They tell you that the order has shipped, and that you should receive your product within a certain time period. You don't receive the product, and they send you an email if you got it. You email them back, they don't respond, and you realize that these guys are complete fakers. Don't buy anything.
I bought a wooden model boat and being a real novice I messed up on my first try. I called Midwest Products and they sent me the parts I needed and the numbers were the ones in the instruction manual. The price was very reasonable and the new parts gave me a new start. The representative I talked with was as helpful as could be. This manufacturer produces great models and they are behind them 100%. They want you to succeed.
Had no problem getting my product very nice people they supplied me with a lot of information I seen that people post that they bought from Amazon and didn't get their product which is kind of weird because I deal with Amazon all the time and not had a problem so far
order tents through Amazon after 10 days finally got an email stating that they refuse to honor the price and are canceling the order.
Don't buy from them unless you want to tie up your money and not get the product
