Food was so ok Hotel is ok on a mountain if you can walk well ok

A great hotel for a holiday for two and with the family, friendly service in the hotel, clean, good food too much.

The food is inedible
Some of the fries still had sprouts from the potatoes on them,
the staff is often unfriendly and the cleaning lady comes into the room penetratingly. Not at all suitable for partying!
As soon as one is a little louder, punishments are threatened and also carried out. The rooms are not in such a condition as you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

clean, modern, hotel with very good cuisine, only 10 minutes from the beach

Neat and tidy, but not luxourious. Nail salon was unfortunately very bad, I bought gel nails, the gel nails were fixed several times during 7 days holiday, they just could not make the laquer durable..food was ok, but not very tasty..the staff in reception was almoust rude (do they think they are better than others?), but staff in bars and restaurants was very polite, and after showing respect with small tip even more..Big thanks to cleaning ladies, great job!

This hotel is suitable for guests who are not explicitly for party ulruab in Varna. It is quiet, but still central.
The staff is friendly and speaks mostly German. Otherwise you can always get on with English.
The rooms are nice and large, but the cleanliness could be improved.
I would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the beach. Large rooms, properly furnished. All menu including diversified but poorly cooked, tasteless food, fairy. French fries, for example, were from the bag, frozen. At breakfast the sausages were also faded. The omelet was made of "egg powder". I hope that the one who made the mesh eggs had already gained experience, because at Easter when I was there, he was very clumsy. After 15 minutes of waiting and 2 eggs that he broke trying to get them out of shape, I gave up waiting. The desserts were different only in color, the taste had been forgotten somewhere. The reception staff knows English, but the waiters, bartenders or waitresses barely know how to respond to the greeting, there is no question of any request, the silent film being useful. Any need you have best speak at the reception. THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN PARKING. They recommended us !!! parking nearby, in a yard with gravel and weeds, for a fee, and the parking lots are very greedy, they put so many cars, I think there were cars from 2 hotels and practically the cars were blocked !!! Preferably have the right money. They pretend they have no rest. CAREFUL! Improperly parked cars are picked up.
There was a kind of party in the hotel lobby every night, I think those with the rooms in the vicinity had a "smooth" sleep! Poor DJ prepared for communication, attitude and music selection. The internet connection is weak, to the point of weakness. The network is undersized, does not support many connections. The swimming pool, much too small for the number of clients that the hotel can receive, and the sunbeds are very close, not offering comfort.
Although it is rated at 4 stars, it still has a lot to invest, personally and organization to deserve it.

Part of the staff not friendly, not polite, see aggressive! food not good, oily, cold, little variety, and not fresh (example among others: the bread is recovered from the day before and the day before.) Fortunately the animator and the Animations are at the top. The room was ok.

We (10 men - 25 years old - not fussy) were there 2 years ago Pentecost and got the 1st on the ground floor on the left side.
Even when we moved into the room a biting, dull smelly smell came to meet us but we did not quite know where this came from.
When we set up the "sleep sofa" we knew it - it was completely devoured by mold, in colors that I have never seen in mold! Also for the bed mattress the description would be "disgusting" understated.
When we confiscated the front desk with the faults, they refused to remove the furniture from the room (we had already made it to the hall for disposal) and packed it back into the room. After we received a new half-disgusting room, the mold-infested shed was summarily handed over to the next guests.
The food was also inedible and the management unreasonable and insulting.

A beautiful hotel that leaves almost nothing to be desired

Best place in Golden Sand's resort for a relaxing weekend or more away from the crowd and the noise. The cozy atmosphere whit all the things you need for a perfect vacation (SPA, massages, all day animation program, variety of food and drinks and so on)

No space in restaurant. You have to wait for food. One bar open and it was always full. No parking.

The food is an impertinence! No taste and very meager selection. 3 times a day the same food !!
Relaxation is not possible because there are far too many guests for a pool that is too small ... you lie close together! ; too few seats in the restaurant, elevator etc.
The toilets in the hotel are very dirty and full of garbage in the morning.
You are afraid to order drinks because you have to disturb the rest of the staff. The waiters are all in a bad mood! A cola tastes so bad that you can hardly get it down.
The beach can only be reached by a noisy, bumpy and stair-heavy path - through the party mile. At the hotel's own (?) Beach section, the loungers that are just as close together have to be rented for a lot of money. You can't hear the sound of the sea there because loud party music is played 24 hours a day.
We changed the hotel after 1 day ..... 11 days there our family of 4 would not have made it!

Hotel and rooms good, staff is very friendly and always helpful. The only drawback is the food. The meat is partly not through, the sauces almost tasteless. Then it would be nice to eat in one of the good restaurants not far from the hotel.

No service, you have to take care of everything yourself. You can only get drinks in the evenings at a bar, where you wait forever. Food monotonous and tasteless. Everything falls apart in the hotel, e.g. chairs and chairs and we just for the second time almost the curtain fell on the head. Funny stitches everywhere on the body, do not know whether bedbugs or anything else ... the location is central, but is the only good.

There were 4 adults and a small child ..... It was great ...... Always again ...

It was terrible everything just wiped off a bit and on the last day the room maid broke in with us and stole all our money normally you should give minus stars but unfortunately not

A very large hotel, yet everything is within easy reach. In the restaurant there is an excellent offer of different dishes.
The beach is also not far away and you can take an ice cream on the way!

