For one night it remains correct. Level quality price I have known better. Nice staff
For one night it remains correct. Level quality price I have known better. Nice staff
We stayed as a couple for a week. The hotel is very conveniently located opposite the metro, surrounded by a good number of restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very courteous staff.
Unlike what is indicated on expedia, there is no bidet in the rooms.
The first impression, the reception bar and the entrance Hall are quite old and used, like they don't take much of attention. Same thing as in the room some of elements are old and don't fit others new elements. But all others things are good, big plus is it's location, there's metro station right in front of the hotel, and you have a free breakfast (i don't know if every reservation have this plus), personnel are nice also.
Neighborhood very noisy although central, old hotel, unfriendly staff, elevator out of age, perfectible equipment (leaky flush), etc ... In short for a night without too much rest at most
Very bad experience, room booked 8months in advance and move to another hotel at the last moment for "lack of space". Personal night not polite and in full conversation on his phone. I do not recommend TT!
Ideal location (metro 14 at the door). Home smiling and professional. Well soundproofed room. Perfect breakfast. Attached restaurant (direct access) with the same friendly welcome. Address to recommend +++
Great for a small stay in Paris, the building is right in front of a metro mouth so very accessible, reasonable price, the most, a luggage to drop the bags when arriving or leaving.
Great location and beautiful hotel ..... on paper.
What downsides: 1 single outlet in the room with a multi outlet. No kettle available. A breakfast for 14 euros in a room with tables not cleared and paper sets with questionable stains and frozen food for the most part. The stars shouldn't stay
The hallway was dark because it was off. Towels were plentiful, but lacked in amity and electric cord and staff was unkind. The beds were spacious and comfortable.
Rather nice, a very pleasant staff for a pleasant stay in PARIS
Very clean hotel. Good location. Close to metro and bus. Very welcoming, smiling people. Quiet neighborhoods, restaurant, park ..... I recommend.
Hotel noisy room not very clean stains on the curtains a toilet with traces of excrement outside the toilet, a dirty shower. A buffet breakfast at almost 15 for bacon and eggs scrambled really edible ... much too expensive. To wonder why these famous 3 stars ..
We went there for the Paris Open Tennis tournament that's how we choose the hotel. The perfect 250-300 m to the arena (if I add up the delicious croissants from the breakfast and the friendly staff all the pluses are gone).
Won't be back and would say one of the worst places I ever been:
- small and smelly room
- old furniture and noisy bed
- dirty carpets at the room and at the corridor on the stairs
- heard the corridor door being slammed every time (because of its closing mechanism) and it's not pleasant at midnight believe me and believe the other comments too
Very convenient because next to the train station of Lyon.
I stayed on July 2014
Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. I also posted two images of our room.
1. NO Air Conditioner
2. Window facing interior of building so no air flow even with window open
3. They only provide one cheap 3 speed fan that helps very little. We had to argue and beg to get a second fan.
4. Looks nothing like the picures on expedia
5. only one outlet, so can only have the tv on or fans on at one time
6. Terrible service
7. Terrible neighborhood, get back before dark
8. Very dirty rug/carpet could hardly breathe
9. The only plus is next to a metro
hotel extremely conveniently located, breakfast is great. no real identity check when asking for your room key tho which is slightly worrying but good hotel all round
There is a subway station nearby, the staff is friendly and the hotel is quite clean.
Beautiful Place, Tidy rooms, friendly staff, and very near to Train station, and good places of Roma ...
I never write reviews but this hotel is really bad. By mistake I booked and paid for days 27-30 instead of 28-31. When I asked to move the reservation I was told that it could not and that I would have to pay for the fourth night, wasting the first. I did it in order not to lose the money already paid, but then they demanded that I pay the tourist tax even for the unused night.
The staff is sloppy, rude, absolutely unprofessional. every time I passed through the hall I saw them engaged in discussions with customers.
The room is small and not particularly clean, no minibar and no air conditioning, replaced by a fan. But all this is adequate for the low price.
The only advantage is the proximity to the metro station, really in front of the entrance, and to the Gare de Lyon for us who arrived by train from Italy
One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The receptionists were very nice
Non-air-conditioned room, the summer we die of hot!
Apart from taking a defective bathroom. Location, staff, cleanliness ok
Hotel well placed for concert in Bercy and visit of Paris. Nice staff. Functional and clean rooms.
