Hotel** Ibis Orly aéroport Review

no possibility of dinner (at 8 p.m.), overloaded, a person for the room and room service we were referred to NOVOTEL. HS air conditioning not adjustable, too hot in the room

When we entered the room
There was a smell of tobacco.
The television worked very poorly, poor reception.

Since they put the catwalk it is easier to access the hotel. Flat bedroom windows are closed, you have to ask at reception to open your window.

Nice hotel, comfortable bedding and above all a staff at Les Petits soins, a big thank you to Yussef in reception for his welcome and his kindness, I will come back!

Very happy to have a hotel so close to the airport before taking my flight at 5am, I was happy to have a good relaxing time in this establishment.

Upon my arrival, everything is perfect: very warm, dedicated staff who take great care of the customers (and yet some customers that evening were appalling to say the least).

I proceed to the check-in and there ... The reserved room is anything but conforms to the photos of the hotel which however announced its renovation.

Dated decor, stained bedding, tiny bathroom. The room was in a condition that suggested it had not been used for 10 years and that they had reopened it for the occasion.

I greatly appreciated the Back to the Future attraction but I recommend this hotel even more to refresh their room for the comfort of their guests!

5 stars for the staff though.

For the price (prohibitive) I know that we are in Orly but still the value for money is not at all

Disproportionate price in relation to the quality of the service. Small and uncomfortable room, Lilliputian bathroom and below the limit of decency, breakfast just enough. Two stars only for the courtesy of the reception and for the bed, all in all comfortable.

Old and small room, almost no water ran in the shower, dirty towels ... I don't usually give bad marks but in this case one star is too much.

Hotel very well placed if you take off at Orly 4 terminal, 10 minutes walk from Orly val.

Hotel very well placed. The best when the footbridge will be accessible. Spacious room even for a family. Only negative point, no response to our inquiries by mail or phone.

Prefer ibis budget cheaper, too bad you don't know Paris well enough.

Very well located hotel, near terminal 4 of Orly. Well maintained.
On the other hand it is necessary to revise the reception which is not warm enough. Cruel lack of "hello".

Simple Airport hotel, in close proximity to the airport. Clean rooms with basic amenities. Pretty good dinner (I had mushroom risotto), breakfast unimpressive.

Small rooms not very neat, well placed good restaurant but congested ..

Go your way ... Restaurant worthy of a failing school canteen but the prices are not far from the hilton ... Eat at the airport you will avoid gaffes repetitions, a horrible dish and the impression of having to work instead of some servers (the nice guys)

After having done seven ibis hotel, this is by far the most lack of space in the room, even less in the dirty water where everything is compacted. But the welcome has arrived is rather pleasant

Evening meal and breakfast: No organization service, tables not cleared so no room, breakfast buffet not reassorted, overworked servers and therefore unavailable or accessible.
Access to the hotel complicated (Works)

The rooms are dated and tiny. If you absolutely have to stay by the airport and you can't afford the Novotel, then I guess you have no choice.
