All-inclusive service leaves much to be desired, and parking is a big minus

The food was not good. No taste and almost the same every day. Was not satisfied.

Apart from the food, nothing else is ok. Away from the beach, nothing to make me visit it again!

Good and pleasant holiday in the hotel. My girlfriend and I felt the hotel was very good. Service is very successful.
2 star deduction, because 50 were stolen from our room.
Without explaining it to the last detail, it can ONLY be the cleaning lady we let in ourselves, which is therefore not comprehensible in the system because she did not use her card.

If vacation in this hotel, then hide your money well or use the safe.

Otherwise we liked this hotel very well.

Although valuables and money were always lying around openly in the room, nothing was stolen.

In principle, you can endure it in the hotel for 2 weeks, since the loud (Ballermannmucke) and dirty (also because of the broken beer bottles from the drinking tours) golden beach is not particularly worthwhile.
18 / day for 2 beach chairs + umbrella on the beach also deters you from going swimming there.
You just stay at the hotel pool :-)

Great holiday hotel with all inclusive service.

In addition to the large pools and the animation team, which offers a win program until the evening, there is also a large buffet. This offers a new topic every evening to add variety. E.g. Sushi freshly prepared according to your own wishes.

There are always drinks and snacks. So of ice cream and fresh, homemade pizza and more.

The staff is friendly. However, you have to watch out for the plates at breakfast. These are quickly cleared away. Even when they are full!

There is also Ala Kart, one of which is included in the price ... However, we never got to it. The buffet is rich enough and really offers something for everyone.

The complex is clean and quiet in the evening.

The animation program is also tailored to children. Which still have disco in the evening;).

I can't say what it looks like in the side session.

Hotel in a very good location with 5 min streets to the beach and stalls. Delicious and varied food. Rooms clean, cleaning and no problem exchanging towels. Service by nice.

I really liked it here in the hotel.
The choice of food is very rich and varied. There was almost always something to eat, whether in the morning or in the afternoon after lunch. The staff was quite friendly and available to answer questions.
For the little ones there is a team of animators who do their job really well.
I would love to come back here.

We spent 2 weeks in the hotel in July. Generally a hotel in the style of the Go biewski Group - well-kept and cleaned every day, although it is not new. In the building itself, a lot of stairs and you have to walk - the elevators are quite slow - we had a nice room on the first floor with a reception from the garden side at the end of the hotel and I recommend this option to anyone because it is noisy by the pool, and the floor is independent of the elevator. The reception desk itself reacts quickly to any remark. The worst thing is with the bar staff in the Lobby where some are rude. Allin's offer is ok, although the alcohols are very weak and sweet, apart from rakija and wine. Obs Breakfasts a large selection but monotonous with an everlasting queue for pancakes, lunches are probably the weakest - dinners that are themed (Italian, Chinese, seafood depending on the day) can be delicious. 12 to 15 snack bar with very good pizza, fries, salads and kebabs. From 12-17 very good ice cream. In general, there is too much food and everyone should find something for themselves. The pools are quite large, but when fully occupied, it's hard to find an unreserved sunbed. The animators make a nice mini-disco for children in the evenings.
The hotel is on a hill and the beach is about 10 minutes on foot, the returns with a pram were quite tiring but still fun (in the golden sands there are practically no ramps for prams). Overall a very nice stay and good value for money.

We've spended 2 weeks in Kristal in July. Hotel rooms are being cleaned evey day and generally I can recommend it. Definitly meal offer could be better - breakfast and midday meal are almost the same every day but suppers can be real deliciuos. The staff in reception are polite and helpful despite the staff in lobby bar that can be rude (specially one short guy and blonde girl). The're many stairs in hotel and garden so if You have a baby stroller it could be a problem. You can hear hall noise in the rooms so It could be annoying (specially when youngs are going back from parties at 5 am ...)
Hotel is on hillock so going back from beach could be tiresome - its about 10 min walk.

Nice location, all Golden Sands Resort is very "green" and nature friendly. The hotel is cleanthe food is good and plenty, the staff is very nice.