We were looking for a "family" hotel near the AccorHotel Arena (formerly POPBercy) but with more charm than the traditional and impersonal chain of hotels. We were not disappointed: 2 steps from the entrance to the concert and a metro and train station exit, perfect home, large clean room, breakfast at will. The staff are young and bend over backwards to fulfill your requests. Yes, the decoration becomes obsolete and deserves a little refreshment. The hotel must have been one of the best in Paris a few years ago but still very pleasant. Our short stay of one night was perfect.
Bedbugs !!!! RUN AWAY !!!!
I stayed 6 January 2020 for a business trip (room 304). Tasks littered the floor, the outside pane was broken paint peeling in the bathroom, the impacts were present in the tub and persistent particular smell perfumed the room!
I was surprised the next morning to discover a few buttons without paying attention more than that. And there was my mistake because I discovered a few days later I brought with me in my suitcase, bed bugs !!!!!
A company in canine detection came to me and confirmed the presence of bed bugs on a corner of my bed, and especially in the suitcase that I had used !!!!
I immediately contacted the hotel for their reported. I'm not sure I was taken seriously. Subsequently I sent them an email and I also have sent their invoices related expenses that I suffered to get rid of these harmful !!!! For now, I have no feedback from the establishment !!!! Between you and me, FLEE this hotel !!!!!
Hotel noisy elevator broken down booking 5 weeks in advance so as to have a queen size bed and non twin bed a bath instead of a shower and room facing the station under the roof brief disappointed
Clean hotel, good place between Gare de Lyon and Bercy and Bercy bus station. Friendly staff, smiling, friendly.
Dirty room, especially carpets. Found someone's socks below a very tiny table so I am not sure if room was cleaned good. can be used as a stay for 1 night, but it's a maximum how it can be used. I will not visit it again
Pictures on the site are not actually what really is dirty room and bathroom
with hot weather only the most expensive rooms have air conditioning so I have to buy extra for room upgrade otherwise it was really impossible I will choose another hotel
Meh. Location is central, but neither very comfy, nor very pretty or friendly...wouldn't recommend.
WORST STAY EVER!
The room was not according to the description and despite the problems we had in our room, the staff was the rudest I ve ever came along. To name a few problems
-No Wifi on computers possible
-Stains On the floor
-horrible smell
-only one power outlet
And so on.
I really don t recommend this hotel and ask everyone who stayed there please inform the future potential customer before they regret their decision.
Good reception, no air conditioning in the rooms, too bad
The advantage of this hotel and its location near accord arena.
After bedding not at the top, mold in the shower, and water leak on the floor!
Nice welcome, breakfast with choice and good! the server very fast, very nice and very very smiling which is rare! On the other hand housekeepers not a single hello nor smile even being in the same elevator !!!
Good value for money. Very well placed, next to the Gare de Lyon
Hotel well located next to Bercy arena but old, and in need of a renovation, including the rooms. Correct service.
I organised a seminar for my team during 2 days in September.
The whole team is profesional, helpful and everything went perfectly ans smoothly. The venue was perfect with the terrace outside and we had lunched there which were fabulous thanks to the Chef !
I recommend strongly this venue to organise all kind of meetings.
Disgusting. It should be closed to the public, other than 3 stars. The room is so dirty that I was bitten by fleas (!!!) in the mattress. It is incredible that the authorities allow this place to be called a hotel. Intolerable.
A shame this accommodation (pension) does not deserve the name of a hotel. We had half board and when we arrive they tell us that the restaurant is closed ..... without notifying us before we arrive or when making the reservation. As if that were not enough cockroaches in the room, we did not clean the room in the six days nor the bins, we had to go down to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. I do not recommend it at all. A scam we go .....
Very nice hotel decoration and design great but should accentuate the cleaning of the showers
Sincerely ...... nothing corresponds to the 3 star standard except the size of the lobby. The slats on my bed were broken. Stained model .......
The staff is very nice and the rooms are very comfortable, clean and well organized
Not bad. Nice home, well decorated room, exposed beam. Comfortable bed. Hygiene to perfect and some work to be expected (painting, carpet and stained curtains, faucets badly fixed). The rooms are very poorly insulated. A catch near the bed would be a real plus.
Very good hotel for a getaway in Paris. Close to the Gare de Lyon and in front of a Metro entrance
rude staff and cleaner cleaning all morning so can't even have a lie in
Just for one night, run down, tiny bathroom, and poorly arranged. It was hot and impossible to open the window. TGV line opposite ...
