there one night.

I can call the coffee positive - as a coffee drinker, it tasted good to me.

Water is extremely clean and the sand inside the water has no rocks whatsoever. The downside is the sand outside the water which has some small stones, would've been 5 stars if there weren't those stones mentioned above.

Wonderful, warm but also modern part. I cleaned it and its service is flawless!

A standard hotel, which was a bit old. This hotel was visited during the winter. It has clearly noticed that you were out of season on site, since in the outdoor area was not much maintained. The interior of the room was a little worn but apart from that it was fine. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also okay, could have been a bit larger for my taste (but may be the low season). For one or two nights in transit you can use the hotel well and gladly. The hotel has direct sea view (however without beach)

I was there in July 2016, I got it again today and although unfortunately it was not available (reasonable due to the season), it was the first one I got on the occasion of the wonderful accommodation experience I had the first time.
So I have to say that the hotel is for me the best in the city. All the staff very polite and willing, the rooms were bright, the breakfast amazing and the prices also given the services it offers (harbor view, swimming pool, five minutes with feet from the city etc). Compared to others in the area where you will find more than the same cost list, I highly recommend it for the above reasons. I hope to be able to go again soon.

Exceptional hotel by the sea. The rooms are enormous, the bedding is exceptional, the sea views are magnificent at sunrise and sunset. The breakfast was plentiful. I regret that the Minoan boats which took us to Greece arrived late and that we therefore missed the meal in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice location with great views of the port of Kyparissia. Drinking coffee in the hotel pool can enjoy a lovely sunset. The rooms comfortable and clean. Very good customer service from the staff. I highly recommend it.

Standard, old but clean hotel. Decent pool (small), around melancholy, to the city beach for about ten minutes on foot. As a base for trips around the days for 5 maximum is suitable, as the main resting place for a week or more - you can die with anguish. The main contingent is Russian-speaking.

Clean room. Quite a large pool. Nice place around the pool. Breakfast is fine. The owner, Mr. Nikos, is very kind and helpful. So did his son George. The staff is also very kind.

The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet part of Kyparissia. The beach is a 10-minute walk away.
Comfortable parking. The poolside area is great for breakfast, coffee and dinner.
The room, although somewhat small, was very tidy and spotless.
The specific room I stayed did not face the sea, however the view was beautiful to the upper town and the castle.
All the hotel managers and staff were very kind and willing to serve you.
The only negative I have to say is maybe the air conditioning in the room which is efficient but it may bother some people when they are lying in bed. Of course this may not happen in all rooms and obviously not everyone has the same sensitivity to the issue of air condition.
Overall it is a hotel that I would definitely choose again and recommend it as a good choice for the area

Fantastic hotel with brilliant, friendly staff in a perfect location, close to many places to see (e.g. Olympia), town centre and the beach. Second year we are here and we are sad to have to go. It's been a lovely, safe location during the current pandemic. Truly recommended.

Very well. We arrived at 5am and they kept us breakfast despite our late awakening. The boss came to welcome us warmly. The room is perfect and meets our expectations. Excellent value.

Everything is pretty good there. The problem and the owners can do nothing. It's the dogs of the neighborhood, only if we like you sleep the window open to not turn the air conditioning that kills a little bit the planet .....

A pool can be used for a fee of 3 including coffee / soft drinks without renting the hotel. Very clean and attic space with very nice view. Coffee needs an upgrade.

The location is way too old there is almost no police to keep you protected and the people that work here speak way too much but they do try to make everything good but we have been here for 3 days and had 3 room changed I just wouldn't come to greece at all . The rooms had a really small tv that was only in Greek and The rooms were really small

Clean rooms, very polite staff, the owner oversees everything. Everyone is willing to help, to suggest places to visit. The only minus the pool is relatively small and since noon and then had people outside the hotel, creating a fuss.

They are not stingy in quality.
It has magnificent views, decent pool, clean rooms with all amenities and good internet everywhere.
Offers dinner.
Their breakfast is good, however the melon jelly, their tomatoes were tasteless the first day we tasted.
I would prefer more or just handmade local jams instead of commerce and generally the local ones like lalangas and others that they make let them be in separate space.
Indulgent croissants are indifferent and no one eats them.
There are frozen delicacies that are ready in 20 minutes, otherwise the oven.
Overall it is an excellent accommodation.

the worst hotel seen in Greece, has only good seaside location, stinks of oil in the stairs, very very poor breakfast and cappuccino or espresso ........ payment in short, a real disappointment.

My family (an 11-year-old girl and a six-year-old boy) went for 5 days in mid-July ...
The hotel was very good, its staff very polite and willing to serve us for anything, while its location was ideal to relax and have a quiet time without much fuss ... And its pool was the icing on the cake and the we honored the days of our stay ...
Breakfast very good (I who consider myself ... phagan, my appetite started again in the ... evening !!), comfortable parking and room that we also liked and had a wonderful view of the bay of Kyparissia ..
Ideal place for short excursions (from 15 minutes to an hour you can find and discover EVERYTHING !!), while Kyparissia itself was a pleasant surprise and we liked it, especially in the old town and its castle !!
We left with the best of impressions and if the road ever takes us there again (because we are from Thessaloniki), it is definitely our NUMBER ONE choice !!

We visited the hotel a week ago (2 adults & 2 children, with a social tourism ticket).

Mr. Nikos tirelessly cares so that the stay is as good as possible, emphasizing that everyone is happy !! With his suggestions for places worth visiting and Mr. George to complete & of course always both with a smile on their face !!
Of course, what can you say about Ms. Sima, about the wonderful breakfast that she happily & generously offered us every morning (and with her nice handmade cake !!) making you feel at home !!
Also very good and the ladies who were responsible for the cleanliness. Flawless like everyone !!

Very clean hotel observing all protection measures. The staff was very kind, I was impressed that when we arrived they gave us information about the places we can visit and a map with all the sights. I would go again !!!!

We came as a family. Very clean and organized, I did not see anything negative that makes me have a negative opinion, and inside and out it is very carefully clean you do not see the slightest imperfection I would come again many times without thinking. Well done !!!
