Points in favor: the spectacular, safe area, full of places to visit, the employees very good wave in general, the guys at the reception very friendly, very cordial and attentive, the breakfast excellent, there is everything to eat and abundant and the room is very spacious .. if you touch with balcony to the outside the view is very good! Negative points: the bathroom is old and is a little less and lack of maintenance in some details of the room and corridors .. but making a balance .. I would return!

A really bad night A buzz in the shower all night did not let us sleep. The spa very sad, is a pool and a sauna. They force you to wear a hat and they charge you in the pool. 4000 pesos the room and they make you a problem for 50 pesos.
Having so much offer in Buenos Aires I would not return here.

The location is good, but Recoleta is nowhere near what it was 25 years ago. Today it is full of beggars and tourist and decadent restaurants.

At the entrance you can see that it is a hotel that stopped in time. Old carpets, musty smell, stained ceiling, old furniture, something that clearly needs a radical renovation for a long time.

Reception is relatively courteous and efficient.

Upon arriving in the room the same decay as the rest of the hotel, and the musty smell is even stronger. The toilet was clogged, the shower curtain old, the cleaning left something to be desired.

Watch out for the minibar prank. They are a third category hotel but they put plastic Evian water (Italian brand) in the fridge with a value of R $ 16.00 per 500 ml bottle. Clearly the intention is to deceive the guest, as no one would ever imagine that a simple plastic water bottle could have this value.

Wi-Fi is weak in the room, with areas that don't even work and others where it falls constantly.

Breakfast is poor, with few fruits, cold meats only ham and cheese and few breads and cakes.

On 12/31, with the excuse that they have a New Year's menu they suspend from 6 pm, the room service. This is absurd considering that it is a hotel with some 100 apartments and not everyone will want to wait for New Year's Eve to eat and that almost all restaurants close on this date. I've never seen this in any hotel in the world.

In short, get away from this hotel, there are several other hotels nearby, with similar prices and much better managed.

I did not like the spa opens at 10 but they serve you 10.30 because "they have to clean" then they do not open at 10 ... The place in the pool lacks heating, the showers do not have hot water ... You have to come with cap to enter the pool and as they do not inform you you are forced to buy it. Everything else good.

Everything wonderful, room good, reception note 10, breakfast with Brazilian standard, perfect location. Only bad thing about the hotel is the restaurant manager a rude worm who should not meet customers. The room is quite spacious, with a balcony overlooking a very nice retreat. The TV has two controls, there is no explanation .. Medium weird. The room has almost no plugs - Hello 21st century with all the technology, you need at least one plug on each bedside table.

We had a beautiful, huge room with 2 double beds, 2 air conditioners, 1 led tv, 1 armchair, a table with 2 chairs and a mini-bar. In addition a balcony and safe.
