Two non-cafes ordered. One without milk, the other with a little milk. There's something that can not be called a coffee. One was cold milk with maailo ness, and the other cold water with maalaal nesa. Blunt, transparent, horrible. To the waiter, he replied that he could add us, but he would double it. For an object that is being issued for a luxury, extremely shameful service at a high price. We do not recommend anyway !!!

All praise to the staff, if you come with a small baby, the restaurant will store everything from porridge that you want, but I expected more for a 5 * hotel. The pools are beautiful, but the metal part hanging from the fence above the guests' heads is just one of the inadmissible little things that spoil the impression ... Drink prices at the pool are high, food is below average. For comparison, Hotel Omorika on Tara has nicer, more varied and tastier food.
Price and service are not correlated, which speaks of the negligence of the owner ..

We came to the hotel with a child mostly because of the pool. The water is very pleasant, it wasn't even crowded due to the whole situation with kovid. Because of that, some of the content did not work, which we understand, but we are sorry that the aqua park did not work (which is probably due to the small number of guests, and not the whole situation). Hygiene around the pool could be better, mostly just sweeping. Also, I didn't notice a single sleeper in the pool, and there is no content for children except for a few small left toys. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Hygiene in the room is OK, as in the rest of the hotel, with everything arranged somehow outdated and inappropriate. Unfortunately, the biggest complaint is about the food, which is far below expectations. The number of dishes is large, but nothing is stored properly. Also, the ingredients and products are of much poorer quality, like the low end from the supermarket (liver pate not to advertise the manufacturer). A few things were left in the room from a confectionery company of the same owner, but again low end. The staff is relatively friendly - there is one team that seems to love what they do, the rest would just freak you out with every other word "sir". The hotel restaurant San Marino (National Restaurant is not happy) is to be avoided - everything is twice as expensive, which in itself is not unexpected and problematic, but the fact that the food is twice as bad and the waiter was unkind. There are much better places for lunch in the spa and the city, so we avoided this restaurant in the following days.

Excellent renovated hotel in the heart of the park in Bukovica Spa. The interior is reminiscent of the Hyatt Hotel chain. A large garden in front of the hotel, as well as the interior itself! A wonderful place to enjoy the resorts and visitors of the Spa.

Too much for my taste if we speak about interior design. Nevertheless level is visible. Personnel is great and helpful. Breakfast and buffet lunch are absolutely fabulous. But. Maintenance should be improved as well as cleaning... For such level and price range attention to details should be maximal.

We stayed at the hotel from 15.08-22.08.2020. the fourth time.
Classic rooms are extremely small but clean. We didn't have a table on the terrace, only two chairs. The shower cabin is cramped, and the water pressure on the fifth floor is weak, we barely bathed.
Compared to previous years, the choice of dishes in the boarding house restaurant is much smaller. The crowd at dinner was catastrophic!
What left the biggest impression on us was the fact that the hotel was filled to the last room during the pandemic. The whole hotel descends to the pool and it is impossible to keep a distance from other guests. The children are constantly jumping into the pool and entering the saunas and relax room, which is why the picture we have had so far about the hotel itself has totally changed.
All employees are extremely kind and try their best to meet them, but at the moment when the hotel is full to the last room, it is impossible.
Special praise for Olivera who makes the most beautiful cocktails
We will return sometime for sure, but only after the pandemic has passed.

It has the most slides in Serbia. The service is very good and efficient. Very nicely organized. Very nicely decorated. It has a sauna, over 10 swimming pools, a jacuzzi and a very nice restaurant. All the best !!!

Comfortable hotel of exceptional interior, with beautiful terraces for enjoying coffee or pizza. For a 5-star hotel, food should be a bit more exclusive. If you have not taken your slippers, you have one-off slippers at your disposal, but do not be surprised if you ask them to go to the pool and they are already decomposed after a few steps. No smoking in the hotel is allowed except in one so-called Italian hall located on the ground floor.