Clean and well placed. Affordable price for the neighborhood.
Big bed bug problem, I was stung all night. The management treated me as a liar. Do not go there!
Perfect to go to the POPB! GOOD comfort very clean!
Perfect to spend the night after a concert at the AccorHotels Arena just steps away, the location is very convenient. Nothing fancy but the room was rather nice, clean and quiet. However, we would have appreciated more electrical outlets, especially next to the bed (only 2 on the opposite wall) and a glass on the bath so you can shower standing without flooding the bathroom.
Friendly hotel very accessible, nice big rooms, spacious bathroom but old fashioned. Deserves small jobs.
A hotel that has excellent customer service with quality answers, available and responsive. I'm waiting for my trip!
Fair 3 stars hotel. Just 1 min from Bercy metro station. It seems to have been renovated lately. A bit noisy times to times. Bathroom OK, but my shower was very very small. Convenient for traveller's as it is also walking distance from Gare de Lyon.
Great hospitality, attentive staff and quick to help. Breakfast buffet quality and good choice, sweet or salty.
Small flat on the room a little small side boulevard and therefore impossible to open the window.
a room reserved for coercion due to problems with the Paris-Le Mans transport connection. Room quite big compared to others at this price, but it was in the attic with sockets placed under the slant - which made it difficult for example to work on a laptop when it was charging and made it difficult to heat water in the kettle - you had to crouch. Very loud from the nearby station, shades from the wall lights at the bed were vibrating with each passing train (and there are a lot of them).
For one night ok, but maybe because of these two inconvenience should be cheaper by about 20 euros.
Friendly hotel, the staff is friendly and attentive, I enjoyed my attic room with the beautiful exposed frame, a trip back in time, there is the rustic side of old Paris ... Only the African style deco that surprises, but remains neutral and discreet. I appreciated the comfort of the bedding as well. Only negative is the price but we are in Paris near everything.
A really nice hotel in Paris. The rooms are small but the staff is friendly. The cleaness of the rooms is acceptable but the lobby is old and needs serious remodeling. The restaurant is good. The big advantage is the hotel location next to More
shocked by the lack of cleanliness, we were greeted rather coldly but it was still fine, I turned on the water to prepare the hot water for a possible shower, it was nothing but urine that came out , and a really dirty basic bathroom, a hotel that most certainly does not deserve 3 stars.
A little pricey for the room amenities though not super clean and not isolated from the noise.
Too noisy
Breakfast that is not up to par.
Welcoming, good food, nice room, prefer the courtyard side, a bit noisy on the street side! Continental breakfast nice!
Restaurant next to Bercy station. Friendly welcome. Fast service. Traditional kitchen. Reasonable price
High price. For one night it passes. Medium bathroom. A renovation would be necessary
Hotel well located next to Bercy arena but old, and in need of a renovation, including the rooms. Correct service.
Home hyper nice hotel well located ... subway ... very correct price small dej for all ... shower not very big for the large on the 4th floor well soundproof and air conditioning I recommend
The room was in the attic. So bend over when you walk around the bed. The bathroom is small but good. Only the shower head hangs at the height of your navel. A room for dwarfs. Good bed, slept well. Breakfast at 14 euros is expensive. Typical French with French bread or fat croissants and chocolate sandwiches. Orange juice comes from a package and the coffee is put in a kettle and served. So no cappuccino. Terrible breakfast music. Plus point one speaks English!
The location is great for metro 'and Gare de Lyon station.
Unfortunately in the room only one socket available to recharge the mobile phone, definitely insufficient even for two people.
Absence of bidet.
Hotel near Salle Bercy
Clean, quiet, beautiful decor.
To recommend
The bedding is of excellent quality, the room was clean, the bathroom also. I liked the old-fashioned charm with a touch of modernity. Very good hotel close to the AccorHotels Arena. Parking nearby and a few places at the hotel. I highly recommend.
Nice hotel, staff speak many languages, rooms are clean but the walls are thin, but i did not have dificultiea with that the neighborhood is quiet.
Change of plans travelling from London forced us to book a room on very short notice. Staff was very understanding once we'd explained our situation , and willing and able to communicate in English. The room was fairly average and a bit dated, but it was clean and cool. There was some misunderstanding about breakfast being included in the price. It was good, but maybe not 14 euro good.
musty small rooms, "new" staff all the time could not help with items, good breakfast option and amazingly close to resturants and metro stop