I was with the children, the hotel is clean and the treatment of the staff is very nice and very comfortable. The food is comparable to 50% compared to the hotels in Antalya. We did not eat meat because it is usually from Khunzi meat. We ate potatoes, pasta, fresh salad, pizza with cheese, sweets, soft drinks and breakfast is very nice and we used to have lunch or dinner in Turkish halal restaurants outside the hotel do not contain ski games for the boys, but it is nice and calm, and everyone in the hotel is very nice and wonderful except the food manager was grumpy and firm because my young children were dirtying the place, but in the end I discovered that he was a very good man.
I would wholeheartedly recommend going to the hotel because its treatment is excellent and the swimming pools are clean and beautiful. I liked the hotel very much and its tidy and accurate German system is of a high standard.
The receptionist was the most beautiful and wonderful reception and the most beautiful treatment and kindness that I have touched in my life since hundreds of countries that I went to. They are amazing, calm, kind, beautiful, polite, respectful. I was impressed by their kind treatment, in short, I loved them very much.

Hotel and rooms OK .... food could be better, a lot is only lukewarm, hardly any variety. Pool area would have to be cleaned and is not suitable for toddlers. Animation music by the pool way too loud.

The hotel is nice. We have made a reservation for our summer stay this year after being there some years ago.
It appeared that there is a mistake with our booking. The manager did not take responsibility but blamed us.
There were many inconveniences and not custom oriented acts which disappointed us tremendously. At the check out the manager of the hotel called our daughter 'a very stupid girl' because she was laughing and the manager pretended to understand Dutch and what has been said.
Shortly, if you want to have a quiet and a value for your money vacation where the client is the king, this is for sure NOT the place to be.

ok.advice to the price. rooms neat. clear. tasty food. some German loud youth, but it has no effect anywhere. The hotel's bottleneck has two lifts, but it can be experienced. I recommend.

A lot has happened in the last few years. However, it could be much cleaner in the surrounding area. The hotel has everything you could wish for. But you notice the price that also many guests come and do not handle the amenities with care. The team of entertainers is very hard only often too long too loud. You can go there very well holiday.

Suitcases had to be carried by yourself.

The room: mostly okay except for slipping in the shower. There were several shortcomings on the balcony where we informed the staff about it

Very nice everything, spacious and super nice pool area. Very nice staff.

Very nice hotel, with pools in excellent and clean condition :-) (Children's pool is 0,70 m deep, so they can't sit down and play in it, but fortunately it's big enough for mum and dad to join too) Minus: the beds are hard and have no mattress toppers and the pillows are very thick, high and hard (I have not yet tried to ask for a down pillow, so can't say if that's possible). Although the hotel is located "far away" from the beach and all the streets with run and action (approx. 800 meters to the beach and less to the fun streets, it's fairly quick and easy to get there. There's also a quick short cut, but due to a million stairs up and down, this inaccessible for people with strollers, wheelchairs etc. We've only been here 2 out of 7 nights, but so far the food/buffet is excellent - there's food for both big and small, and there's fresh food almost throughout the day :-) We wouldn't mind staying here again :-) (Mum, Dad and 15 months old baby)

Hotel clean. Usually good food. Staff friendly. There is space at the pool. To the sea 15 min. mostly downhill. A bit noisy all around. Prices almost like in Germany.

Nice Hotel. Food is ok, rooms are a tiny. At least when you have kids. Staff is very friendly and animation is good. It's loud during the summer, even at night. You have to walk 10 mins to the beach.

Great price / performance ratio. Clientele mixed in terms of age ... from babies to senior, everything included.
Location is good.
Sometimes a bit louder at night (from the surrounding discotheques) but is bearable.
All in all highly recommended! Would vacation here again :)

Very good Hotel, clean and tidy...

We stayed for 1 week with "All inclusive", the Buffet lunch and dinner were not good. I prefer at least one meal per day to go out and try in Restaurants. Or the Hotel's "a la Karte" Restaurant ( That was really good)

Had a fantastic all-inclusive week at Hotel Kristal 27 / 5-2 / 6-18. The room was very spacious for 2 adults. The food good and varied. Free entertainment / activities for both young and old all days except Sundays by the hotel's own staff. Not far to the shopping / beach if used. the shortcut through the gate on the back of the hotel (about 5 min). The pool area was always clean and well maintained. Clean the beach towels every day to the room / pool if you wish. Jacuzzi was included. Own upstairs room with good prices on, among other things, fringe delivery. On the day of check-out we had to take part of all the service right up until the bus arrived at 21.00. Against a small amount, one could keep the room a little longer. Otherwise you had to shower down at the out / hand in of the pool towels. Guarded / locked luggage storage was included. The only thing that comes in the minus account where the plastic cups of the beverage were served was. Not so high "myfactor" with a good drink from a plastic mug of flimsy material.

Probably the best hotel with family on the golden sands, food, service and rooms were very good. Distance to the beach was great.

Room good. Except for the additional beds which consisted of a very hard pulled-out armchair. Air conditioning did not work. Food and drinks poor, only very rarely edible. Good location. Many families. But also suitable for teenagers. What do you want to expect from Bulgaria?

Nice hotel, rooms are decent sice, food is great. Nice and friendly staff and animation team. The rooms are cleaned daily. There are three pools one for kids and the two others are 1.30m and 1.55m deep. The balconies are separated from each room with only a gitter, so not much privacy. Other than that it's not really much else to complain about, a really great hotel overall, would recommend.
