Currently the best hotel in Serbia, for many years. Always excellent service, pleasant ambience, the largest swimming pool and spa in the offer. It's always warm in the pool as well as in the rooms. Rooms are medium sized enough for everything as well as bathrooms with large partition shower tubs. The food on the half-board is quite correct, the choice is great. The Internet is not bad if you're in range if you're not ... but generally good coverage. Prices are affordable, depending on the category. We are always happy to return to good places, whether it was winter or summer time 100% enjoy this hotel's offer.

When getting off the elevator from room A509 to the main hall, there are no instructions on the direction of movement. Because it is not the main elevator. The elevator leads to the hallway with a large number of private rooms. Only on one door, instead of the inscription "entrance to the main hall, reception, etc." there is an inscription "close the door". So that guests wander until they finally try with that entrance. The phone in the room is in English, so after typing the number wellness gives options in English for the call ... Who does not know English, will dial the number and will not get anything until he chooses the option "dial up" ... The pool is great. Staff nice. Jacuzzi when not working because the pump has failed. The beds are very comfortable as are the pillows. The food is good. The wellness lift is a little harder to find. Overall, the hotel is pleasant and I recommend it.

Small and aged rooms, thin walls, buzzing fuseboxes, drunken loud and rude congress/teambuilding guests every time, very pricy. But the spa part is acceptable and it is close to Belgrade, the only reason why I visit frombtime to time.

Excellent hotel. Service perfect. Food super.For your birthday you get a birthday cake if you happen to be at that time in the hotel. Guests of the hotel can book and aqua park.

Hotel Izvor is located in Arandjelovac, within the Bukovica Spa. The hotel has 5 stars and is highly visited by both our nationals and foreigners. Within the hotel there are thermal springs, an aqua park and many other facilities accessible to all generations. Each person can find something affordable for themselves and spend their time in real enjoyment.

Top service and facilities. The SPA is ideal for both children and adults, and generally the whole facility is kids friendly. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Board food great with a large selection. A small complaint about the prices at the bar and the lack of free drinks as part of the dinner.

He cut his foot on a poorly treated surface in the pool, it was not a small injury at all. Otherwise a satisfied hotel visitor for years.

The hotel is a grate one and really deserves the 5 stars it has, I mean what hotel has a aqua park right next to it. The pool is big and there is a room where you can play games. The only downside is that it is really expensive.

Let me just say that we had a fantastic time at Hotel Izvor in Arandjelovac! Service, hospitality, food, comfort and rooms cleansiness were top notch and outstanding. Hotel event coordinator/manager Jovana Petrovic was very professional and accommodating with great energy. She was the main reason that we had such a relaxing stay. We had our wedding at hotel Izvor and all our guests enjoyed the stay and the whole vibe and experience. Jovana went above and beyond to meet all our expectations and did everything with a genuine great smile on her face. The rest of the staff were also accommodating and highly professional.
I will spread the word and highly recommend this hotel to all my family, friends and people who see this review.

At the moment, the best hotel in Serbia, impeccable hygiene, wellness & spa facilities at the Slovenian Terme level, staff friendly and helpful (with a mandatory smile that rarely happens in Serbia), food at the level of the best restaurants, you are simply sorry that you can not try everything ... the only problem is price, but quality has to cost. Guests of the hotel also have a free entrance to Akva Park Source, but it's a waste of time because the hotel pools are almost perfect. I recommend a weekend variant to make sure that the service is in the right 5 * (compared to Turkish hotels with 5 * looks like the other planet). Absolute recommendation.

An excellent hotel with excellent service. Spa and swimming pools are top-notch. Food at the restaurant is also at a premium level. A very diverse offer so everyone will find something for themselves. The prices are higher, but taking into account the service they provide, and should be. Certainly recommended that this hotel be visited.

Great hotel, very clean rooms and professional staff. Spa water has quite a lot beneficial properties, and the same water is being used in indoor and outdoor pools. Spa and fitness facilities are also very good. Restaurant is nothing short of excellent, with various fresh foods, fruits, meats and fish. Highly recommendable hotel!

Justifiably a high category hotel.

Hygiene, especially in the room a drastic drop!
The prices are too high and unreasonably high, but even that would not be a problem, if we were not greeted by such a situation.
Reception in the room from 6 pm on Sundays, and you don't have a free locker where you will leave your things, they say no - we have a lot of visitors from the side. For these prices, that answer - inadmissible!
The rooms are too small for people who come with children, the closet cannot be approached, the towels had stains.
Some staff, a couple of them, very unprofessional. But I leave them 5 certainly in the hope that this is an instant drop, because it s really beautiful.

As always a wonderful experience. Kindly staff. Accommodation is great. Spa also. Food is slightly worse than the previous 10 years we come to this hotel, but nothing dramatic, I hope that next time again it will be great.

The hotel was built on abandoned land. The successors have been running a dispute since 2004 to realize their rights, and regained land. Oteto-damn !!!
