With 5 stars since this season. The conversion was really successful. Entrance area with bar and dining room very inviting and spacious. Rooms according to the latest demands. Wellness with a large selection of different baths and other services. Whole catering and staff are top class. Would love to come back!

Completely new hotel. Beautiful, carefully furnished, spacious rooms excellent services, restaurant always up to par. Fantastic spa and pool. After several years of absence we returned and felt immediately at home. The owners and their children welcomed us with great courtesy and familiarity. Jackie, our boxer, also had a great time in the room that communicated directly with the raised garden in which she was able to walk peacefully. What to say? We left reluctantly with the desire to return soon ......

Many rooms have been recently renovated and are beautiful. The style is modern but with typical elements of the South Tyrolean mountain. Suite 209 has a huge and very refined main bathroom. The staff is very kind.

The staff are all excellent, both friendly and efficient. Excellent facilities and the food is superb. The hotel is one of the nicest I've stayed in of it's kind and I would highly reccomend it to anyone looking for a holiday in Selva

Great wellness center. Went there for a spa package and really enjoyed it. They have an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and lots of deck chairs etc. Very relaxing after a mornings skiing!

I just stayed - and for the
First time - in this hotel, which since this winter has been awarded 5 stars. Can we tell? Deserved! Always present and never intrusive service (which led me to abandon the previous hotel I frequented in Val Gardena), tasty, refined and quality cuisine. Finally a five-course dinner that even a man of medium-high size can eat without leaving the table devastated by the excess of portions proposed: a balance worthy of a tasting menu that is at least a 'Michelin dish', both in terms of the quality of the materials first and foremost, including waiting and cooking times. A small criticism - but probably induced by the historical moment we are experiencing: both the evening and breakfast buffets are of great quality but a bit underpowered in quantity and the same is not supervised with the same (unsurpassed) attention as the room. I was reminded that I could have requested anything I hadn't found, but it goes a little against the concept of a buffet ..... but it's really a joke. The kitchen in the morning is also of a high standard, being able to request freshly prepared egg-based dishes.
Perfect room, overlooking the mountains, with impeccable service. One thing really moved me - and I am not exaggerating: in addition to the thorough morning cleaning service, there is an evening 'refreshment' service of the room that takes place during dinner .... you cannot imagine the happiness and amazement there first Evening in Finding the duvets again arranged, the bathroom in order and all thanks to the attention received ... not even at home so much care for the guests !!!!!
Finally, a structure equipped with an indoor and outdoor and outdoor swimming pool and a quality spa.
Undoubtedly I will not be able not to go back. Thanks, Gran Baita !!

This hotel is amazing. The food and spa are out of this world and the staff work so hard to make everything perfect. Worth every penny for a luxury holiday experience in spectacularly beautiful surroundings any time of year but especially in the ski season.

Modern, very attractive rooms in the main building. Very good wine list. Food very good. Breakfast more regional than international Very classic, courteous service in the restaurant. Rooms in the annex 600-800 very classically furnished.
Limited opening times at the outdoor pool. Wellness area of high quality and appropriate to the standard of the house.

Since we had dinner in the dining room of the Gran Baita, we appreciated the quality of the dishes and the friendliness of the reception and the staff of the restaurant.
The bill in line with the other restaurants in Valgardena and certainly not exaggerated when we look at the service offered

A wonderful structure surrounded by greenery. The atmosphere in summer is beautiful, I don't imagine in winter.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, for information, free spa product trials, menu changes and advice.

There are an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and heated whirlpool.
The rooms are quite spacious and all, however, overlook the mountains and trees.
Great experience, absolutely recommended.

The Granbaita Hotel for us has been a fixed stop for decades and has always been a guarantee in everything .... rooms, restaurant, services, staff, spa, swimming pool, etc .... This difficult and particular year for Covid has exceeded expectations always super attentive, helpful and attentive to all the needs of our little 3 year old. SUPERLATIVES. Thank you so much.

For 32 years my girlfriend's family has been staying in this hotel, this year I joined her for the weekend and I was able to confirm their more than positive experience; competent staff and very attentive to customer needs.
Excellent cuisine with a wide range of choices, I highly recommend the venison medallions for meat lovers.
The hotel also has a swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) and a Spa.
Possibility to use bicycles and e-bikes.
The mighty Dolomites are the backdrop to the Hotel.

Spectacular people work here, extraordinarily helpful and personable. Pretty large for the area, it still feels cozy. Great vibe. The staff were great with my wild young family.
Meals are absolutely phenomenal, we were at first a bit put off that meals were included.. but we were simply blown away by the selection and quality.
Shuttle service awesome, where ever when ever you like.
Pool - best in the area, indoor / outdoor, again very well designed.
Location is great, short 1 minute walk to the 2 short lifts that land you at Dantercepies Gondola, and also a short 1 minute walk to the main road.
Suites very spacious with 2 bathrooms (steam shower, clawfoot tub, rainshower), kitchen, walkout to terrace.

Extremely nice staff. Medium-high level catering. The rooms are brand new and extremely quiet, tastefully furnished. Unfortunately in mine there was only the tub and there was no shower (never mind). The location of the structure is not exactly optimal with respect to the ski lifts.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, great service, both in the catering and in cleaning Management Of rooms. I also went in the pool and I made use of the pay-pedicure, made by very respectable and qualified girls.

The hotel is worth all the 5 stars, nice room, excellent Spa. Excellent cuisine, impeccable service. Located in the center of Selva. I advise

Our preferred hotel in the Val Gardena. Very friendly & helpful staff, excellent Spa facility , the pool is large, you can swim inside and outside. The gym has Technogym equipment. Free bike rental.
The food selection is always a highlight. You can choose among the very diverse buffet, a multi-course menue (changes daily), and an a la carte selection. Excellent Alpine (Austrian Tyrolian) and Italian cooking. The Suites and the hotel lobby are newly renovated and very stylish. We stayed at many hotels in the area, this one is the best for a family with kids. But also excellent for a couple who looks for a weekend retreat. More expensive than other hotels, but worthwhile every cent.
