We came to the hotel with a child mostly because of the pool. The water is very pleasant, it wasn't even crowded due to the whole situation with kovid. Because of that, some of the content did not work, which we understand, but we are sorry that the aqua park did not work (which is probably due to the small number of guests, and not the whole situation). Hygiene around the pool could be better, mostly just sweeping. Also, I didn't notice a single sleeper in the pool, and there is no content for children except for a few small left toys. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Hygiene in the room is OK, as in the rest of the hotel, with everything arranged somehow outdated and inappropriate. Unfortunately, the biggest complaint is about the food, which is far below expectations. The number of dishes is large, but nothing is stored properly. Also, the ingredients and products are of much poorer quality, like the low end from the supermarket (liver pate not to advertise the manufacturer). A few things were left in the room from a confectionery company of the same owner, but again low end. The staff is relatively friendly - there is one team that seems to love what they do, the rest would just freak you out with every other word "sir". The hotel restaurant San Marino (National Restaurant is not happy) is to be avoided - everything is twice as expensive, which in itself is not unexpected and problematic, but the fact that the food is twice as bad and the waiter was unkind. There are much better places for lunch in the spa and the city, so we avoided this restaurant in the following days.
