Regulate the treatment that the hotel staff gave us.

Good rooms and facilities. Good placed with respect to the metro and O'donel area.

Excellent hotel food can be bit better but rest all amazing

I loved everything ... the staff very nice ..particularly a waiter in the evening (tan with glasses), it was very close!
The perfect facilities ... very close metro station .. bed and 10 pillows

I requested a quiet room and at 2am I had to change rooms due to noise coming from an outside A / C.
Lack of natural light in the hotel complex which makes it unfriendly

Nice Hotel close to the City center of Madrid. The reception is welcoming and friendly. Our 2 bed room. Is very clean and spacious. There is also a pool and a gym available. Breakfast includes a huge variety of warm food and also fresh fruits. Moreover there is also a bar in the lobby for those who like a drink before bed. In whole the hotel is great and can recommend anyone to stay here.

Generally acceptable but very bad pillows were undone and cause bad night

It is a good place, always good service, every time I go to Madrid, I come to this hotel. It is close to everything. They are very attentive and once went out of their way to get me a room.

Large airy and modern, this is a well located hotel with easy access to the buses for airports, and walking distance form restaurants and central areas, as well as subway stops. The hotel rooms are clean and very comfortable, the lobby and public areas are open and bright, the terrace and pool areas are lovely though were frequently booked out for private events when we were visiting. Would definitely stay here again, it was a nice hotel for a decent price.

Great hotel as adults it was just aliitle away from local places to eat outside hotel.

Only issue sofa bed for third person was very uncomfortable after a few days other than that staff very helpful and service at bar or for food Extremmily good.

I like in the center with good service and a reasonable price. The only inconvenient my car is low and rubbing in the private parking

The restaurant and room service is 24hrs!
As you can see in this picture I posted, the meal portions are really large, and delicious!

Superb Spanish local resturant next door

I have not stayed at this hotel, but I have used its facilities as a contestant of the Spanish Puzzle Championship, in the 2016, 2017 and 2018 editions.
The auditorium of the basement covered with tables and hundreds of people with a box of a 500-piece Ravensburger in front is worth seeing. The Championship is no longer held there because space needs have continued to increase, but the Novotel Center will remain indelibly linked to the history of La Fiesta del Puzzle in Spain as an imposing stage of stage fright and the full support of the same Hotel for the celebration of the event, since the first edition of 2009.

It is a very comfortable hotel but it is extremely large, there is always noise and a lot of people coming and going. From the rooms you always hear doors. As for the rooms, they are very comfortable, clean and comfortable. If you go to work, it is a good option.

I've been in this hotel because it was pretty close from the start of the half marathon.

Stayed December 2017. Spacious rooms with bathroom albeit a little dated but in order. Breakfast buffet with various and excellent products, possibilities also have frutta7verdura juices prepared at the time. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and well connected with the city center.

The breakfast was good. The room was neat and spacious enough. The location is quite strategic. Quite near to the el corte ingles mall. But the traffic is a bit bad. Always jam.

Super hotel. Located not far from line 2 to go to the center or even go out on Goya. The service is impeccable, the breakfast deluxe (never seen so many varieties: there is even sushi, to say), the room is very comfortable with quality bath products. The only minus, the non-hot mood of the person who makes the fruit juice ... But this is just a detail. I'll be back

Hotel very well located in Madrid, large rooms with the advantage of being able to put two children in the same space. For us a great hotel.

It is an "old" hotel but very nice. Accessible to walk the city, near main avenues and shopping centers.

A great hotel It offers a great percentage of quality-price. It is very close to the park of the retreat and the great road. In addition there are metro and buses nearby. Very good service and the wifi is included and it is very good.

Negative aspects: 1. The bathroom without bidet (it was much better bathroom when it was the Convention), 2. Breakfast: small room (difficult to find table), delay / lack of basic products (fried eggs, churros, flavored yogurts, etc) That extended my breakfast 20 more minutes. Positive aspect: Without doubt, the kindness and professionalism of the staff. In relation quality / price, leaves much to be desired. Much more favorable when it was "the Convention".

Poor reception staff ... upon arrival, the receptionist did not explain anything about the hotel to us, nor even spontaneously gave us a city map ... perhaps because we weren't dressed in suits ... for check out, the receptionist did not even ask us if the stay had gone well and when paying with the card Mister was on his natel ... otherwise concerning the hotel, the shower pressure is zero, my shower hard 15 minutes instead of 5 ... the staff on the floors are very polite and more pleasant than those at the reception. For an Accor hotel I am a little disappointed ... otherwise nice because close to the city (40min walk)

Soundproof and clean rooms, comfortable beds and attentive and respectful service, although there is a lack of space for breakfast on the weekend we went and long lines at the time of the check-out.

Very clean, bed note 8, shower very good hot water morning coffee not taken but should be good and 2 waters are free and the fridge has nothing if you want to have to buy it at reception to take it to room the location and great and easy to getting around.

The price is included because a little 'far from downtown on foot, but with the second line will soon arrive at the Gran Via.
The only negative note, dear parking, 25 euro per day

Good hotel, the only one but, the somewhat small dining room for so many people, the great service, the location of the rooms, good signage, if you make a mistake you can spend your stay looking for it, anyway.

Hotel in Madrid relatively well located. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The hotel bar and nightclub are very lively. What causes the nightly revelry to be heard from the rooms.

For me FABULOUS. And they surprised me with a fantastic breakfast. For being my birthday. The staff, of all dependencies, Formidable. Even one of the many receptionists who told me that breakfast was included in the room. And in reality, it was not true. But as most valued, I leave it as an anecdote. I INVITE YOU TO KNOW IT, YOU WILL LOVE IT.

Improved a lot as they uplifted a lot of spaces and rooms. Surprised that with the time it took that they still left old elements and combined poor finishing on new elements, in the end they missed the full potential. Breakfast was expensive, and the buffet has all the typical that you would find in a hotel breakfast but it was scattered around on tables all accross the area with the scrambled eggs being cold.

In the end they gave us one breakfast free without us complaing for it, as such a nice touch, but gives me to believe that even the staff believes its ridiculous pricing.

I can go on and on, but I believe the place has good potential, is more then ok to stay at, has good staff and is greatly situated in a great part of the city, easy to get downtown, the Retiro, Palacio de desportes and commercial areas around the corner.

Hotel managent focus on your quality and get your 4 - 5 stars easily

Horrible parking. Shameful ups and downs. The worst thing I have ever seen. Very narrow and banked (what I had never seen before!). If you value your car, don't use it. By the way, the rates another shame: first minute, 1 euro.

Excellent location for visiting Madrid. The rooms are a good size and modern. Breakfast is buffet style with lots of food on offer from cooked to continental style and pastries. Highly recommend.

We only went for a drink and the treatment was excellent

Very enjoyable hotel with comfy beds and linens. Unbelievably great breakfast buffet with everything you can imagine, plus fresh squeed juices and smoothie. They even have available a FREE mobile phone for guest to use. Walking vicinity to many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby as well.
Our first room was facing the street so you can hear the traffic pretty loud so we requested a room change. That room also had very dark bathroom where the only light was in the vanity mirror. The next room was handicap accessible interior room which was quite and had good lighting in the bathroom but the AC blows straight on my face. That was the worst thing about the hotel though.
