Poor reception staff ... upon arrival, the receptionist did not explain anything about the hotel to us, nor even spontaneously gave us a city map ... perhaps because we weren't dressed in suits ... for check out, the receptionist did not even ask us if the stay had gone well and when paying with the card Mister was on his natel ... otherwise concerning the hotel, the shower pressure is zero, my shower hard 15 minutes instead of 5 ... the staff on the floors are very polite and more pleasant than those at the reception. For an Accor hotel I am a little disappointed ... otherwise nice because close to the city (40min walk)
