Not a tall hotel building 4th floor. Nearby is the Arc de Triomphe. To her 3 minutes walk. To the Eiffile Tower on foot about 20 minutes, at a walking pace.
The location of the hotel is very impressive!
There was a nice addition to the number - a mobile phone with internet and local connections! It was very much in the subject !!!

Expensive, not worth the price. Located close to the Arc de triumph. Easy to reach by metro. The hotel is ok. Rooms quite small, clean and beds comfortable. Restaurant pretty small and breakfast not more than ok...

Location of choice. Impeccable service. Really lovely staff very professional and very friendly. You are not really attacked by the usual behavior of some 5 stars and it suited me perfectly. The customer is so comfortable that you really feel at home.

The hotel location is excellent. The rooms are quite small, even our upgraded one. The ceilings in the room were close to 5 meters high. The staff were friendly and the hotel seemed mostly clean. Will spend a few more nignts here soon as booked. Would stay here again in the future if I review that the room size is comparable to hotels nearby.

I have no opinion on the hotel but the restaurant is just perfect. Refined and inventive cuisine. The chef's Japanese touch for an explosion of flavors. The service is also up to par. We want to discover the rest of the menu.

First class service. Wife and I spent our wedding night here and they made sure it was a special occasion. We were treated to free breakfast (or room service, our choice) as well as returning to our room to find a nice bottle of champagne. Beds were comfortable and rooms were more than adequate size for Paris.

An incredible hotel in Paris. A unique experience. The benefits are up to scratch, nothing is left to chance and the customer is king in this establishment. Congratulations to all the team and to Mr. Jean-Pierre Bansard, the worthy owner of the place. Support French entrepreneurs investing in France!

The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk within the Arc de Triomphe/Champs Elysees/Georges V metro station. The hotel stuff are very kind and speak many different languages, and will go out of their way to assist you with whatever it is you need - truly a 5 star experience. My only complaint is that the rooms are very small, even by Paris standards. The breakfast was your typical average quality. I recommend you cross the street and go to Bagelstein and grab yourself a gourmet bagel or fresh pastries from Josephine also across the street. There is also a little depaneur next to Josephine. Overall, I would come here again if I had to stay near Champs Elysees.

First of all, I would like to appreciate the people in the front desk, they are so kind and they are very good in meeting customers need. Coming to the rooms, yes they are small and the room we have some kinda problem with the Air conditioner. Front office was helpful yesterday to get a new room but even this room has the same problem now. So I would say it is the room service persons to have this in ther "to do list" to check the room temperature before they hear anything from the customer. I will be very happy to rate 5 if that is done.

A real treasure. Just enough to be around and far enough away to sleep well at night. From the window on the top floor, the view is wonderful. That's how I had imagined my first visit to Paris. Our room is relatively spacious and equipped with bathtub and shower. The decor fits the architecture of the house, is functional and leaves nothing to be desired. Facilities include an ironing board and coffee and water. Due to the size (only 55 rooms) everything happens very relaxed and quiet. The staff is attentive, very friendly and unobtrusive. We felt very comfortable.

My husband and I had plans to travel to Paris for ...

My husband and I had plans to travel to Paris for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had reservations at the L Intercontinent Paris-Avenue Marceau, but the trip was canceled due to Covid. We were promised a refund, but seven months later, nothing has happened. Nobody responds to phone calls or emails. And worse yet, IHG refuses to do anything about it. In the future, we will think twice before booking a room at ANY IHG-brand hotel. The service with both IHG and with this hotel in particular have been extremely disappointing.

RESPONSE: My issue with being offered a voucher is that we were promised a refund when the trip was canceled last April. When we did not receive it after several weeks, we contacted the hotel again. We were AGAIN assured we would receive a refund, but we were told it could take up to 90 days. We contacted IHG repeatedly since we made the reservation through IHG.com, but they refused to step in and make things right. And now the refund we were promised has been substituted for a voucher - which is useless because both Paris and the Intercontinental-Avenue Marceau remain closed. What happens if/when the voucher expires before we can travel to Paris? I expected better customer service from this level of hotel, not to mention IHG. We had no problems receiving prompt refunds from two hotels in London.

In my opinion the worst Intercontinental hotel I ve ever been. Probably I was just unlucky but my room was very small, much more like a 2 star hotel than a 5 star one. A bed and a micro desk, that s it, no more space, not even for a chair. A different situation is the enjoyable breakfast with a good selection of cheese. And, as always, the staff are friendly. Of course.

The smallest Intercontinental in size but a very nice and cosi hotel. The staff was very dedicated and helpful. The room are relatively small which is usually in Paris but each have a specific decoration.
The hotel is very well located only 5 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe however relatively quite place.
Only point missing is the Club Lounge if you are an IHG platinum member however the drinks in the room are free

The reason for the 1 star rating is due completely...

The reason for the 1 star rating is due completely in part to this location handling of a reservation that was cancelled by the InterContinental Paris-Avenue Marceau during the pandemic. This location was the only hotel to cancel my reservation and NOT provide a refund back to my credit card. We booked our trip to Paris prior to COVID-19 occurring. We were to stay at this location in September 2020. The hotel stated they could not provide a refund due to the situation. It is odd that they cannot provide a refund because the entire hotel is undergoing renovations during the period of time my stay at this location was to occur. I spoke to the reservations manager Veronique via email and they stated they would not provide a refund to my credit card due to the pandemic and company policy. French and company policy states that they could provide a full refund back to the customers credit card as an option during this world crisis but this hotel location was the ONLY hotel to not provide a refund back to the customer. And for that, they will receive the lowest rating I can provide and complete loss of my business at this hotel and IHG in the future.

Fantastic location, great rooms with comfy beds and pillows, small but functional rooms and amazing staff. Probably the friendliest staff I have met in Paris to date.

The room was clean and functional the pillows here were excellent and the room temperature was functioning well so that I did not have to meddle with it too much. Often in old building it can be too hot or cold and this was just right.

It s a stones throw from fantastic restaurants and cafes and a very short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysee. Would happily come here again anytime.
