HOTEL INDIA AWADH: LUCKNOW.
Home rule says smoking prohibited, but the rooms allotted to us were reeking with smoke.
COCKROACHES ARE HAVING A FREE RUN, next to kettle beneath the cups in the washroom.
Rooms have peeling plaster due to seepage.
Dust covers everything right from the doors to menu card left for guests in the room.
Pathetic redressal of issues on complaining.

The hotel property is nice ....the rooms are not well maintained I got a dirty bedsheet andwaited for 45min to get it changed.Same goes for in room dining , the forgot my order and then when is called again they sent is still the preparation was below average .Also the staff tried to charge me for the same bill twice by once asking for payment during delivery and the again when I was checking out.

Prime location. Awesome place. Bar bar is a must visit. Nice experience.

I thought it s one of the best hotel in city.!! I had very bad experience during my stay.! AC was not working for entire day, even after complaint no response by staff..! Seriously if they are deliver this kind of services against what they charged..!! It s waste of money .!.!

Had a good stay. Ambience is nice, food was good, surrounded with many eating options around and very close to Saharaganj Mall.

Very nice and quite hotel located in the heart of lucknow. Rooms are good. The food is good and value for money. The bar inside the hotel is well stocked. Very friendly staff.

Please never ever stay in this hotel, the Ac's doesnt work at all. Even if you complain they will never solve issue. Staff is pathetic and rude doesn't know how to talk. Please dont waste your money and time in this hotel

Very good ambience. It is from walking distance from sahara mall. Very good breakfast. Entrance lobby and reception is very spacious. However the hotel management needs to take proper care for cleanliness of the room and washrooms. Hotel also has a bar in the basement.
