The beds are super comfortable wing room you need to put an armchair there is a chair in a double room is really good and excellent service auq already have to remodel

Horrible experience! I left a bag with three jackets and Pandora jewelry and I called they said no one with my name said that day. I asked them to go check and they were going to call me back, they didn t. I called they said the lady that cleaned that had keys to that room left and to call tomorrow. Pretty sure they stole it because how did they not see a big red bag in the room when we left and they cleaned. Does anyone know what to do when this happens? Who I can talk to?

Clean, Nice, very well equipped rooms, coffee maker, mini bar, smart screen, I asked for wake up service and they never called me to the room, bad point for their staff, something inattentive.

I highly recommend the breakfast buffet they have very good service and taste.

Nice hotel if you want to be closer to downtown Hermosillo. Even with the renovations, it s a bit outdated. Other hotels stock the mini fridge, this place didn t seem to do this. Food is 4 out of 5 stars, staff is very professional and courteous.

Beautiful hotel with the best staff you can ask for. They treated us like family. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The TV is just the right size for the room. It has a walking shower with a rainfall show head. They have a mini fridge but it doesn't get too cold. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast. I would recommend booking the room with breakfast included to minimalize the cost. They offer free parking with the room and has 24/7 security in a fenced lot. There are quite a bit of businesses within minutes from the hotel.

Very sad the outrageous treatment received in your hotel chain in this hotel in particular we got a group of chiapas to an event of indigenous level and they gave us decomposed food, we got sick many and sadly come back with a very bad concept of this place that is worth to be treated A) Yes

Very good hotel Very busy when I went and the staff did not care much to control the situation. There was a children's contest and they seized the hotel with the scandal and the elevator. Somewhat uncomfortable However, the staff did not care to take control and the hotel to be quiet became a chaos. The hotel is spacious and the rooms are also. The restaurant is very good, on Sundays they have buffete with Mexican food and barbecue; the taste is excellent.

I have always liked the service of the Fiesta Americana, this is not the exception however the cleaning of the rooms leaves much to be desired, I chose to spend only 1 of the 4 nights I had planned.
