The staff was lovely and courteous. The rooms are quaint and clean. When you enter, the smell of processed wood hits you, very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was extensive and there was always something new. The evening menu was selectable and always very tasty. For me as a vegetarian there was always a choice. The spa area was also clean and well maintained, with attention to detail, just like the outside area. Always my pleasure. :)

Found by mistake and delighted with this luck. We had a great time. Waking up in the morning in front of the Catinaccio is something unique.
The staff is very kind and helpful. The possibility of hiking with the guide Paul makes everything even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Julia, who recommended some great wines for all the great dinners. We can't wait to go back. Maybe in the snow for a snowshoe hike with Paul.

First time in Sudtirol, we randomly chose this hotel.
Five of us have given us a double room in the attic, recently renovated, the fact is that the bathrooms are practically new as well as the wooden beams.
Excellent cleanliness, good food for breakfast and dinner, very clean common areas (after all, cleanliness is impeccable throughout South Tyrol).

Excellent hotel, excellent breakfast, excellent quality, clean rooms etc etc, all right apart according to my humble opinion that it should be managed with a few smiles, which is always welcome, I don't enter into specific but to manage an activity would take more professionalism and inadequacy. My message may not be shared but that's what it was.

A beautiful house with a family flair. Come again and again gladly. With very nice rooms, delicious food very varied and culinary. The personnel is very friendly and courteous.
Very nice location and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet and salad buffet in the evening very loveless and show little variety. Our room with carpeting and old plush furniture cost as much as newly renovated rooms with wooden floors and modern furniture. The sauna is way too small for such a big house. The dinner was very crowded, that you were finished at 21 o'clock. The value for money is in comparison to other houses in the immediate vicinity with much larger offers not at all.

That in the sauna, despite the sign that there is a nodist area, some are dressed in it, I don't think so.
A sauna is naked and people dressed, I don't need any tensioners there.
