A good Vd Valk where there are more than enough activities and very friendly staff! Nice skiing, relax in the sauna, a cozy bar and good rooms! The hotel is easily accessible and a day trip to Hamburg (with only an hour's drive) is a nice option! All in all had a great weekend!

Hotel for everyday needs. If you don't pay special attention to hygiene and location, you are in good hands here for a short trip. The Spieleland is an experience for children. The ski hall is ok. As with all halls, the options are of course limited. With a few exceptions, the staff is very polite. In spite of everything, I did not find it entirely successful that you had to clear away yourself. Wasn't a problem just a little unusual for the price.
We were there for the snowbeat and also booked a room for 3 people. The rooms are nicely decorated and adequate. The front desk staff is friendly. The waiters in the glacier room are very slow. No service at the table, you wait a good 10 minutes at the counter before you can place your order. The food, which probably only comes into the deep fryer, is also a long time coming. 5 waiters and everyone does everything. Doesn't feel like an organization. The waiters sneak to the tables. Everything very relaxed.

The rooms are relatively large and modern, but again the bathrooms are the problem. No hot water in the morning and a concealed shower head is not exactly a three-star standard for me.
Very good hotel rooms. Clean, good beds and spacious. The ski hall is beautiful, with very good snow and the possibility to rent good equipment. It is also possible to go karting (nice circuit) and water skiing. Breakfast is good.

Last February we went on a girls trip to Hamburg with a pitstop in the Van Der Valk Hotel in Wittenburg. We ve had an excellent experience with top service, clean rooms and plenty of activities! We skied, bowled and had a delicious dinner. Highly recommend and see you next year!

Well, the rooms are newly renovated and totally fine. everything available and clean. Unfortunately there is no Wi-Fi but only internet via cable. for Tablet use really stupid. Service staff are very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is ok too. Unfortunately, the roads are sooooo far. food and breakfast and the bars are all in the adjoining alpincenter. But everything was closed during my visit. unfortunately also the sauna area in the hotel.
Nice facility, very friendly reception. Some of the rooms have a connecting door, which is very practical for families. Bathrooms are either equipped with a shower-bath combination or only a large shower.