Food was bissl monotonous, the all inclusive alcoholic drinks did not taste, rooms were on the whole ok, so we only ate twice a night otherwise always outside, is not really expensive.

Ok .., pool ..., acceptable rooms, rest ... disaster ...

Very good food! You have a choice! Indoor pool a bit small and too strong smell of chlorine ... excellent outdoor pool, quite airy room. TV with TV1. I was amazed that I had a crib for the child, the view was very relaxing, I stayed on the 4th floor and you could see a little of the sea. In the large courtyard I found several exercise machines, benches, two ping pong tables, a ball playground, a small children's park. For parking the car and playing billiards we had to pay extra.
We walked about 10-15 minutes to the beach.
We will gladly return if we choose the same location!

Only flight too late then no food more than all inclusive guest !! Wrong promised room where it stinks and does not mold words for it

It is true that far from the sea but a great place for holidays

Hotel conditioning in itself Top food is poor except for the pizza you get between 12 and 15 o'clock so the food is always the same and prepares abdominal pain at the sight the rooms, however, are reasonably well maintained toilet paper you have to get yourself partly because it is not refilled beach is a 5-10 minute walk away.
The hotel is more of a family hotel for osrty guests, the party hotel next door is recommended

This year I went on holiday to the Golden Sands for the first time and everything was surprised at relatively short notice but very positively! Very nice hotel, clean, large hotel complex that is separated from the street everywhere and you can only reach it through the main entrance or the entrance through the garden which only opens if you have your room card with you! Great lobby, 2 terraces, fitness studio a bit dated and small, but completely sufficient for the daily workout! Nice pool area, with a large pool and plenty of chairs, you can always find a place! The staff in every outlet is very friendly and attentive! Very large selection of food, both in the morning, at noon and in the evening. In the morning there was a station where there were fresh fried eggs, as well as fresh pancakes! In the evening there was always a "special dish" at the grill station in the restaurant. During my stay I also had the pleasure of a massage twice, also here super nice staff, great atmosphere during the massage and very pleasant!
Also super nice housekeeping with whom you can talk sometimes! The game room is designed really cool! There are animations every day except on Sundays, which are very entertaining, even in the afternoons they try to keep the little ones entertained!
In 10 minutes you are on the beach, the path leads through a promenade with small shops and bars, which invites you to stroll and negotiate! The party hotel nearby has music in the evenings when you sit on the terrace, but if you leave the balcony door closed in the evening (and I sleep with earplugs everywhere anyway) you won't notice anything!
The air conditioning in the room works perfectly! Nice large balcony, spacious, clean room, even German TV and minibar in the room!
Would definitely come again and recommend it to others!

Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids for 3 nights, during the 1st May mini-holiday. We had an all-inclusive package, however we had to pay extra for parking. The air conditioning unit in our room emitted water drainage sounds that kept waking us up at night. Food was generally ok, however we had to queue up for pancakes and eventually the kids were denied a second pancake... On the positive side, cleaning is ok and the young animation team is doing great, although they have little resources.

They sold us beach chairs for the beach which did not exist. Quite a clear bet on being staffed by the staff Grass and cocaine are also turned on by minors. Rooms are OK. Pool too crowded

I can't recommend this hotel. All inclusive hotel where food was at gas station level or maybe even worse. The rooms are ok, but the sounds of the street and the sounds of the hotel come in. You can be pretty typical here in the country. The service is typically varied, it may be that when you order a drink at the counter, the waiter does not say a word to you. Sometimes it was nice to have someone smile or say good. The second time in Bulgaria and hopefully no longer has to travel to this country. It was now due to volleyball matches and did not work in the hall during the games. But that's another stoory. Bulgaria has now seen the words it is good to decide this review. Ni and so much more about the food that our partner 5/8 got a stomach swallow either on a trip or after in Finland two of them were in a hospital drip.

