The hotel is very well situated, although some facilities are old, the staff is friendly and helpful but has major problems for people with disabilities or with baby strollers, in addition to the buffet with little variety, a fish dish and a of meat, with nothing but bread and butter and fruit and sweets, should be in containment of expenses, despite being full, and not cheap, I find a buffet worthy of a two-star hotel, without being depressed for those. When we arrived the hotel did not have a room card system in operation, that is, we had to come at least twice accompanied to the room to open the door for us, then the circulation from floor to floor is a bit "boring" because we changed the elevator one turn....

Regarding the workers, they are undoubtedly the best in the hotel, as they are super accessible, friendly, polite 5 *****

Hotel assigns much smaller and different room according to the information given at time of booking and payment made. Room with misaligned, pelintra and old decoration which, in general, is not well maintained. The bathroom floor tiles for example crackled. Low light, room with little lights scattered on the walls. Staff rather sulky. The flaws and features are not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is full of splendor, certainly not a four-star standard. Tiles are falling in the inner pool. Rooms clean. Food very good and varied. And the big plus of the hotel is the beach across the street and every room is facing the ocean.

Very relaxing place, ideal for couples and older people, not a lot for children except for the beach

Exceptional in this new normal! Tital security rm all procedures. Hotel 5 * rooms with sea view. Beach access pool gardens. Externally attentive and friendly staff. To repeat!