My wife just came from 4-day vacation. We visited the hotel for the second time (first time was three years ago in winter period) and from the moment we stepped in everything was just perfect, way beyond our expectations. It seems that from organizational perspective something happened there in the meantime room we stayed in was better quality (B408) and the service in my opinion is far more professional and warmer in the same time.

What is noticeable at first glance is cleanness. Hall is almost completely made of marble and it looks as shiny like marble was placed there a month ago (as far as I know the hotel was renewed around 10 years ago).
Food is delicious. Since today we are in the middle of Coronavirus crisis serving of food is organized in the way that fulfills all the precautions measures all the food is served exclusively by the stuff so guests are not allowed to approach the buffet and I cannot imagine how it could be organized the better way.

Pool area is perfect. I am not sure if the number of guests is limited due to Coronavirus but there are always enough sunbeds (both outdoors and especially indoors) and room in the pools. There is also very large aqua park within hotel complex which is something new and great. Someone commented that there are very few people/kids there truth but I would consider that as advantage.

I believe I could consider myself as a experienced guest when is about higher-class hotels around Europe and would place this one among better ones. Therefore, I will come back again for sure.

Excellent water depth of 1.4m with deck chairs, Jacuzzi, saunas, steam bath ... Restaurant excellent, self-catering great selection of dishes, autumn for coffee and tea. Comfortable rooms, fridge bar, safe. Park with spring water.

Advantages: The whole hotel, all facilities and services are at the level of 5 *. The complex is beautifully decorated and maintained. The staff is very helpful, cultured and friendly with one exception (more on that below). The food is top notch in terms of choice and quality of preparation. This applies to the hotel breakfast and dinner. The food at the pools is just as tolerable as the coffee. My advice is to go to the hotel's a la carte restaurant for lunch or coffee for a better lunch or coffee. The entire interior of the hotel with swimming pools and spa is available most days, containing various pools from ordinary to thermal. 4 types of saunas, salt room also available all day. Everything is beautifully decorated, maintained and clean. The rooms are clean and very well equipped and have terraces.

Disadvantages: The music in the pools outside is really boring. At the pool next to the hotel still help God, some deep house quietly. In the aqua park, something that should relax but is very monotonous so that in the end it irritates. The terraces of the two adjoining rooms are in some places separated only by a small plexiglass, so if your neighbors are awake longer than you, you feel as if they are sitting in your room and talking.

Incident: While swimming in an indoor pool, my child climbed one of the islands in the middle of the pool to play with a sprinkler. I'm right next to it and I checked that it wasn't accidentally forbidden but nothing was written. An older man is coming, some manager, I guess, on the stomach in the 8th month of pregnancy, I would say, and he starts shouting at my baby to come down. I look at him and call him, but he still does not address me but my child directly. I then get out of the pool and ask what the problem is while he explains to me that what the child is doing is not allowed, he can't do that, etc. The discussion ended with me explaining to an older and pregnant man who is a 5 * hotel manager that if something is not allowed to be done, he should write (as he writes in a hundred other places what we are and should not do) and that he cannot to keep the word to the guests because it is not their manager but the staff.

Had it not been for this incident I would have given the hotel a clean 5 stars. Otherwise for every recommendation if you don t run into this individual.

Very good staff, excellent waiters! Sauna and swimming pools are huge and excellent, the water is mineral and there is no chlorine, very satisfied! Food also for 5, I recommend Karadjordje's steak, specialty!

Great hotel, good obligatory service. Indoor and outdoor pools, saunas. Unfortunately, there are no physiotherapy on site, the food does not match the quality of real Serbian cuisine, and maybe this is Serbian cuisine. There is no leisure time, no concerts, not even the evening pianist's visitation, all this in combination with the deeply prospective, Soviet town of Aranghelovac - bores you. Belgrade, with its eclectic, dull architecture, makes it a little attractive, including shopping. Score of 10 point system.
