Well located hotel in the immediate vicinity of Orly Sud. Correct rooms for one night.

Very correct even if the price of 95 pr 1chambre seems somewhat excessive.

Mediocre -a real factory and functional rooms without more- attention very small shower

Small room This is enough for one night to go to the airport.

Tv ok, breakfast well, reads well. but there is not even 1 glass in the room ... (stop the covid excuses)

The hotel is perfectly located. Clean rooms. With Covid measures, breakfast or bellboy service is served in your room.

Tiny, super tiny room, not to spend more than 12h, literally just to overcome a wait for the next flight. Just missed the dinner, so had to order from the bar, ended up with defrosted in the microwave food, was not bad, just a bit overpriced. Surprisingly populated hotel though. There are some games at the sitting area

If I could not put any stars that would have been with great pleasure. Impossible to leave the car park, payment terminal indicated in maintenance. Call the technical service, no response. A night spent before taking our plane very early in the morning. Hotel clean, room quite small but it passes however the bathroom is really limited. We had dinner there and we ate quite well. The waiter was very friendly and smiling. Correct price for the convenient location.

This hotel is a horror !!! No blanket in the rooms, no reception ..... NOTHING !!! Never again !!! You ask the bar 1 bottle of water ..... the Barman looks at you having nothing to do and you feel that you disturb him! The ACCOR Group is scoring the branch on which it is seated !!! May he continue like this !!!!

Ideally located hotel. Comfortable, clean and welcoming room.

But .... The staff is not really pleasant, at first a quick and dry welcome, in the restaurant, no one to take the orders and clear the table except at our request and when they come their sentence is "it is n is not my sector but hey ... "

Perfect 2 minutes from the airport thanks to its bridge. Decent food and small patio, small rooms but only for one night in general. Fast service even for a very early start. I recommand it.

Clean room. Nice breakfast. But staff at the reception absolutely unfriendly. Not able to know who they had assigned the rooms, did not hesitate to wake us at 3am to know who occupied which room. If you wait for a smile, you will wait a long time ...

Luxury but affordable hotel for tourists. It has a very good restaurant with buffet service. No service room.

Ideal location if you are looking for something near the airport, a great behemoth with lots of room. The hotel is already years old and it shows. It is also poor in purity. Expensive for this standard.

The Ibis hotel is located inside the Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport it is possible to book on time when we are in transit or spent one night if we take off early the next morning very room very clean.

Coming for a meeting, the rooms are pleasant, well equipped and drinks available are good

Good location. But really small bathroom. I'm not a huge guy but the bathroom was tiny.

Very poor hygiene and service!
A regular customer of this hotel, I have always found the service to be fairly average (waiting time at reception and sometimes bad smells in the room). During my last stay, I noticed that the breakfast dishes (trays, cup and cutlery) were very dirty. I kindly pointed it out to the waiter who told me we were not at a 4 star hotel. I m not a big fan of hygiene, but everything was really dirty. It s one bad experience too many that I will never go to this hotel again and not recommend it at all ...

Great Location. Good service. Spectacular breakfast. I loved it. There are two bars to enjoy after you get tired of the tours.

For a new hotel the rooms are run down and of poor quality. Moissirures in the bathroom, damaged mirror and damaged furniture in the room

The perfect location if it is to stay overnight at the airport. It is comfortable, the room clean. They have a restaurant if you want, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very comfortable common areas also has computers if you want to look at information.

This hotel is not a relaxing place to be! Here is what happened during my 3 night stay:

-The reception staff is partly very unfriendly (being passive aggressive/ talking badly about customers in French when they think the customers don't speak French)
-rooms are very small and the Wi-Fi is horrendous!!! (First floor, close to elevator)
-I requested a wake up call and never got it (staff that answered the phone at night seemed to have just woken up from a nap)
-shower is leaking so there is little pressure on the browse

45 minutes waiting at check in and not an excuse ...

Very small room. Tiny bathroom. Deplorable breakfast. Does not have quality for the price they ask for. Not even for an overnight stay.

Hotel is good. I felt rooms are littel bit congested. Neatly maintained. Staff are cordial.

Good basic hotel located walking distance to the airport (Terminal Sud). If arriving to Terminal Ouest you need to go towards the Orlyval (free shuttle train) which will get you to Orly Sud and from there it is a short walk to the airport. Signage in the airport itself could be a lot better and clearer.

Hotel itself is as expected from Ibis. Comfortable, clean and efficient. Good value for money and dinner / breakfast is available. Rooms are quiet and have all that could be needed for a night sleep.

When you take the plane the next morning, it's the ideal and the ramp to Orly South is in front of the door.

Decent hotel with restaurants and bar. This avoids going out.

The worst night we could spend in a hotel: unwelcome, "hurry" when there was no one at the time we arrived, very poorly soundproofed, we heard absolutely all the noise of the corridors, the flushing of water, the showers. Bathroom small old and dirty. And the pompon .... Young people were partying in a room above until 4am ... Response of the person to the home the next day? "Why did not you call us Madam? We refund the room if we can not solve the problem in 15min". Uh Because the reception was sloppy maybe? Because we preferred to insist that I could eat and breakfast at the restaurant than to tell me that I had the opportunity to call and which number in case of problems? (business is business what). "You can not tell everything to 400 people a day, ma'am." The information is just well chosen visibly. But it is me who is "bad faith" I was told. Result? 77 for not sleeping. Customer Relationship at IBIS? Zero pointed.

This weekend I have been in this hotel and there are good things and another not so good, a hotel near an international airport and nobody speaks Spanish, only French and English the good thing has a walkway that you reach terminals 4 and 3 walking, 2.1 is very comfortable and although small rooms is very good

Worst stay I have had in a hotel.
Even with a paid upgrade of course, not even a comfortable double bed !!
I have never seen a double bed consisting of two beds placed on a box spring !!

Room rather rudimentary, no wardrobe for clothes, space reduced, uninteresting view. The restaurant is ok, buffet or a la carte. Note that breakfast can be taken from 4am, but it lacked staff at this time.
Finally, this hotel, adjoining Orly Sud, has refocused on the needs of its customers: Being close to Orly for a plane departure early in the morning, without undoing his suitcases ... A shuttle runs every 1 / 4 hours and the Orlyval at 2 'starts around 6:30, until 23h.
Expensive and uninteresting to stay several nights.

So, the place is airport's hotel. So, I have some expect like:
1) Most of the stuff Guys are unfriendly
2) It is only cold breakfast, for this price it is not fair!
3) here is problem with respect a loyality Card of accor hotels- for earlie/ late check out.
4) to get sth what's shouldnt be problem you will have a lot of problem.
5) internet sucks