Welcoming establishment. Ideal for families with small children. Friendly and caring staff.
No complaints about the food served (diverse and in abundance).
Only downside: the drink (coffee and local drinks with artificial taste). Water is still the best choice.
Overall, we had a good stay!

This hotel is not normal, food is bad Rooms are totally dirty when traveling and the staff is totally rude. And then I was still stealing a large sum of money from my room.
We know in any case that we will never go on vacation again and recommend as well.

Everything is fantastic, you have to come and see for yourself.

We were there for a party vacation and had all-inclusive. The breakfast was really bad, luckily we weren't awake that often at breakfast time anyway. For lunch and dinner there was a buffet, which tasted relatively the same every day, but it was enjoyable. The pizza as a "snack" for lunch was good. The rooms were clean, but the shower a bit moldy and poorly designed and the housekeeping a bit lazy / stupid. They never changed a small towel in our room, even though it was very dirty and on the floor outside the bathroom. She kept putting it in the bathroom in front of the shower. She even complained to my friends at the reception that the room was dirty although it still looked okay. There is also a pool, SPA and play room. The pool is good, clean and there is more or less good entertainment. Tockens are used for the games room, which you can buy for the equivalent of around 2.5 at the reception, in order to be able to play 1 round of table football, air hockey or billiards. It's actually way too expensive. As a SPA there is an indor pool and various massages.

Hotel has a noise problem: during the day you get droned on by 2 neighboring hotels with music and animation noise (pool)
During the night, until 2 a.m., the noise comes from a disco a little further away - sleeping with the windows open is not possible
therefore no recommendation !!!

All in all, the hotel is okay. There are deficiencies that should be eliminated (moldy joints in the bathroom, broken towel rack, etc.), the water stood forever in the shower before it expired! The rooms are large and practically furnished. The food was unseasoned and often only lukewarm, but there were daily various dishes but especially a lot of fruit, vegetables and salads. The pool area is fantastic, entertainers go out of their way! The beach is just under 500 meters, the staff is partly attentive .., partly very rude!
If you want to travel for a little money, it is highly recommended!

They never come anymore, you do not have a parking lot, the bulb at the table, the beautiful clean room ... if you do not park in the paid parking lot, you're picking up your car!

Price-performance ratio is right in this hotel. The rooms are okay but are getting on in years. It is enough to stay overnight. As for the food ... well. The warm portion is not particularly good for the German taste. Some meat dishes are inedible. Salads and fruit always fresh and tasty. You still have a lot of choice. The all inclusive drinks are good for the thirst and plenty of headache!
The pool and entertainment are great and also very child-friendly. All in all, the hotel offers a lot of variety.
10 minutes to the beach is still to be tolerated.
What should be avoided in any case is the hairdresser ... that was a total flop!

A perfect place for a nice holiday, a nice workman and great food, at the time of food there is a little bit of food that you can pick yourself up, four at a time I went out with my sister to watch a volleyball game, eat ice cream and drink cappuchino :))

The hotel is fine. Food is not recommended. Gave the chef something from the buffet and asked if he wanted to eat it. He said no, after having tasted it. Went out and told it to his boss, but nothing happened. Most of the staff are ok. But 3-4 pieces of them should not work on servicing other people. Next time, the Hotel Kristal holiday will not be held.

The food tasted as if the caretaker had prepared it together with the cleaning lady: cold, unseasoned and simply not enjoyable. The employees are 85% unfriendly.
So in the end not to be recommended!

We were a group of 7 friends vacationing at Golden Sands and enjoyed the Krystal! Positive points: close to beach bars and club (10min walk), very spacious and clean rooms, nice pool and clean!
Negatives: buffet with very, very repetitive and not very good food, all-inclusive cocktails cut off with water and very noisy ground floor room from 8am !!

This is my fourth time in this hotel and, as always, very satisfied.

Food is great, the staff was great, the hotel was good and clean. The beds are not great. To the beach about 15 minutes.

Children's activities and children's pool. That even negatively I can say that late-night music from the discotheque area for those who have sensual sleep is a disturbance.
