I really like this hotel! Clean, staff is very friendly and speak English well. Food and bar are great and room service is fast and non invasive. Hotel is on a good area too. Feel free to walk the streets and check out some of the local attractions.
The hotel is perfect the rooms are very clean, upon arrival at reception the attention was not so good
It is not conditioned to have events and that guests can sleep. I am on the seventh floor and the music from the events room is very loud.

There aren t enough stars to give to this hotel! This is a 10 star hotel!! This hotel treats you like you are family. They have the most incredible human beings on the planet working here. They treat you like you are family. I am so lucky to have experienced what it feels like to stay here. My company brings me here for 5 weeks at a time to do training and every time I have a trip, I count down the seconds until I arrive because it is like a second home to me. If you want 10 star service foood and to feel like you belong, stay at fiesta Americana! You will not regret it!
I expected more than one hotel in this chain my room had many details such as: stained bedspread, refrigerator out of service, the bathroom had aesthetic details, is not what I expected

Being in an athletics competition they had at least to give me breakfast, the only thing they gave me was a mini fruit glass last and when they removed it after I finished they did not take me what was breakfast seeing that my classmates were already eating breakfast correctly and I do not.

Air Conditioning did not work properly and they did not solve that situation, so we could not rest. Although they remodeled several areas of the hotel there are still many old rooms with old refrigeration appliances. I recommend HOTEL LUCERNA is MUCH BETTER and also has Sunday brunch.
