Rooms in the basement give a little something. Food is good, large outdoor area.

Nice hotel. However if you don't speak German or Bulgarian don't go! Saying that we still had a good time and some staff we encountered were lovely!

Its okay but they dont understad english so mutch. This place is more for The germans

and it is all inclusive. Not what in Poland.
Clean rooms, tasty food. For this beer and drinks as well as unlimited cold drinks. if not breakfast, then pizza if not pizza, then lunch, then cake, ice cream and fruit.

Good food, versatile and something for everyone. Hunger didn't need to suffer. Friendly staff, although the English language skills are rather weak, with a few exceptions. The room was tidy and its cleaner was delightful and happy. Showering was difficult, because the water pressure was really low. Enjoy the comfort of 10-year-old son very well !

I stayed in this hotel 7 days for a holiday is a great vacation very good food for everyone something will be good. First of all clean daily cleaning rooms. They are not bored because the animators provide attractions especially in the evening only a pity in German or English. A lot of Germans in I am very happy about this hotel. I am happy. The 10-day stay at the Hotel Kristal was very nice the food was varied and delicious. There were daily ice cream and snacks. The pool was for each 70 cm depth 1,30 and 1,55 inside there was also a pool of course less was used because the weather was very nice. A lifeguard was always on site. The hotel staff was always nice and friendly and tried to help if there were problems. The animation team has gone to a lot of trouble. The offered shows were very well attended. The hotel itself is about 500-600m from the beach.

Goods 22.7 to 29.7.2019 there and must say the hotel is really great, staff was very nice, food was delicious pool is clean, the pool toilet was not great, rooms are good. But all in all, very good hotel. Can I only recommend. That is why 5 star 1 star is deducted because of the pool toilet. If you do not use it there are 5 STARS

Hotel actually ok, clean, friendly but the volume whether day or night sometimes not to endure. Although it is secluded from the party mile meet again and again young people who think the hotel would be theirs, by the all inclusive, Vorballern to fall over from 23.00 if it costs something on the party mile to 3.00 - 4.00 o'clock in the morning then back to the hotel and to live life without end. The food is rich but often cold, spicy and sometimes dead cooked. The best thing is the animation team, from morning 11.00 to 17.00 clock in the evening great program varied and varied.

The hotel made a great impression, starting with the reception. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the children are always busy with animators (although they were not Russian-speaking). The cuisine is European and diverse. The chef personally controls the entire process, including the work of the waiters. The territory is green with its own microclimate. In the evenings, an entertainment program for adults. The alcohol in the bars is of high quality, the head does not hurt in the morning.

Great hotel, good food and nice quiet and green! Even the seagulls feel at ease here.

Hotel room was ok. Food could be varied a bit better. Staff mega unfriendly apparently is laughing and greeting in Bulgaria banned! We will not see you there again we are a life experience richer !!! Animation is a joke !!!
