The service is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable

They lack more customer service are not aware of the people who stay

Rooms well, except that in the bathroom did not have or did not use the extractor. What made us angry was that one day they had an event at night and they wanted us to look for a place outside the parking lot, because they filled it (to charge the entrance to the assistants). The parking guard offered us no alternative; and we were not outside the hotel because at that moment another car came out. Fatal that does not guarantee parking for guests.

It is a hotel with beautiful entrance. Buffet breakfast pretty good. Parking in the back. They have many artificial flavors throughout the PB and Mezzanine. In the Mezzanine in some places it smells like a pipe, I suppose that is why it is so aromatic. Very good attention of your staff. Rooms with bathrooms in good condition but old. The beds are comfortable. They have carpet in the room which is old and smells a bit like dust. Air conditioning does cool but makes noise. The room is a mixture of updated and some old things. It has an outdoor pool. A 4 star hotel at most.

Comfortable, well air-conditioned rooms with helpful staff. English not well spoken by staff but good enough to communicate needs and be helpful.

I really like to stay at Fiesta Americana Hotels, but this time it was very bad, there was no hot water in the room, mega dirty bathrooms in the pool and again there was no hot water this time it was bad experience

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, it is close enough to the Sanora Steakhouse so you can walk there if you want. There is a restaurant inside that is really good too, but the breakfast isnt as good or inviting as The Hotel Lucerna. Beds are comfy and rooms are spacious

A very comfortable place really, although the food has no excellence since we need to say seasoning, I had a fungus being barefoot on the carpet of the room but that does not prevent the comfort of the place.
